With the change of battlefield form, the pressure jamming requires the jammer to have large power, and the jamming efficiency is low, so the spoofing jamming comes into being. In this paper, the linear frequency modulation signal and fuzzy function are analyzed to verify the feasibility of using frequency shift forwarding to generate virtual images, and the two-dimensional frequency shift method is used to generate virtual images at specific locations to deceive local radar.

Real-time semantic segmentation of street view images can be used as a visual aid system during autonomous driving. This paper proposes a multi-branch cross-layer fusion network (MCFNet). The model uses a multi-branch network to extract features, fuses the features of different stages of multiple branches for prediction, and uses a lightweight depthwise separable convolution to reduce the amount of computation. We use the Cityscapes dataset to train and evaluate the algorithm and get 61.6% mIoU and 115.3 fps.

In the context of non-cooperative electronic countermeasures, the problem of formulating effective jamming task assignments arises due to insufficient collaborative jamming resources. This paper proposes a binary sparrow- hybridized beluga whale optimization algorithm based on jamming task assignments. The algorithm combines the binary sparrow search algorithm(BSSA) and the binary beluga whale optimization(BBWO), which is set with multi-dimensional constraints in the time, frequency and spatial domains. To achieve the optimal strategy for collaborative interference task assignment, a fitness function is constructed using both radar coverage and the signal-to-jamming ratio received by each radar. When the number of UAVs is 7 and the number of radars is 10, the simulation results show that the optimization speed and accuracy of the proposed algorithm are significantly higher than the BSSA and BBWO. Therefore, the algorithm has good coverage and performance in the field of jamming task assignments. © 2023 IEEE.

A new ultra-wideband magnetoelectric (ME) dipole antenna is proposed as a dual-polarized base station antenna for 3G, LTE and Sub-6GHz 5G wireless networks. Double layers of ME dipoles with different sizes are combined to expand the bandwidth, and the orthogonal placement of ME dipoles enables dual polarization radiation. Simulation results reveal that the proposed base station antenna achieves 133.3% fractional bandwidth and satisfying radiation characteristics, including high front-to-back ratio (FBR) (>14 dB), high cross-polarization levels (>20 dB), and stable gains about 5-10 dBi in 1-5GHz. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that the traditional specific emitter identification method has poor feature extraction ability and limited recognition effect, this paper proposes a known specific emitter identification algorithm based on the LBCNet (the Lightweight Binary Channels Net). The algorithm uses bispectrum and cyclic spectrum to highlight the unintentional information in the pulse. Then, it combines the idea of depthwise separable convolution to design the LBCNet to realize adaptive feature extraction, fusion, and classification. Finally, it integrates the attention mechanism to highlight the effective information of the image, enhance the neural network's learning ability and improve the identification performance of specific emitters. The simulation results show that the recognition rate of the proposed algorithm is as high as 94.53% at 0dB, which has good engineering practical value and can be applied to the field of electronic reconnaissance. © 2022 IEEE.

Based on Chambolle’s algorithm, we develop a data-driven optimization scheme based on minimization of Stein’s unbiased risk estimate (SURE)—statistically equivalent to mean squared error (MSE). We propose a recursive evaluation of SURE to monitor the estimation error during Chambolle’s iteration; the optimal value is then identified by the minimum SURE. We exemplify the proposed methods with 1-D signal denoising.

Investigation of the transformation process of failure mechanism for materials and structures under intermediate strain rate loading is of great significance. To achieve intermediate strain rate loading, a novel experimental technique is proposed using a high-speed-rotating eccentric cam to compress the specimen. The particle velocities and the stresses at both ends of the specimen are measured by the velocity interferometer system for any reflector (VISAR) and by the semiconductor strain gauges, respectively. The paper honeycomb specimens with four thicknesses (i.e. 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, and 10 mm) are tested under strain rates ranging from 0.1 to 15 s-1. Local deformation evolution in the specimen is captured based on high-speed photography and analyzed by the digital image correlation method (DIC). The deformation under intermediate strain rate loading is distinguished by higher particle velocity and lower particle acceleration, which is different from those under the static compression (at lower strain rates) and the Split Hopkinson Pressure bar (SHPB) impacting (at higher lower strain rates). Based on the DIC results, the abnormal size effect of specimen 2 mm is due to the competition between in-plane shear failure and out-of-plane buckling. The theoretical model is then established by introducing two main parameters, i.e. the lateral weakening factor ξ and the dynamic parameter k, to describe respectively the effects of in-plane shearing and strain rate on the out-of-plane wall buckling, and the critical stress for specimen buckling is obtained. The results show that the buckling deformation and the half-wave number for buckling are sensitive to the two parameters. This work provides theoretical and experimental references for the study of thin-walled structures under intermediate strain rate. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd

In this paper, the vacuum and low electromagnetic scattering experiment device with spatial scales Phi 4000 times 8000 mm was introduced. The electromagnetic scattering characteristics experiment of non-uniform argon plasma was studied by using the far field extrapolation scattering center near field imaging method. The experimental results are shown that the difference of the test results is less than 2dB for the non-uniform distribution of argon plasma. © 2021 Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).
