This paper focuses on optimizing integer data formatted output based on high-performance parsing software. We provide three methods for formatting integer fields and compare them with standard library functions sprintf in performance. These methods are experimentally proven to have reasonable practicality and usability. © 2023 SPIE.

With the progressing and developing of 5G voice services, to provide users with better voice calling services in complex electromagnetic environments, an effective method to evaluate the Voice over New radio (VoNr) service quality is necessary. In this paper, a method to evaluate the voice service quality based on an AI algorithm is proposed, in which the mean opinion score (MOS) of VONr calls can be calculated with the network-side indicators as input based on a model trained with the drive test score, which is verified in the session-level voice quality scoring and can be used in cell-level voice quality scoring. This method is helpful to discover cells with poor voice service quality and verify the network optimization effects so as to increase the network quality. © 2024 IEEE.

The beam polling strategy is introduced in Nr system by 3GPP to achieve more flexible coverage, however, it may lead to SSB interference in same frequency and time slot. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes two interference optimization schemes, sub-beam separated by mod3 and sub-beam random configure scheme, and proposes an interference circumvent scheme based on user distribution and dynamic beam configuration(UddBC). The proposed scheme uses multiple ways to reducing the overlapping coverage probability and improving the accurate coverage rate. To evaluate beam level optimization scheme, a kind of sub-beam level simulation solution is also proposed. Simulation and actual network verification results show that the proposed UddBC optimization scheme has certain advantages in terms of interference reduction and coverage improvement, and it is feasible and practical to promote the actual network performance. © 2023 IEEE.

para>To adapt to the smooth evolution from 5G to 6G and realize the accurate management of 5G core network elements, this paper proposes a resource management system integrating collection, maintenance, and management. Based on 5GC network elements information, several feasible neural network models are constructed to realize real-time classification of 5G virtual elements in the live network. Through our experiments, the paper proves the selected algorithm to be reasonable, convenient and efficient. © 2023 IEEE.

The research and application of energy-saving technology for 5G wireless networks are significant for the emission-reduction work of Communication Operators. The traditional power-saving effect evaluation scheme of Active Antenna Unit (AAU) is complicated, leading to errors in the final evaluation results possibly. This paper proposes a LightGBM-based power-saving effect evaluation method of AAU, improving the efficiency and quality of AAU.

Cellular traffic prediction is an important problem in the field of communication management. In this paper, a cellular traffic prediction method CTSTN based on spatio-temporal learning is designed combining Transformer and Conditional Variational Auto-Encoder (CVAE). This paper explores the application of CVAE in the spatial states modeling and generating of cellular traffic data, constructs a spatial states dataset from the raw dataset, and designs an S-CVAE module to learn spatial characteristics of traffic data. Meanwhile, the Transformer is used to model temporal features of cellular traffic data. We conduct experiments and analyses on CTSTN and its sub-modules on real datasets. The results show the effectiveness of applying CVAE to spatial status prediction and validate the accuracy of CTSTN predictions. © 2024 IEEE.

Voice is the key technology of operators and the main means of daily communication. However, the current voice business is still relatively monotonous, unable to meet the growing needs of users. In the era of 5G-Advanced, VoNr+ is providing users with a new real-time communication service that integrates high-definition audio and video calls with data applications. It will help operators redefine the dial entry, from voice to video and content operations, from consumer communication to industry enabling, to continuously expand industry boundaries and continue business innovation. This paper focuses on the evolution trend of voice, the main features, solutions and prospects of VoNr+, which provides support for the healthy development of the industry. At the same time, the existing VoNr+ application cases in the current network are introduced, hoping to build a new VoNr+ ecosystem.
