Document-level entity relation extraction is an important task in the field of natural language processing, which plays an important role in semantic understanding and knowledge graph construction. However, existing deep neural networks and graph neural networks models are limited by their performance and parameters number, which can not capture global semantics and have poor generalization ability. Furthermore, existing methods employing large language model for entity relation extraction do not establish good relationships among multi-tasks of entity relation extraction task, resulting in more information can not be effectively shared and transmitted between tasks. In addition, previous approaches can not effectively eliminate false entities and relationships. To solve these problems, we propose an entity relation extraction framework based on large language model and multi-tasks iterative prompt engineering. In our model, we design an iterative prompt engineering, which can better establish the relationship among multi-tasks, and ensure every task to obtain the optimal results. Moreover, we design semantic merging, group disambiguation and self-verification modules to eliminate the false entity relations and noise nodes. Additionally, we design summary prompts to provide sufficient global semantics for better text segmentation. Finally, we evaluated our model on wikiann, wikineural, ACE2005, CoNLL2003, CoNLL2004, and SciERC datasets and compared it with other baseline models.

Personalized news recommendation is the process of predicting the relevance of news to users and recommending news to user to fulfill their information needs. However, existing news recommendation methods extract semantic information from users and candidate news respectively, ignoring semantic interaction information between users and candidate news. Furthermore, previous models only use same node types for message passing, ignoring different characteristics and topology between different node types. In addition, existing methods learn news representations through text representations, ignoring semantic correlation information between entity relationships and texts. To solve these problems, we propose a personalized news recommendation model named CoHG. In our model, we design a collaborative fusion module to obtain semantic interaction information through interacting user history news with candidate news. Furthermore, we design a heterogeneous gated graph neural network that maps different node types into a same space to extract higher-order information in user graphs for message passing. Moreover, we design an enhanced relevant attention module to enhance semantic correlation information of text content by aggregating text representation and entity representation into a unified representation. Finally, we conducted experiments on MIND and Adressa datasets to compare with other baseline models.

Personalized News Recommendation (PNR) can enhance user experience by alleviating information overload. Traditional news recommendation methods consider all clicking behaviors as user interests, resulting in biased user modeling that fails to accurately capture user interests. In addition, although there are methods to reduce the impact of low-quality news at the representation level by simply filtering it through the attention mechanism. However, this only implicitly models the news in the interaction sequence without specifically considering the quality of each news, and thus has very limited effect in identifying noise. To address these issues, this paper proposes News Recommendation method based on News Quality-aware modeling (NQNR). We attempt to explicitly model the news in the click sequence and candidate ranking one by one to visually assess the quality of each news. Specifically, we design a detection module to detect whether the input news is low-quality news. Then, by reducing the influence of low-quality news in user modeling and candidate ranking, user interests are modeled more accurately, while recommendations of such news are reduced for users. In addition, to capture the similarity of vectors more accurately, we also design a similarity computation method based on the multiple attention mechanism in the detection module. Experiments on a large real-world Microsoft News Dataset (MIND) show that our model significantly outperforms previous models. Our code is posted at the following URL: https://***/xxbbjj/NQNR-.

The emergence of generative models has revolutionized the field of remote sensing (RS) image generation. Despite generating high-quality images, existing methods are limited in relying mainly on text control conditions, and thus do not always generate images accurately and stably. In this paper, we propose CRS-Diff, a new RS generative framework specifically tailored for RS image generation, leveraging the inherent advantages of diffusion models while integrating more advanced control mechanisms. Specifically, CRS-Diff can simultaneously support text-condition, metadata-condition, and image-condition control inputs, thus enabling more precise control to refine the generation process. To effectively integrate multiple condition control information, we introduce a new conditional control mechanism to achieve multi-scale feature fusion, thus enhancing the guiding effect of control conditions. To our knowledge, CRS-Diff is the first multiple-condition controllable RS generative model. Experimental results in single-condition and multiple-condition cases have demonstrated the superior ability of our CRS-Diff to generate RS images both quantitatively and qualitatively compared with previous methods. Additionally, our CRS-Diff can serve as a data engine that generates high-quality training data for downstream tasks, e.g., road extraction. The code is available at https://***/Sonettoo/CRS-Diff. The collaboration of computing powers (CPs) among unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)-mounted edge servers is essential to handle data-intensive tasks of user equipments (UEs). This paper presents a multi-UAV computing power network (CPN) that orchestrates the CP resources of edge servers to cooperatively process tasks through collaborative computing. Due to the frequent interactions among edge servers and the increased complexities for large-scale task executions, we propose a digital twin (DT)-driven multi-UAV CPN framework, where the aerial DT network is created as a digital replica of the multi-UAV network to assist collaborative computing. A joint optimization problem of the service association, offloading power control, task partitions, CP allocation, and UAV trajectory design is formulated to minimize the long-term average delay of UEs. We use the Lyapunov technique to tackle the long-term energy constraint, forming a tractable optimization problem, which is modeled as a Markov decision process to balance the UAV's deficit queue stability and the UE's task completion delay. A hybrid soft actor-critic based deep reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to optimize the joint design by sampling the hybrid action from the Gumbel and Gaussian distributions. Simulation results verify that the multi-UAV CPN contributes to significant performance gains when supported by DTs. © 2025 IEEE.

Traffic classification is an essential part of intelligent network management in Fifth generation (5G) networks, from quality of service guarantees to security monitoring. With the evolution of diverse services and applications over 5G networks, traffic patterns and their implications also becoming more complicated, especially in wireless networks. How to dynamically manage the growing traffic demand and satisfy the quality of service (QoS) needs of new applications is particularly critical. The biggest challenge is how to identify traffic types accurately without application information and manual features. However, the existing deep learning (DL)-based classifiers heavily rely on extensive and high-quality samples, which proves impractical to obtain in wireless networks. To overcome this limitation, we propose an ensemble Learning based traffic classification model to provide accurate identification with small-scale datasets, where Attention-based Long Short-Term Memory networks are bagged to train this classifier. The ensemble learning approach employs a combinatorial design involving five base models to construct more accurate and robust learning models. This enables effective feature absorption, making it feasible to train classifiers on limited sample sets. Comprehensive experiments are conducted using a real-world dataset covering 16 applications. Results demonstrate that, even with a mere 10% of training samples, our proposed model achieves a classification accuracy of 95.57% and a precision of 95.83%, surpassing multiple cutting-edge methods.

Community discovery can help discover potential community structures in the network, which is a fundamental and important issue in network science. Graph neural network-based algorithms are receiving increasing attention. However, there is relatively little work on community discovery directly using graph neural networks in reconstruction design. This paper presents an Unsupervised Community Discovery Algorithm based on reconstructed graph neural network (UCDA) to resolve the above issues. To be specific, this paper proposes a framework that learns the representation based on network structure and attribute information. By designing input network features, encoders, decoders, this algorithm uses an unsupervised loss function to train neural networks to extract communities in an integrated way. These designs integrate higher-order modularity information with network features and use variational graph auto-encoders to train data end-to-end under the graph neural network framework. Based on a series of experiments with a wide range of datasets and advanced algorithms, UCDA has achieved superior performance and shows strong competitiveness. Finally, the last section reports the results analysis, t-SNE visualization and hyperparameter analysis, which depicts stable performance and powerful network modularity ability.

Traditional cloud computing models struggle to meet the requirements of latency-sensitive applications when processing large amounts of data. As a solution, Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) extends computing resources to the edge of the network to reduce processing delays and improve user experience. However, in dynamically changing edge computing environments, effective decision making on whether to offload tasks to edge servers remains a core challenge. For this purpose, we propose MRLATO, an adaptive task offloading mechanism based on Meta Reinforcement Learning (MRL), which exploits a large amount of a priori knowledge of different tasks to achieve fast adaptation. The task offloading process is modelled as multiple Markov Decision Processes (MDPs) and solved using a Sequence to Sequence (Seq2Seq) neural network integrating multi-head attention and recursive task sequencing. It is shown by the experimental results that the proposed method has the lowest latency in all experimental settings and the convergence efficiency is improved by 14.06% compared to the traditional Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) algorithm. This research fully demonstrates the significant benefits of the deep integration of MRL with the edge computing domain, providing new optimisation ideas for task offloading decisions. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

HiCoCS: High Concurrency Cross-Sharding on Permissioned Blockchains

As the foundation of the Web3 trust system, blockchain technology faces increasing demands for scalability. Sharding emerges as a promising solution, but it struggles to handle highly concurrent cross-shard transactions (CSTxs), primarily due to simultaneous ledger operations on the same account. Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned blockchain, employs multi-version concurrency control for parallel processing. Existing solutions use channels and intermediaries to achieve cross-sharding in Hyperledger Fabric. However, the conflict problem caused by highly concurrent CSTxs has not been adequately resolved. To fill this gap, we propose HiCoCS, a high concurrency cross-shard scheme for permissioned blockchains. HiCoCS creates a unique virtual sub-broker for each CSTx by introducing a composite key structure, enabling conflict-free concurrent transaction processing while reducing resource overhead. The challenge lies in managing large numbers of composite keys and mitigating intermediary privacy risks. HiCoCS utilizes virtual sub-brokers to receive and process CSTxs concurrently while maintaining a transaction pool. Batch processing is employed to merge multiple CSTxs in the pool, improving efficiency. We explore composite key reuse to reduce the number of virtual sub-brokers and lower system overhead. Privacy preservation is enhanced using homomorphic encryption. Evaluations show that HiCoCS improves cross-shard transaction throughput by 3.5-20.2 times compared to the baselines. As the largest class of small non-coding RNAs, piRNAs primarily present in the reproductive cells of mammals, which influence post-transcriptional processes of mRNAs in multiple ways. Effective methods for predicting piRNA and mRNA target relationships can help identify piRNA functions, investigate the possibility of piRNAs as biomarkers and therapeutic targets. In this study, we propose a computational approach for classifying the relationships of piRNA-mRNA pairs based on an interactive inference network (IIN). First, we gather piRNA-mRNA target data, collect sequence data by position alignment, and construct a benchmark dataset. Furthermore, a reliable negative set is constructed by positive-unlabeled learning. Finally, we view a piRNA and a mRNA sequence as a premise and hypothesis sentence, respectively, and IIN model is used to predict the relationship between them. The experiments demonstrate that our method effectively characterizes piRNA-mRNA interaction and could be beneficial for researchers to investigate piRNA functions.
