DDLP:Dynamic Location Data Publishing with Differential Privacy in mobile Crowdsensing

mobile crowdsensing(MCS)has become an effective paradigm to facilitate urban ***,mobile users participating in sensing tasks will face the risk of location privacy leakage when uploading their actual sensing location *** the application of mobile crowdsensing,most location privacy protection studies do not consider the temporal correlations between locations,so they are vulnerable to various inference attacks,and there is the problem of low data *** order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a dynamic differential location privacy data publishing framework(DDLP)that protects privacy while publishing locations ***,the corresponding Markov transition matrices are established according to different times of historical trajectories,and then the protection location set is generated based on the current location at each ***,using the exponential mechanism in differential privacy perturbs the true location by designing the utility ***,experiments on the real-world trajectory dataset show that our method not only provides strong privacy guarantees,but also outperforms existing methods in terms of data availability and computational efficiency.

We have created a solution called PMI-Chain to address the challenges faced by Electronic Medical Records (EMR) management systems. These challenges include data security, patient privacy, and access regulation, which are becoming increasingly complex. PMI-Chain is a blockchain-based system that aims to tackle these issues. Traditional EMR systems rely on centralized medical data storage, exposing them to risks such as cyberattacks and data breaches and reducing patient autonomy over their medical records. PMI-Chain is a secure and confidential data-sharing platform for patients, medical institutions, and insurance companies. It uses token-based smart contracts and dual ElGamal homomorphic encryption to protect vast amounts of medical data while allowing for reliable sharing among institutions. Patients have control over their encrypted medical records, and an advanced encryption scheme keeps their information private during insurance claim processing. PMI-Chain has undergone security analysis and testing, showcasing its robust security features and exceptional stability. Additionally, compared to other available solutions, it boasts a 44% and 67% reduction in encryption and decryption time overhead. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

Blockchain technology has undergone rapid development in recent years, transactions on Blockchains, represented by prominent examples such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, are rapidly increasing in number. However, with the large volume of transactions, a variety of scams such as phishing and Ponzi schemes have become more prevalent and are often hidden among legitimate transactions. To combat these anomalies and fraudulent activities, it is necessary to adopt anomaly detection methods. In this article, we conduct an extensive survey of the current body of research in the area of blockchain anomaly transaction detection and analyze the current state of research by examining the key point involved in detection, including data imbalance, feature extraction, and classification algorithms. Additionally, we discuss the potential of applying graph convolutional networks (GCN) to the domain of blockchain anomaly detection and predict that GCN will likely become a mainstream approach in the near future. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

As the largest consumer of fresh water, agricultural irrigation, combined with climate change and increasing human water use activities around the world, has led to a serious water crisis. As a crucial part of irrigation scheduling, the monitoring object of precision irrigation will effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy in agricultural practice. This paper reviews the main monitoring objects used in irrigation scheduling in recent years. From the literature review, the monitoring objects are mainly divided into three categories based on soil moisture, weather and evapotranspiration, and plants, among which the monitoring based on soil moisture is the most common and direct method. At the same time, the development and application of Internet of Things(IoT), Wireless Sensor Network(WSN), Remote Sensing(RS) and Artificial Intelligence(AI) also provide advanced technical means for irrigation monitoring. This review is expected to help researchers and farmers select appropriate irrigation monitoring objects, thereby improving the effective water use efficiency in irrigation scheduling and reducing the water cost for farmers. © 2023 ACM.

With the rapid development of the Internet, resource scheduling in distance education scenarios faces new opportunities and challenges. In the context of large-scale distance education, how to realize rational scheduling of network resources is an issue worthy of systematic research. From the perspective of distance education, this paper provides an overview of the multiple factors that need to be considered in the current scheduling of distance education network resources, as well as the development of related optimization algorithms and network technologies. At the same time, the future development direction and trend are proposed for the problems and challenges faced by distance education network resource scheduling. In order to improve the utilization of network resources and the learning effect of students, the rational scheduling of network resources in distance education scenarios still needs continuous exploration and research. © 2023 IEEE.

Wetland ecosystem is a special ecosystem, which refers to the area where water and land intersect, including swamps, rivers, lakes, estuaries, bays, etc. These areas usually have special biodiversity and ecological functions, which are of great significance to both human beings and the natural environment. In recent years, the northern wetland ecosystem of Inner Mongolia with Hulun Lake, Wuliangsuhai Lake and Daihai Lake as the core, is facing the problems of reduced water area, poor water quality and serious pollution due to natural and human factors, which has begun to affect other environmental changes and hindered social and economic development. It is urgent to monitor the ecological environment and control pollution in relevant areas. The core of environmental monitoring is data collection. The traditional data acquisition methods have some defects, such as high cost and low efficiency. This paper proposes to use wireless sensor network to carry out long-term automatic monitoring of ecological environment in this area, and summarizes the relevant experience and technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Delay tolerant network (DTN) is a new paradigm with the development of wireless technology and mobile Ad-hoc network (MANET). Unlike the stable end-to-end connection in the traditional network, the storage - carry - forward mode is adopted in DTN. Routing optimization is the most basic problem in delay tolerant network. It assumes the heavy responsibility of data transmission, and even determines the performance of the whole network. In recent years, with the development of artificial intelligence, there have been many researches on the use of AI to optimize the routing in DTN. However, the relevant literature is insufficient at present. In this paper, we first introduce the methods related to artificial intelligence, and then summarize and discuss the existing literature from five parts: machine learning classifier, prediction task using machine learning, biological heuristic method, reinforcement learning and artificial intelligence assistance. © 2023 IEEE.

With the situation of cyber security becoming more and more complex, the mining and analysis of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) have become a prominent focus in the field of cyber security. Social media platforms like Twitter, due to their powerful timeliness and extensive coverage, have become valuable data sources for cyber security. However, these data often comprise a substantial amount of invalid and interfering data, posing challenges for existing deep learning models in identifying critical CTI. To address this issue, we propose a novel CTI automatic extraction model, called ATDG, designed for detecting cyber security text and extracting cyber threat entities. Specifically, our model utilizes a Deep Pyramid Convolutional Neural Network (DPCNN) and BIGRU to extract character-level and word-level features from the text, to better extract of semantic information at different levels, which effectively improved out of vocabulary (OOV) problem in threat intelligence. Additionally, we introduce a self-attention mechanism at the encoding layer to enable the model to focus on key features and enhance its performance, which dynamically adjusts the attention given to different features. Furthermore, to address the issue of imbalanced sample distribution, we have incorporated Focal Loss into ATDG, enhancing our model capability to effectively handle data imbalances. Experimental results demonstrate that ATDG (92.49% F1-score and 93.07% F1-score) outperforms the state-of-the-art methods in both tasks, and effectiveness of introducing self-attention mechanism and Focal Loss is also demonstrated. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

As a strip building laid on the ground, highways are prone to road hazards such as pavement cracks, potholes, subsidence, tension cracks, extrusion bumps, and distortion deformation with the increase of service life. If these hazards are not detected and handled in a timely manner, they will cause significant traffic safety hazards. Therefore, regular road hazard detection is particularly important. Traditional road hazard detection methods are manual detection or detection with road detection vehicles, but due to the limitations of detection methods and processing technologies, they cannot meet the real-time requirements for road surface detection. Automatic road surface defect detection methods have proved their effectiveness in traditional road surface detection, and their real-time, fast, and accurate detection capabilities have established their potential advantages in automatic detection methods for road surface defects. This paper comprehensively analyzes the automatic detection and processing technology of road surface defects, explores different dimensions of automatic detection and processing technology for road surface defects, conducts detailed comparative analysis of road surface defect detection technology based on deep learning, Overall, the above work can promote the development of road surface defect technology and provide reference and basis for future road hazard detection methods. © 2023 SPIE.
