When users use a mobile phone application for the first time, except for functional requirements the more direct experience is the performance of the application on the phone. The main work of this article is designing and implementing load time test methods on the Android application pages. Under the joint action of the Appium automated test framework and Maven package management tool, the test process of the tested application is designed such as the order of specific page jumps, the relationship between package structures and classes, etc. After writing the function of automation code and verifying that the page can be successfully jumped by non-human intervention, continue to modify the code to complete the special automated test through the toolkit developed in this article, and finally get the load time result set of pages.

Future mobile networks are rightly expected to face the prospect of limited available resources. Continuous technological advances and growing number of mobile devices highlight the importance of further improving the performance of mobile networks. User mobility poses technical problems in network management. It is essential to ensure a satisfactory level of quality of service for users. To achieve this goal, self organizing networks (SONs) are potential solutions to fulfill the requirements of users using learning algorithms. In this paper, we propose an intelligent mobility model to predict future trajectory of the mobile user in mobile networks. The proposed approach has two main parts, including mobility data preparation and user mobility prediction. Our primary focus is on providing a carefully tailored mobility data from raw mobility datasets using line simplification techniques. Next, we use the accurately prepared data for learning user mobility behaviour and predicting user future trajectory using recurrent neural networks and its variants. Simulation results show a substantial decrease in execution time from 4616s to 932s for the best case. The proposed learning approach obtains a loss value of 0.10 using a model based on long short term memory (LSTM).

Frequent itemset mining has been a focused theme in the field of data mining, which is widely used in business decision making, economics, medicine, bioinformatics and other fields. Frequent itemset mining can provide a lot of valuable information when making decisions, but it may bring the risk of privacy disclosure when mining and publishing frequent itemsets. In order to solve the privacy leakage problem, most of the existing solutions are using horizontal mining method to mine frequent itemsets under differential privacy. However, these solutions generally suffer from complex support computation and poor accuracy due to large candidate sets. In this paper, we propose a new vertical frequent itemset mining algorithm based on differential privacy, which is referred to as DP-Eclat. In DP-Eclat, a new privacy budget allocation strategy is proposed to rationalize the privacy budget allocation, which allows privacy budget to be used more fully. In addition, we devise a multiple pruning strategy to further improve the data utility by prune before and after the generation of candidate itemsets. Through privacy analysis, we prove that DP-Eclat satisfies E -differential privacy. Extensive experiment results on multiple real datasets show that DP-Eclat significantly outperforms state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of data utility.

The development of IPv6-based wireless local area networks is becoming increasingly mature, and it has defined no less than different standards to meet the needs of different applications. Wireless home networks are widely used because they can be seamlessly connected to daily life, especially smart home devices linked to it. There are certain security issues with smart home devices deployed in wireless home networks, such as data tampering and leakage of sensitive information. This paper proposes a smart home management system based on IPv6 wireless home network, and develops a prototype system deployed on mobile portable devices. Through this system, different roles in the wireless home network can be dynamically authorized and smart home resources can be allocated to achieve the purpose of access control and management.

The Student Electronic Archives Management System (SEAMS) is one of the core systems used to carry out student work in colleges and universities. In recent years, with the increasing scale of Chinese universities, the existing SEAMS cannot handle the increased number of visits in their high-concurrency environments because of their outdated architecture. This paper analyzed the reasons and influences of the poor performance of the existing SEAMS, as well as the requirements of the SEAMS in colleges and universities and put forward a new SEAMS which works well in high-concurrency environments. The hybrid database and message queuing mechanism are used in the system to realize a high-performance and flexible SEAMS. The test results show that the efficiency improves significantly compared to single database and threaded system with request per second (RPS) above 9000.

In the field of Wi-Fi-based fingerprint positioning, the relationship between localization accuracy and AP deployment location has always been a research hotspot. Obviously, Location of AP deployment affects network coverage and localization accuracy. At present, most optimization deployment algorithms are based on search algorithms, which have the problems of slow convergence speed and weak global optimization performance. A virtual force algorithm (VFA) is one of the most effective algorithms to solve coverage performance in dynamic deployment. In this paper, a virtual force-based AP optimization deployment algorithm (VFA-FD) is proposed, which introduces fingerprint difference at the reference point as a force to guide the AP movement, combined with the global fingerprint difference to evaluate the deployment plan, to meet the coverage and maximize fingerprint difference of the AP deployment plan. The Motley-Keenan model, which is more in line with the actual environment, is used to represent the propagation of the radio by obstacles in the indoor environment. Based on the above, a simulation-based deployment optimization software was developed using GeoTools to present the simulation effect in the form of GUI. And compared with other three algorithms, it proves the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper.

Existing opportunistic network routing algorithms usually have two main problems: excessive calculation of key nodes leads to the uneven energy consumption of nodes, and limited remaining cache of nodes leads to the loss of important messages. To solve the above problems, this paper proposed a new opportunistic network routing algorithm-EC-CW, which forwards messages according to the multi-copy mechanism and the communication willingness between nodes. The simulation results show that EC-CW reduces the average latency and the overhead rate in the nodes-sparse opportunistic network scenarios composed of high-cache nodes; EC-CW improves the delivery rate and reduces the overhead rate in the nodes-intensive opportunistic network scenarios composed of low-cache nodes.

Finite capacity of network resources and enormous data generated by vehicles using safety and comfort applications, have made network congestion a challenge to manage in Heterogeneous Vehicular Network (HetVNET). In this paper, we propose a reliable network congestion model based on a Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), which is a supervised machine learning algorithm to predict network congestion in HetVNET. We have evaluated the performance of our proposed network congestion prediction model using a Cross-Validation test approach. Numerical results show that the proposed linear congestion prediction model is reliable, which can explain and support variability of the response as well. Moreover, we have weighted effectiveness of each considered HetVNET parameters, in association with congestion situation in HetVNET.

This paper proposes and implements a DTN (Delay Tolerant Network) communication protocol based on IPv6 for data transmission in remote areas. In the protocol, the proxy sends the obtained resource information and resource list to the mobile client node in the form of DTN, and the mobile client node also sends the subscription information generated by itself to the proxy node. Therefore, DTN communication between the proxy and the mobile client is realized. © 2019 IEEE.

In recent years, drone technology has developed rapidly. Drone's low cost, fast and flexible deployment, as well as strong mobility have made it possible to use drone-assisted sensor networks for data collection tasks. In this way, data collection nodes can break through the movement path restriction of traditional nodes, broaden the spatial movement range of nodes, and it is more suitable for data collection in complex environments. In this paper, we proposed a data collection strategy based on drone technology in Wireless Sensor Networks. Kmeans++ clustering method is used for auxiliary clustering and cluster head election in the initial state, which significantly improves the final error of the clustering result. Then, we used drone to assist cluster head election and data collection, which comprehensively considering the relative distance of every sensor node in the cluster and their relative remaining energy. In addition, for some nodes that have not been elected in the previous specified round, a reasonable priority is set to make the energy consumption of sensor nodes in the entire network more balanced. At the same time, we excluded the influence of dead nodes. Compared with many new methods proposed in recent years, the data collection strategy proposed delays the death time of the sensor nodes, reduces the overall energy consumption of the sensor nodes, and has a better performance. This work provides new ideas for the future work.
