由于探测器技术的快速发展，使得辐射测温的测温下限不断下延。许多国家计量院已经研制了InGaAs近红外辐射温度计作为1000℃以下辐射温度计标准器。而该辐射温度计的分度需要中低温固定点和Sakuma方程来实现。为了满足近红外辐射温度计量值溯源的需求，各个国家计量院相应地建立了中低温固定点黑体辐射源(铟点、锡点、锌点、铝点和银点)。文章从InGaAs辐射温度计和中低温固定点黑体的实验装置、仪器性能及测试结果等方面系统综述了先进国家计量院中低温辐射测温的研究进展，还介绍了中国计量科学研究院的InGaAs近红外辐射温度计以及中低温固定点黑体的研究进展。

Real-time is key feature in signal acquisition terminal of intelligent transportation. Furthermore, Linux on the terminal influence performance of signal acquisition directly. So it is necessary to improve real-time of Linux operating system. In this paper, by analyzing real-time scheduling policy and clock mechanism on Linux2.6.12 kernel, a new optimization for embedded ARM-S3C2440 framework is introduced into kernel scheduling module. On the basis of O(1) algorithm, LSF scheduling algorithm is proposed to improve scheduling policy. At additional, four aspects: process scheduling mechanism, kernel preempt, clock mechanism, virtual memory mechanism are made simple modifications. At final, new kernel is compiled and tested. Results show that performance of new kernel satisfy requirement of real-time acquisition terminal.

An irradiation thermometer with 1.6μm center wavelength was established at National institute of Metrology P.R. China, temperature range of which is from 420°C to 1085°C. This paper introduces the measurement principle, structure and calibration method of irradiation thermometer, the stability of the irradiation thermometer, the noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) of the thermometer at Zn fixed point and the expanded uncertainty at Zn, Al and Cu fixed points. The stability is 0.05°C, 0.07°C and 0.05°C during four months at Zn, Al and Cu fixed points, respectively. The value of the NETD including 16 times measurement results is lower than 25 mk at freezing platform of Zn fixed point. The expanded uncertainty of the irradiation thermometer is 0.24°C, 0.26°C, and 0.22°C at Zn, Al and Cu fixed points, respectively.

This paper introduced a new way which utilizes genetic algorithm to optimize neural network weights. And we have worked out the algorithm on ARCGIS and MATLAB platform. Meanwhile, a comprehensive evaluation of environment carrying capacity on Jiulong county has been carried out. The findings and results show that this method can provide a new way to evaluate geological environment, because it can effectively avoid the complicated parameter estimation process and adapt to the assessment of an unknown system in a complex environment.

Positronium time of flight spectroscopy（Ps-TOF）is an effective technique for porous material *** has advantages over other techniques for analyzing the porosity and pore tortuosity of *** paper describes a design for Ps-TOF apparatus based on the Beijing intense slow positron beam,supplying a new material characterization *** order to improve the time resolution and increase the count rate of the apparatus,the detector system is *** 3 eV o-Ps,the time broadening is 7.66 ns and the count rate is 3 cps after correction.

Recent results on the deuteron analyzing powers obtained in collisions of polarized deuterons with protons and light nuclei at intermediate and high energies are reported. The obtained results are sensitive to the spin structure of the short range correlations. The prospects of the spin program for hadronic reactions at Nuclotron-NICA facility is discussed. The polarimetry developments are also presented.

In this paper, a hydrodynamic coefficients reckon method for underwater robot is provided. Based on the reckoned hydrodynamic coefficients, a mathematical model of underwater robot was setup, which is suitable to the heading controller design for the underwater robot. A heading controller for the underwater robot was designed using modern H ∞ control theory, and the H ∞ controller was used to control the heading of the underwater robot in tank tests. The tank tests results shows that the H ∞ controller for the heading control of the underwater robot is effective, and its control precision is high. The controller is robust and it is helpful to rejecting disturbances on the underwater robot.
