Quantum logic gates serve as essential components in quantum computing and communication systems. Literatures highlights the two-state quantum Hadamard gates using various optical techniques. The paper presents an innovative method for developing a quantum-bit Hadamard gate utilizing light's phase encoding approach. The research focuses on the implementation of a silicon nitride-based racetrack configured ring resonator based on polarization rotation phenomena. The Hadamard gate is observed at the resonance wavelength of 1529.5 nm by adjusting the azimuth and elliptical angle of the input polarized light. The proposed polarization-driven Hadamard quantum gate has been confirmed through Jones matrix analysis and numerical simulations.
