We have experimentally demonstrated highly efficient silicon Michelson interferometer modulator with a modulation efficiency of 0.32 V‧cm at 2 μm waveband.A modulation speed of 30 Gbit/s is achieved. © 2024 IEEE.

We proposed a high-speed 2-µm Mach-Zehnder modulator with a record high bandwidth up to 30 GHz, which is able to modulate high-speed signals up to 34 Gb/s. © 2024 IEEE.
