A circuit architechure to realize clock recovery for fast Ethernet applications is presented, whick includies system architecture, modified Mueller Muller algorithm for 100BASE-TX, phase detector for 100BASE-TX and multiple output charge pump PLL. The clock recovery circuit is verified by TSMC 0.35um 1P5M CMOS process. The results show that this clock recovery circuit exactly extracts the timing information. It has advantages over others for simple and easy implementation.

He received the Achievement Award and the Distinguished Service Award in 1976 and 1989 respectively. He received the Purple Ribbon Medal from the Emperor in 1989.

Theoretical studies on Iijima's ''Theory of patternrecognition,'' which is known as a method of multiple similarity, have shown clearly that there are situations when it is difficult to determine the viewpoint and visual field, important parameters to introduce topological aspects into the pattern space, observing a figure itself. To cope with this problem, this paper proposes transforming the observed image from a figure f(r) to a second-order differential image rho(r), called ''figure source.'' The aim is to reconstruct the theory in such a way as to enable the application of similarity evaluation methods as in the conventional case, without compromising the current theory, and all the necessary proofs are given. In this paper, the figure source equation as well as rules representing its properties are developed, and several related physical quantities are redefined.

Microscopic halftone imagerecognition and analysis can provide quantitative evidence for printing quality control and fault diagnosis of printing devices, while halftone image segmentation is one of the significant steps during the procedure. Automatic segmentation on microscopic dots by the aid of the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) method that takes account of the fuzziness of halftone image and utilizes its color information adequately is realized. Then some examples show the technique effective and simple with better performance of noise immunity than some usual methods. In addition, the segmentation results obtained by the FCM in different color spaces are compared, which indicates that the method using the FCM in the f1f2f3 color space is superior to the rest.

The development of high technology has driven the rapid growth of civil aviation passenger demand. However, most current studies ignore the impact of increased passenger traffic on ground vehicle demand. This paper studies the demand forecast of transportation vehicles in a specific environment. Taxis are under huge service pressure when faced with the characteristics of irregular time distribution and high dynamics. After the taxi driver escorts the passenger to the airport, it is a big problem whether to leave without a load or go to the car pool. This paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a judgment matrix, establishes an airport taxi demand forecast model based on the best interests. Taking the status of taxi operation in Kunming Changshui International Airport as an example, the results show that the model can predict taxi demand more accurately and has practical guidance significance. Compared with traditional schemes, it is more conducive to improving driver's income.
