In public life, the contract, which is one of the oldest legal instruments, is widely used to regulate relations related to the satisfaction of certain needs of participants in civil law relations. Property relations that develop at the stage of sale of manufactured goods, performance of work, provision of services is based on the construction of the contract. Property interest is secured by an agreement. A contract is an agreement between two or more persons on the emergence, change or termination of their civil rights and obligations. It can be seen from the definition that the interested parties in the contract are counterparties directly participating in it. Civil law relations arising under this agreement apply only to both of them and create relative legal relations. According to the principle of relativity, the contract, as a rule, obliges the parties that have concluded it does not affect third parties. Contracts concluded for the benefit of third parties are one of the very important exceptions to this principle. When it comes to cyber security, the characteristic contract made for the favour of a third party may involve the exchange, processing, or storage of sensitive information. This article discusses the features of the secure storage for contract concluded in favour of a third party as a subject of research. The secure MD5 fused AES algorithm is proposed here to improve data privacy and security in the storage.

Although there have been significant advances in computer vision recently, there are still difficulties in efficiently interpreting dynamic and complicated visual input. Through the integration of Gated Recurrent Units (GRUs) and Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLPs) in advanced picture analysis, this study suggests a novel way to overcome these issues. Utilizing the advantages of both systems, the integrated model seeks to improve visual information comprehension and interpretation. computer vision applications involving temporal context and semantic understanding are sometimes difficult for traditional approaches to handle. MLPs are good at collecting spatial features; on the other hand, GRUs are efficient at processing data sequentially. This research aims to develop and evaluate an integrated MLP-GRU model for advanced image analysis, combining the strengths of MLPs and GRUs. The model aims to achieve superior performance in tasks like object detection, image classification, and semantic segmentation. The model combines MLPs for spatial feature extraction and GRUs for capturing temporal dependencies within sequential data. The experimental results show significant improvements in accuracy of 98%, compared to traditional approaches. The model also demonstrates the ability to discern complex visual patterns and make accurate predictions. This study highlights the potential of hybrid neural network architectures in image analysis, highlighting the paradigm shift in computer vision and their ability to analyze diverse and dynamic visual data.

In the rapidly evolving field of natural language processing (NLP), enhancing model performance in understanding and generating human language has become increasingly critical. As the need for better language models increases, enhancing the current systems’ shortcomings becomes crucial. There are difficulties in existing models precisely due to the fundamental problem of striking a balance between the level of detail achievable and the amount of computational resources that a model requires for accurate estimation in practical settings. Current models, present several problems including but not limited to overfitting, average performance on out-of-sample data and less applicability for subtle linguistic features. Such obstacles limit their capability to execute in real conditions, where high degree of accuracy and precision is paramount. To overcome these challenges, this study introduces a novel framework that employs the BERT model which was developed to capture bidirectional context and achieve greater depth of the semantic relations between words. The proposed approach is designed to improve the model’s effectiveness to a considerable extent through the use of mechanisms such as attention as well as transformer architecture included in BERT. The proposed BERT model demonstrates exceptional results, achieving an accuracy of 99.10% and a precision of 98.30%. These metrics reflect the model's superior ability to understand and generate accurate language representations, surpassing existing models in both effectiveness and efficiency. This advancement underscores the potential of BERT to address critical challenges in NLP, offering a promising solution for applications requiring high precision and robust language comprehension.

A fruit plant with sufficient value is the strawberry plant. High concentrations of fibre, antioxidants, potassium, vitamin C, and folic acid can be found in strawberry fruit. Because bacteria, pests, and microbes frequently impact strawberry plants, cultivating strawberries is a simple operation. Digital image processing will be used to introduce strawberry disease initially and limit its spread in strawberry plants. To improve strawberry disease diagnosis, a multi-pronged strategy was used, starting with the application of a carefully selected dataset. The dataset was then enriched and diversified using data augmentation techniques, which made it easier to build a reliable and complex model. For classification, the StrawberrySqueezeNet architecture was used, utilising its inherent capacity to identify complex patterns in the data. For hyperparameter tuning, a Tangent Search technique was used to maximise the model's performance. In order to get higher classification accuracy, the iterative optimisation procedure dynamically adjusted parameters as it explored the hyperparameter space. The result of these efforts was an astounding accuracy of 98.3%, which beat the industry standards set by other models.
