Integration of Operation and Maintenance Information Model with Company's Existing Information systems

Continuous development of information technologies opens new possibilities to increase efficiency of business activities of enterprises. However, introduction of IT innovations into construction with its principles of production process developed over the years needs to be done with appropriate integration in mind. Identifying approaches and integration platforms is the main task during introduction of information modeling into operation and maintenance activities of capital construction projects. Based on analysts' analysis, cumulative loss due to unintegrated data (cost of interoperability) was discovered to be the biggest on the stage of operation and maintenance and amounted for 2.5% of total costs. Current approach with automation of local tasks leads to increased financial burden on operator and owner of the building. The trend towards implementation of information modeling in the construction industry (BIM) helps to solve this problem. BIM allows to create a centralized graphically equipped database, from which it is possible to isolate information on a single component without losing any other components. The ever-increasing complexity of buildings and amount of maintenance information necessary to ensure the proper operation of the upkeep services requires continuous access to the updated and complete model of the building by maintenance staff.

The paper presents research analysis of possible analytical relationships that could exist in pointwise data for four-quadrant performance curves of one radial pump and seven pump-turbines for which the authors collected the basic data and performed the calculation. All the performance curves are for different specific speeds. Additionally, the examples of transformation calculation from the four-quadrant curves into Suter form curves shown in [1] -Thorley (1996) and [2] - Stepanoff (1959) have been presented. A numerical model has been developed for the calculation of transient processes in hydropower plants with installed pumps and pump-turbines. As an input data, the analytical relationships found in the previous research analysis have been used, as well as the pointwise curves for various specific speeds. The multi comparison of the results has been made and comprehensive conclusions given.

engineering and characterizing proteins can be time-consuming and cumbersome, motivating the development of generalist CRISPR-Cas enzymes to enable diverse genome editing applications. However, such enzymes have caveats such as an increased risk of off-target editing. To enable scalable reprogramming of Cas9 enzymes, here we combined high-throughput protein engineering with machine learning (ML) to derive bespoke editors more uniquely suited to specific targets. Via structure/function-informed saturation mutagenesis and bacterial selections, we obtained nearly 1,000 engineered SpCas9 enzymes and characterized their protospacer-adjacent motif (PAM) requirements to train a neural network that relates amino acid sequence to PAM specificity. By utilizing the resulting PAM ML algorithm (PAMmla) to predict the PAMs of 64 million SpCas9 enzymes, we identified efficacious and specific enzymes that outperform evolution-based and engineered SpCas9 enzymes as nucleases and base editors in human cells while reducing off-targets. An in silico directed evolution method enables user-directed Cas9 enzyme design, including for allele-selective targeting of the RHO P23H allele in human cells and mice. Together, PAMmla integrates ML and protein engineering to curate a catalog of SpCas9 enzymes with distinct PAM requirements, and motivates the use of efficient and safe bespoke Cas9 enzymes instead of generalist enzymes for various applications.

In our work we demonstrate a developed design project for lighting a 24-hour cafe at one of the largest airports in Russia. The project is based on use of energy-efficient technology for delivering natural light to rooms with constant presence of people. The existing option includes only minor artificial lighting. Employees and passengers who, for various reasons, have to stay in the terminal cafe for a long time, experience certain discomfort and fatigue for lack of natural light and continuous air conditioning in summer time. The proposed design project allows not only to radically change the interior atmosphere of the cafe due to natural sunlight and diffuse light, but also significantly save energy costs associated with continuous round-the-clock energy consuming artificial lighting and air conditioning in summer, contribute to improving the psychological comfort of people and preserving the natural environment. This statement is confirmed in this article below by the heat engineering calculation performed in Ansys calculation complex. There are no analogues to this project. Illumination calculations were performed in improved DIALux program, into which the relevant information on the applied daylighting systems was integrated. The calculation of the economic profitability of the design project confirms feasibility of material costs.

This study explores the spatial-temporal patterns of particulate matter (PM) in Taiwan. Probability map of PM and daily patterns are discussed in this study. Data mining provides more detailed spatial-temporal information for PM variations and trends. The proposed model will show that data mining provides a relatively high goodness of fit and sufficient space-time explanatory power, particularly air pollution frequency and affect areas. In the proposed model, a method using Dynamic Time Warping is proposed to analyse temporal similarity between stations. The proposed model can eliminate global effect on a single station through the performance of multiple stations. The proposed model will further be used for prediction of PM2.5. The prediction results will discuss the spatial-temporal relations between stations. This study will investigate the distribution of PM and its cyclicality.

Isocitrate dehydrogenase 1/2 (IDH) mutations are early initiating events in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The complex clonal architecture and cellular heterogeneity in IDH-mutant AML underlies the heterogeneous clinical presentation and outcomes. Integrating single-cell genotyping and transcriptomics, we demonstrate a stem-like and inflammatory phenotype of IDH-mutant AML and identify clone-specific programs associated with NPM1, NRAS, and SRSF2 co-mutations. Furthermore, these clones had distinct responses to treatment with combination IDH inhibitors and chemotherapy, including elimination, reconstitution of myeloid differentiation, or retention within progenitor populations. At relapse after IDH inhibitor monotherapy, we identify upregulated stemness, inflammation, mitochondrial metabolism, and anti-apoptotic factors, as well as downregulated major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II antigen presentation. At the pre-leukemic stage, we observe upregulation of IDH2-associated pathways, including inflammation. We deliver a detailed phenotyping of IDH-mutant AML and a framework for dissecting contributions of recurrently mutated genes in AML at diagnosis and following therapy, with implications for precision medicine.

As many of the elderly are prone to dysphagia, preventing aspirations during mealtime assistance is a huge concern, especially for institutions operated with limited staff. Two of the main course of actions that are taken usually to prevent aspiration are the altering of bolus consistency and altering of the swallowing posture. To assist prevention of pneumonia, we have been developing a smartphone-based wearable technology that can evaluate swallowing ability in real-time. In this paper we will introduce modified version of Swallwoscope adding a posture detection system and a remote swallowing activity visualisation system to our previous work. We will evaluate the accuracy of the proposed posture detection system and also evaluate the feasibility of our device to determine bolus consistency. We plan to integrate these components in a network-based framework to share the relevant medical information within the community to enhance safety and pleasure of eating.

An approach for robustness analysis of non-dominated solutions to a multi-objective optimization model of an energy management system aggregator (EMSA) in face of uncertainty is presented. The EMSA is an intermediary entity between households and the System Operator (SO), capable of contributing to balance load and supply, and therefore coping with the intermittency of renewable energy sources (RES) and facilitating a load follows supply strategy in a Smart Grid environment. Household clusters provide load flexibility to satisfy system services requested by the SO, involving decreasing or increasing load in specific time slots. The EMSA multi-objective optimization model considers the maximization of profits and the minimization of the imbalance between the amounts of load flexibility provided by the end-user clusters to satisfy SO requests, taking into account revenues from the SO and payments to the clusters. A hybrid evolutionary approach combining Genetic Algorithms (GA) with Differential Evolution (DE) has been designed to deal with this model, and its behaviour subject to different scenarios of uncertainty is evaluated. The robustness analysis of non-dominated solutions produced by the hybrid evolutionary approach is based on the degree of robustness concept, taking into account the changes in the performance of the objective functions when small perturbations of the model nominal coefficients occur.
