Anomaly detection in financial transactions is paramount for safeguarding against fraudulent activities that pose significant risks to financial institutions and customers alike. Traditional methods often struggle to accurately identify complex and evolving patterns of fraud, necessitating innovative approaches that leverage advanced techniques such as deep learning and isolation forest. In this study, we propose a novel framework for boosting anomaly detection in financial transactions by integrating deep learning with isolation forest to achieve enhanced accuracy. Firstly, it employ an autoencoder, a type of neural network, to learn complex representations of normal transaction patterns and reconstruct input data. The autoencoder's ability to capture subtle variations in transaction attributes enables it to effectively distinguish between normal and anomalous instances based on the reconstruction error. Furthermore, we augment the anomaly detection process by incorporating isolation forest, a tree-based algorithm that isolates anomalies in the feature space by recursively partitioning data subsets. By combining the representation learning capabilities of deep learning with the outlier detection prowess of isolation forest, our framework offers a comprehensive solution for detecting fraudulent activities in financial transactions. Through experimentation on real-world financial datasets, we demonstrate the superior performance of our proposed framework compared to existing methods. The proposed method is implemented in Python software and has an accuracy of about 99.12% which is 1.49% higher than other existing methods like Conv-LSTM, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-LSTM, and CNN-GRU (Gated Recurrent Unit). Moreover, the integration of deep learning with isolation forest enables our framework to adapt to evolving patterns of fraud, ensuring robust and reliable anomaly detection in dynamic financial environments. In recent years a new trend of architectures named the hybrid deep learning models have been derived as using several architectures jointly provides better performance for the problem. Out of these models, using CNN and GRU is therefore promising for upcoming tasks that need feature extraction and predicting sequential data. The primary contribution of the present work is an attempt to combine CNN for spatial feature extraction and GRU for temporal features, making the model efficient in handling sequential input data with lesser errors. The CNN-GRU structure based on this work combines CNN layer for feature extraction from raw input data and GRU layer to process features sequentially. This hybrid architecture is then fine-tuned by applying state of the art deep learning methods achieving higher classification accuracy. Accuracy of the proposed model was 98.9%, precision was 98.5%, recall was 99.1% and F1 score was 98.8%. An analysis of the results obtained shows that these values are markedly higher than when using only CNN or GRU, Random Forest, and SVM for standalone models. The proving work also confirms that the CNN-GRU hybrid model provides better solutions than the traditional model for various complicated classification problems in views of the better accuracy, precision, and recall. Nonetheless, it has the major drawbacks related to computational efficiency because it requires the input of large labeled data. Possible improvements for future work include further improvements to the efficiency of the algorithm as well as to investigate its effectiveness in practical domains such as healthcare, finance, and autonomous vehicles.

The COVID-19 outbreak has not only affected the physical health of the public but also resulted in severe psychological outcomes. This study aims to investigate the psychological effects of the COVID-19 outbreak on Pakistan's general public. In order to identify the main psychological factors that have emerged due to the current pandemic, extensive literature and opinion pieces of psychologists were reviewed. After a thorough study of the existing scholarship, four main psychological factors were investigated: stress and anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), delusions of getting infected from the disease, and religiosity. A research survey was circulated among the sample population online. A total 356 valid responses were received in the period of two to three weeks. Findings showed that the respondents reported a moderate level of anxiety, occasional symptoms of OCD, and delusions. However, respondents showed a high inclination toward religion during the current pandemic situation. Furthermore, respondents highlighted a few other psychological factors, such as financial strain and loneliness, in the survey. The primary sources of COVID-19-related information were social media and television among the general public of Pakistan. Finally, guidelines and tips from the reviewed psychologists and psychiatrists on overcoming the highlighted psychological problems that have arisen due to the COVID-19 outbreak were summarised. © 2021 John Wiley & Sons Ltd

People are becoming used to fake world and vocal communication as technology advances. There are a few ways to communicate with people online in this modern invention. A large number of individuals often choose and use the simplest form of reporting, namely email. The era of encrypted email allows users to communicate with other people by posting signals and also facilitates cross-border corporate communication. Some individuals are unable to take advantages of this technology due to their ignorant or lack the necessary visible screen ability. Therefore, a Speech completely messaging device is suggested using Py but instead Ai to save time for externally examined people. Its device gives those who have been evaluated on the outside some power of contact and considerably increases their sense of stability as objectivity. With the use of that invention, blind persons will indeed be able to send out emails just like other regular citizens. Voice-based messaging systems use cutting-edge technology to ensure their legitimacy to people who have been vetted on the outside.

The proliferation of loT -enabled gadgets means that ever more information is being created and transmitted over the web. The release of sensitive loT data, however, is a privacy breach. Sensitive information generated by loT devices poses a serious security risk since it is transmitted across an unsecured network. The storage issue may be managed with the help of an external cloud. Cloud storage has the potential to compromise users' privacy. To prevent unauthorised access and maintain confidentiality during data transmission, current systems include symmetric encryption and access restrictions. Blockchain is an exciting distributed ledger technology with the potential to safeguard stored information against manipulation by unscrupulous actors. To protect information from Internet of Things devices, this article suggests using a blockchain-based decentralised access control system. Fog computing and the idea of an alliance chain provide the basis for the suggested approach. In order to encrypt and divide data at the network's edge, fog nodes are employed. Homomorphic encryption is used on the third-party cloud to combine data that has been partitioned and encrypted. The suggested system provides dynamic and granular access control for loT data, mitigating the risk of a single point of failure in access control. Results from experiments showed that this approach effectively protects the confidentiality of data collected from Internet of Things devices.

Nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ) is an air pollutant with adverse short-term and long-term effects on humans, flora and fauna alike. We explore Israel and Palestine, one of the most volatile regions in the world, through historical NO 2 concentration in unison with population exposure. For the sake of objectivity, we combined both territories and all analysis was territory agnostic. Our subjects were the three focal territories in the region: Gaza Strip, Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv. We then juxtaposed historical insights with the most recent six month period using the data from Sentinal-5P. We discovered interesting spatio-temporal trends for the past two decades that seemed to relate to the conflict very closely. The insights from NO 2 were similar to the trends shown by the population exposure: Gaza strip had the greatest population growth and consistently unsafe levels of NO 2 ; Jerusalem was the most volatile district in the whole region with the highest population exposure to NO 2 and Tel-Aviv had the highest concentration of NO 2 for the entire period. Spatial correlation varied between 1 and −0.3, closely following the chaotic nature of the conflict in the region through time.
