This paper deals with the problem of the bounded traveling wave solutions' shape and the solution to the generalized Whitham-Broer-Kaup equation with the dissipation terms which can be called WBK equation for *** authors employ the theory and method of planar dynamical systems to make comprehensive qualitative analyses to the above equation satisfied by the horizontal velocity component u(ξ) in the traveling wave solution (u(ξ),H(ξ)),and then give its global phase *** authors obtain the existent conditions and the number of the solutions by using the relations between the components u(ξ) and H(ξ) in the *** authors study the dissipation effect on the solutions,find out a critical value r*,and prove that the traveling wave solution (u(ξ),H(ξ)) appears as a kink profile solitary wave if the dissipation effect is greater,i.e.,|r| ≥ r*,while it appears as a damped oscillatory wave if the dissipation effect is smaller,i.e.,|r| < r*.Two solitary wave solutions to the WBK equation without dissipation effect is also *** on the above discussion and according to the evolution relations of orbits corresponding to the component u(ξ) in the global phase portraits,the authors obtain all approximate damped oscillatory solutions (u(ξ),H(ξ)) under various conditions by using the undetermined coefficients ***,the error between the approximate damped oscillatory solution and the exact solution is an infinitesimal decreasing exponentially.

With the development of attosecond science, tunneling time can now be measured experimentally with the attoclock technique. However, there are many different theoretical definitions of tunneling time and no consensus has been ***, we bridge the relationship between different definitions of tunneling time based on a quantum travel time in onedimensional rectangular barrier tunneling problem. We find that the real quantum travel time t_(Re) is equal to the Bohmian time t_(Bohmian), which is related to the resonance lifetime of a bound state. The total quantum travel time τt can perfectly retrieve the transversal time t_x and the Büttiker–Landauer time τ_(BL) in two opposite limits, regardless of the particle energy.

We investigate the screening effects on the spectrum of spontaneous radiation and radiative recombination to the 1s,2s and 2p states of hydrogen with total atom density N=1.7×10^(19)cm^(-3)and electron temperatures 1eV,2eV and 5eV under the local thermodynamic equilibrium(LTE)*** needed atomic energy levels,the radiative transition probabilities and radiative recombination cross sections are calculated by solving the Schr(o)dinger equation numerically incorporating the Debye-Hückel model in *** plasma emission spectrum is simulated for the first time by using the screened atomic *** red shift and the cutoff of Rydberg spectra are observed and it is also found that the 2 eV electron temperature case has the strongest screening effects and the emission spectra to the 2s and 2p states are more likely affected by screening effects than that of the ls state.

Effects of a continuous magnetic field in the direction of streaming on the incompressible Kelvin–Helmholtz instability (KHI) are investigated by solving the linear ideal magnetohydrodynamic equations. It is found that the frequency of the KHI is not influenced by the magnetic field. The magnetic field strength effect decreases the linear growth of the KHI, while the magnetic field gradient scale length effect increases its linear growth. The KHI can even be completely suppressed when the magnetic field is strong enough. The linear growth rate approaches a maximum when the magnetic field gradient scale length is large enough.

Production of light complex particles from the n+^238u reaction is analyzed with the exciton model including the improved Iwamoto-Harada pickup mechanism for the preequilibrium process. It is allowed that some of the nucleons forming the complex ejectile come from levels below the Fermi energy, and the intrinsic structure of the emitted particle is taken into account. The equilibrium-state emissions are also considered by using Hauser- Feshbach theory with the width fluctuation correction and the evaporation model angular distributions, energy spectra and double differential cross sections of neutron, alpha emissions for the n+^238U reaction are consistently calculated and analyzed with the energy range En ≤150 MeV. ENDF-formatted nuclear data including information charged particles are obtained.
