This paper presents a dual-band printed dipole antenna for unidirectional radiation. The antenna is designed for the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) system that operating on both the frequency ranges of 2.400 – 2.483 GHz and 5.15 – 5.85 GHz. Radiated elements of the antenna are flat conductors on the surface of FR4 printed circuit board. All elements are on the same side of FR4. Coaxial line is chosen for feeding. It makes the antenna good matching and easy to assembly. The antenna is simulated by computer program before fabricating a prototype. It provides omni-directional radiation but has a direction with the gain about 5 dBi at the central of both operating frequencies. It is appropriate for the system that desired the signal to radiate surround but has some direction together. The size of the antenna is 44.0 × 60.0 mm2. Advantages of the antenna are low profile structure, light weight, and can be fabricated with cheap material. So, it is a low-cost antenna.

The development of electric railway train has been growing rapidly in the last few years. Comfort is one of the important aspects in electric railway cabin, including the acoustic comfort. İn this paper, noise reduction efforts for air conditioning system of electric railway trains are discussed. Air-borne noise and structure-borne noise are considered while finite element analysis is used to study the contribution of each path to the total sound pressure level found in the passenger area. The air-borne noise control is realized by using the acoustic liner on the internal wall of the ducting where fibrous porous absorbers are used. This approach decreases the sound pressure level as much as 29.3 dB. Meanwhile, the structure-borne noise is reduced by placing a set of a parallel stiffener at the ducting wall. This approach can reduce the sound pressure level up to 28.9 dB at low-frequency range. Combining both of the acoustic liner and stiffener altogether can reduce the sound pressure level up to 37.1 dB by which the overall sound pressure level at passenger area is around 51.2 dBA.

This research describes the method of manufacturing process planning of hole manufacturing, which in every machining process consists of several individual operations with various types of punching blades. The process of setting the trajectory is one of the problems of holes manufacturing process because this process takes a long machining time and often it obtains undirected sequence path that sometimes causes stress material and the damaged of punching blades. The aim of optimization process is to minimize the processing time of holes manufacturing so the time function which is obtained can be converted in the form of energy consumption that helps manufacturers to predict the machining time. Dynamic Directed Graph is applied where each node represents a machining operation. The time function is obtained by studying the shortest path of a directed graph where the structure of objectivity studied is similar to the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). The mathematical model is used to solve the hole optimization problem of the graph structure by proposing the combination of both to solve the optimization problem. The Algorithm realization will be applied in real time CAD / CAM programming by using TOPS300 which is used for TRUMPF TC200 Punching Machine. There are 2 kinds of blade operations in this research which are single stroke operation and multi strokes operation. Both produce different time function. By a. Finally, some conclusions are given from examples that show the hybrid algorithm of Simulated Annealing and Genetic Algorithms is effective in reaching higher optimization performance and less energy consumption, which 26.02 seconds for single stroke operation and 126.02 seconds for multi strokes operation with the acquisition of logical path results with the absence of intersecting trajectories.

Regenerative braking is a way to harvest electric energy from braking mechanism which usually implemented in electric vehicles. Braking strategies are required to maximize the use of regenerative braking systems. This research aims to design a regenerative braking model for a medium-sized electric bus. Measurements of latitude, longitude, elevation, and speed were firstly conducted by using GPS-based OsmAnd Android application. Transjakarta Corridor 1 (Kota-Blok M) was used for a test track with a distance of 14 km. Besides using data from measurements using GPS, WLTP (Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure) data is also used for comparison. This study produced a braking strategy model that considers aerodynamic, rolling, and grade resistances as well as electrical component specifications of the electric bus. The model design is then compared to the existing serial and parallel strategy. With the design of this system, the regenerative braking model can harvest more energy which increases the mileage of the electric bus.

This paper identifies several sources of risks in DKI Jakarta rice supply chain that through Cipinang Primary Rice Market (CPRM). Secondary data from several sources were collected and analysed using pareto chart and time series analysis. Based on the pareto analysis, it was known that there was a change in the order of suppliers whereas in 2011, 80% of the supply came only from Cirebon, Karawang and Bandung (West Java Province). While in 2015 the main source of supply changed to Cirebon, Central Java and Karawang. Linear trend equation using decomposition model for Cirebon and Karawang showed trend of decreasing monthly supply while Central Java had a positive trend. Harvest area of wetland paddy in Cirebon and Karawang showed a negative trend in the last 6 years. The data also showed that West Java Province was the province with the largest rice crop area affected by plant organism attack and drought disaster in 2015. DKI Jakarta had several potential supply chain risks from rice supply, drought risk and pests risk where the province of West Java, which previously could become a major supplier began to require supply assistance from other provinces, especially Central Java.
