This paper presents KUCAS (Known User Continuous Authentication System), a work-in-progress security system, that has a continuous authentication mechanism of users/consumers. The KUCAS system makes use of environmental context information, users behavior analysis, the behavior theories of Skinner and the Mathematical Confidence of Dempster-Shafer Evidences Theory, that establishes trust levels to authenticate the user by his behavior analysis, during an application software, in a specific domain of the computer networks, in a period of time. The dynamics of enclosed management in this system compares the current behavior with the user's previous behaviors description and with the trust restrictions. In case of indications of changes in the user's behavior, the system provides the behavior analysis of the user using database restrictions information. If there are uncertainties and divergences, mechanisms of security and alert signals are triggered.

Enterprises need talent to accomplish their causes, but they are often faced with the phenomenon of the severe loss of talent. Aimed at the problem of the loss of talent and applying the forewarning management theory, the thesis is to establish a forewarning index system to avoid the loss of talent. To set up a scientific business management system of talent and better pre-control the problem of the loss of talent, the thesis selects twenty-one indexes and with them establishes the enterprise's forewarning index system of the loss of talent. The selected indexes are integrated into ten major factors with the factor-analysis method, based on which the enterprise's forewarning index model of the loss of talent is set up, which provides a new method for the forewarning index evaluation of the enterprise's loss of talent.

Refuge floors should be provided in all buildings exceeding 25 storeys for fire safety following the Hong Kong Building Code on means of escape, and at least two opposite external walls should be open to provide adequate cross ventilation. Wind-induced flow around two adjacent rectangle-plan high-rise buildings with or without opening refuge floors were investigated by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in this paper. The flow pattern and pressure distributions around these two buildings were addressed. The results are believed to be helpful for the proper design of the smoke control system and ventilation system in buildings.

To obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of heated urban surface layers, we calculated various ground surface parameters from experimentally obtained vertical profiles of mean wind velocity and mean temperatures and compared them to actual measurement data from previous research. The experimental parameters were floor surface roughness and atmospheric stability as defined by the bulk Richardson number. Two models of floor surface roughness were used: L-type roughness and block-type roughness. The block-type• roughness was arranged at a gross coverage ratio of 25%. The results for this roughness showed similar results to actual measurement results.
