Indonesia’s high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and İnfant Mortality Rate (IMR) are major health concerns. In Indonesia’s 2020, MMR was 199/100,000 live births, exceeding the 2015–2030 global target of 70/100,000. Geographic Information Systems (GISs) maternal and infant health are useful in mapping and evaluating pregnant women’s locations to determine health facility access. This study aimed to describe the use of GIS to map pregnant women, risky pregnant women, and the distance to the nearest health facility in a remote rural Indonesian area. The study used descriptive quantitative surveying. This study focused on rural pregnant women in Bulukumba, South Sulawesi. The sampling method used the total population. This study uses ArcGIS to find coordinates points using latitude and longitude points. Descriptive analysis to be used maps pregnant women’s risk of accessing health facilities. Results this research, using GIS to map pregnant women, especially high-risk ones, to shelters and health facilities found 47.7% have a risk of pregnancy, 34.9% get to the hospital in 50–60 min, and 1.1% above 60 min. GIS mapping in rural pregnant women can monitor high-risk pregnancies, but it must be enhanced continuously. GIS in health, especially for mothers and children, can help the government present health equality policies by estimating distance and time to access health facilities, especially in specific geographic locations, with decreased MMR and improving maternal and child health. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Risk Factors associated with COVID-19 Infection among Contacts of Index Cases in Saudi Arabia: A Case-Control Study

This study was aimed to determine the risk factors associated with COVID-19 infection among contacts of index cases in Saudi Arabia. This unmatched case—control study was conducted among contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases in April and May 2020 in Al-Madinah, Saudi Arabia. A total of 118 cases and 115 controls were included in this study. All cases and controls were interviewed via telephone by using a structured questionnaire that included two sections. The first section included participants’ personal and demographic information, and the second part included questions on the degree of distancing and the duration of contact prior to the appearance of the first symptom, seasonal influenza vaccination, and the nature of the relationship with the index case patient. The majority of cases (83.1%) and controls (67.2%) were males. The mean standard deviation age for the whole sample was 35.3 (10.6) years, and their ages ranged from 18 to 63 years. In the multivariate analysis, the risk for COVID-19 infection was increased by age [Adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR) = 2.2; 95% Confidence Interval (CI), 1.1–4.8, p = 0.046], and was higher among family members (aOR = 10; 95% CI, 3.3–20.0; p = 0.001), coworkers (aOR = 20.0; 95% CI, 4.4–50.0; p < 0.001), and those who communicated with an index case at a distance of <1.5 m (aOR = 4.3; 95% CI, 1.9–9.8; p = 0.001).

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Big data is a concept that deals with large or complex data sets by using data analysis tools(e.g.,data mining,machine learning)to analyze information extracted from several sources *** data has attracted wide attention from academia,for example,in supporting patients and health professionals by improving the accuracy of decision-making,diagnosis and disease *** research aimed to perform a Bibliometric Performance and Network Analysis(BPNA)supported by a Scoping Review(SR)to depict the strategic themes,thematic evolution structure,main challenges and opportunities related to the concept of big data applied in the healthcare *** this goal in mind,4857 documents from the Web of Science covering the period between 2009 to June 2020 were analyzed with the support of SciMAT *** bibliometric performance showed the number of publications and citations over time,scientific productivity and the geographic distribution of publications and research *** strategic diagram yielded 20 clusters and their relative importance in terms of centrality and *** thematic evolution structure presented the most important themes and how it changes over ***,we presented the main challenges and future opportunities of big data in healthcare.

The positive relationship between unique resources and sustainable competitiveness of the company has been well understood and applies to almost all businesses. However, little is known about the specific effects of the uniqueness of resources and business strategies in this relationship. Using resource-based view (RBV), Porter's five-factor theory, and game theory, as well as imitation theory between companies, this study explains how the influence of company-specific resources and the uniqueness of the company's strategy as a sustainable competitive advantage affect performance. Analysis of data collected from surveys on 101 mining companies in Indonesia shows companies with distinctive resources are able to produce unique business strategies and insofar as they cannot be replicated, companies can enjoy sustainable competitive advantage. This implies that mining companies need to avoid their resources and business strategies to be imitated by their competitors if the company still wants to maintain competitive advantage and performance. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Mining is a very crucial activity of human being and is practiced everywhere in the world, including in Bangka Belitung Province which is rich in tin, making tin is the leading commodity in this area. This study aimed at analyzing the Bangka Belitung profile, tin mining activities in this area and its impact on an environmental conditions in Bangka Belitung Islands. The study applied a descriptive-qualitative method, using data from library study and previous researches dealing with the research topic, as well as data from field observation. It concluded that tin mining has been done since the Dutch era in Bangka Belitung, and is more active today. Therefore, it is concluded that massive environmental degradation will occur should the mining practices are not stopped. The study It is recommended that the government has to strengthen its policy in the form of local regulation on the tin mining activities for erecting a better public administration practices. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2019.

Temperatures higher that in the environment of work for workers diuar room very influential given the risk of the occurrence of an attack of fever Temperature High or known Heat Stroke. In the article is, do observation observation of patients with cases of heat stroke. This material and method Keyword 'Heat Stroke', 'handling patient heat stroke', 'Hypothermia', 'Injury Heart due to Heat Stroke' is used through a combination of 'OR' and 'AND' By conducting electronic searches on Google and Google Scholar and Pubmed. The search was carried out with a publication year limitation between January 2013 and October 2020. Results: 10 articles were collected and met the inclusion criteria. The literature review shows that, most of the research has been done in countries advanced, and is found in the article mentioned that the cases of heat stroke are still still high with cases penatalaksanan are different in each country.

An integrated assessment model for assesing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor simultaniously has been developed for formative assessment in computer class. The assessment model was adopted from a Balinese culture based assessment. Many of the skills in Bali are learned through a collaborative process between skilled workers and young workers who help them. Through observations and in-depth interviews with some community figures it was found that skilled workers taught skills to young workers while they are working together. If the process runs normally, then in the future, young workers will become skilled workers. During the collaboration process, skilled workers evaluate the learning progress of young workers. Evaluation is done through a process similar to analogy. The skilled worker gives an example of performance, then the young worker is asked to imitate the example. Young workers will attempt to implement such performance examples, while expert workers do assessments while working. Assessment is done in an integrated manner including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor components. The assessment model has been tried to be adopted for formative assessment in computer class and developed in the form of performance assessment. Students are given problems to be resolved and similar problems with it's solutions are attached. The student solve the problem by doing analogy with the problem that has been solved. The assessment rubric includes the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor components. Gradually the similarity of the problem is reduced, so that the students are finally able to solve new problems without any examples. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
