Misuse of a person's data can be found anywhere because of a lack of knowledge about how to manage data and secure it properly. The rapid development of information technology, creates various activities easily, including in the health sector. In the field of health itself, there is a long-distance consultation using various applications that facilitate long-distance relationships between doctors and patients, known as telemedicine. However, the emergence of this development does not deny the existence of cybermedicine. Cyber medicine is the dissemination of clinical and non-clinical patient information that can be misused for personal gain that can harm others. This can be used in telemedicine, all online-based, so there is a possibility of data leakage. The authors want to examine the extent of data protection for patients who use telemedicine services. This study was conducted using a literature review method taken from articles related to telemedicine. Therefore, there is a need for regulations to provide legal protection for victims who experience theft of personal data by providing certainty in the management of data and information, especially the management of personal data. If the data is not managed properly and appropriately, it will lead to abuse and cybercriminal attacks. © 2022 IEEE.

Multi-robot Map Exploration Based on Multiple Rapidly-Exploring Randomized Trees

A map is necessary for tasks such as path planning or localization, which are common to mobile robot navigation. However, a map may be unavailable if the environment in which a robot navigates is unknown. Creating a map requires an exploration algorithm. Such algorithms guide robots to boundaries that separate known portions of a map from the unknown portions. Such boundaries are known as frontiers. There are image processing-based algorithms that detect frontiers. The authors’ previous work uses two, i.e., local and global, rapidly exploring random trees (RRTs) for two-dimensional exploration using a single robot. The present work applies the above to a multiagent system with three robots. A market-based strategy is used to allocate exploration tasks to the robots. Results show that the developed exploration strategy successfully explores a map in a reasonable amount of time compared to image processing-based approaches, and also reduces the map exploration cost. This strategy is readily usable for three-dimensional exploration with drones. It is also shown that the usage of a local frontier detector along with a global frontier detector helps reduce exploration time compared to simply using a global frontier detector alone. As an outline to future work, the paper also shows an extension of the proposed approach towards three-dimensional mapping using a single robot. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This study presents a hybrid model, STL-ARIMA-ES-LSTM, developed to improve the accuracy of Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) forecasts in the Amazon region. The model integrates seasonal and trend decomposition using Loess (STL) with statistical methods (ARIMA and Exponential Smoothing-ES) and a machine learning technique (Long Short-Term Memory - LSTM). Applied to GPP data from the PE-QFR site, the hybrid model achieved significantly better error metrics, with RMSE of 1.69 gC/m2/day, MAE of 1.35 gC/m2/day, and MAPE of 0.20%, compared to the standalone LSTM (RMSE of 2.16 gC/m2/day, MAE of 1.78 gC/m2/day, and MAPE of 0.27%). Furthermore, the hybrid model showed stronger agreement with the observed data, with correlation coefficient r =0.62 and R2 =0.39 , whereas the LSTM alone yielded r =0.26 and R2 = –0.002. The STL decomposition allowed effective separation of trend, seasonality, and residual components, enabling tailored modeling of each, which contributed to the improved predictive performance. These results demonstrate the advantage of hybrid approaches in capturing the nonlinear and seasonal patterns of GPP, supporting enhanced environmental monitoring and more informed climate change mitigation strategies in the Amazon. © 2013 IEEE.

With the advancement of technology, information systems have become increasingly necessary in almost all areas, including healthcare. One of the technologies used to facilitate this progress is electronic medical records (EMRs). Although EMRs have improved service delivery and patient care in healthcare, they also pose risks to patient data due to cybercrime attacks, which can result in data theft and alteration of medical records. Medical identity theft has become a major issue in healthcare systems around the world, While technology has been beneficial in improving service delivery and patient care in healthcare, it has also introduced numerous risks to patient safety and ultimately impacted patient health. Cybersecurity issues have advanced with technology, thus increasing the rate at which medical identity thefts occur. The healthcare industry lags in curbing cybersecurity issues, and thus, it is vulnerable to many cyberattacks. To address these risks, techniques, and methods are needed to ensure the security of EMR systems against cybercrime attacks. This study used a literature review method and identified eleven articles that met inclusion and exclusion criteria. Through analysis of these articles, several techniques and methods were identified to secure the privacy system in EMRs, such as mIBE-AES, DES, and RSA methods. The literature review revealed that Encryption Data is the safest technique to use, as it is standardized, widely accessible, and cost-effective. Furthermore, mIBE-AES is the safest method for EMRs because it is both secure and efficient for storing medical record documents. Performance evaluations were conducted to test the level of security against cybercrime attacks.

The application of information technology in addition to making internal business processes more effective and efficient, is also to improve customer service. This role is important for companies to maintain the sustainability of information systems as a strategic tool for competitive advantage so system availability is absolutely essential. Research related to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) needs to be carried out to see the readiness of a corporation to build a backup system in different places and locations. By using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to form an evaluation model, it will obtain an overview of what factors must be considered and what the current conditions are. The results of the study show that there are Core Technical DRP, Organizational Preparation, and Costing factors which are the main variables in supporting DRP readiness. The conclusion from this study, through these three new factors a mathematical model can be built as a reference for improving DRP implementation in corporations.

Technology will continue to be an important thing in life, technological developments can be found in everyday life. In medical intelligence technology, to identify bio-Terrorism actions, and aspects that can threaten national security, such as targets that may be the object of attack, identify indicators early, build biosecurity, and analyze pathogen communities. The threat that hit the world is when resources are used by irresponsible people or groups and are used as biological weapons (bioweapons), bioterrorism, and others. These biological weapons are not only used for war but can also be used for terrorism purposes. The involvement of biological weapons in the history of war has been used, various weapons were created before the 20th century biological weapons in the form of biological toxins or bacteria from decaying animals and plants, after the 20th-century weapons switched to bacteria (anthrax), viruses (smallpox), and poison (botulinum). Regarding what is used as a biological weapon, this is regulated by various policies, both national policies, and defense policies. Anticipatory steps and efforts to overcome the threat of bioterrorism need to involve all parties, including the community, security forces, health workers, and scientists. Legal reforms can be carried out to perfect and complement existing legal loopholes as a result of controlling bioterrorism which widens the opportunities or loopholes for bioterrorism attacks in Indonesia that should receive state attention and formulate bioterrorism regulations. © 2022 IEEE.

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Airport runway designs must consider wind climatology to reduce the potential for crosswind and tailwind events that can cause accidents and aircraft delays. The large potential of crosswind and tailwind on a runway at the airport is very detrimental to aircraft passengers and airlines. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential of crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta Airport and find the right parameters for the approximate direction and speed of the wind on the airport runway. Analysis was carried out using the direction and wind speed data from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station in 2007-2017 to determine the potential for crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta airport and run a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) weather model to determine the parameterization of the right weather model for wind forecast at Soekarno Hatta airport. The highest maximum crosswind component in the 2007-2017 period occurred in August 30.53 knots, while the highest maximum tailwind of 25 knots occurred in January for a 250-degree runway and 24 knots occurred in August for a 070-degree runway. The potential for crosswind and tailwind is different every month. The scheme produces forecasts of wind direction and speed with a strong level of correlation with observations of wind direction and speed from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station, the correlation value is 0.61. The most significant social impact of plane delays is time loss for passengers. While the economic impact on one of the crosswind events at Soekarno Hatta airport was an economic loss for one airline of US $ 43,392. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The state, through the government, should ensure national security and stability through the policies taken. For this reason, fast and accurate information and data are needed to form the basis for policymaking. Intelligence actors have an essential role in gathering information to identify and prevent threats within and outside the country. Technological advances affect changes in threats and increase the classification of these threats. Covid-19 is a real example of the threat in this era because almost all countries feel its impact. In addition to affecting health, the Covid-19 pandemic also impacts the global economic sector. The economic impact is felt by small and medium industries, goods and services products, and also the tourism sector. The method that is used in this study is a literature review from various national and international journals. AI and Big Data can be used to track viruses in real time, collect adequate public health data, and integrate vaccine use. Also, AI and Big Data can provide local decision and policy-makers with informed, evidence-based predictions. the threat of the Covid-19 pandemic and other infectious diseases that disrupt public health and have a broad impact must be anticipated and addressed in order to achieve the safety and existence of the nation and state. The author wants to emphasize the importance of the role of intelligence in anticipating threats from the visible to the invisible.

Medical Technologies develop along with the development of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (I.R. 4.0). In I.R. 4.0, a collaborative ecosystem is formed between cyber technology and automation technology to be able to create "intelligent" systems to facilitate various human activities, including activities related to health. The most important thing in the system is data since it is the basis for the development of various key icons technologies in the I.R. 4.0: Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (Al), Augmented Reality, and Cyber Security. Unfortunately, with the variety of I.R. 4.0 products, the data produced by these products is also scattered everywhere. Misuse of this scattered data—which the owner may not even know where the data are stored—can harm the individual concerned, and even the very existence of the state. Healthcare services now are undergoing Digital Transformation in which these data were needed to build high-quality services. The Health Digital Transformation strategy changes the direction of health services to be simpler and easier to use by the public, increasing efficiency, and thus providing a higher quality health service system so that it can trigger better economic growth. On the regulatory aspect, The Private Data Protection Bill was proposed by the Indonesian government to protect the data of the Indonesian people. Literature studies are used to obtain knowledge between the three: technology development, digital transformation in healthcare, and private data protection. This study seeks how important private data protection regulation is to realize digitally transformed healthcare. The study conducted indicates Private Data Protection Bills have the means to guarantee the rights of the data owner and prevent their data (including medical intelligence data) to be misused.
