This study aims to implement a machine learning technique in identifying the irregularities of customer behavior on the use of prepaid electricity pulses. The methods used are Linear Discriminant Analysis and Logistic Regression. The performance of the classification system will be evaluated using the 10-fold cross-validation technique. Validation results are measured using accuracy, precision and recall values. In this research shows that the use of machine learning technique has a good performance in classification of electrical consumption behavior. Experimental results with the different amount of data testing indicate that Logistic Regression method has high accuracy, precision, and recall value when compared with Linear Discriminant Analysis that is 100%. This is due to Logistic Regression method can predict irregularities accurately because the addition of the amount of data does not affect the performance of the method. © 2017 IEEE.

This paper presents Koch fractal aperture-coupled patch antennas operating in industrial scientific and medical band at 60 GHz (57 GHz to 64 GHz), for on-chip application. This work is the continuation of the development of aperture-coupled antennas with aperture and patch element built in 2 μm-thick aluminum lying on two layers of silicon with a height of 200 μm. The use of Koch fractal allowed the development of aperture-coupled antennas of greater perimeter with more metal in the patch elements, which promoted an increase in the gain. The observed gain for Koch fractal level 2 was of 10.55 dBi, with a bandwidth of 7.23 GHz, covering the ISM 60 GHz Band, and an increase of less than 10% in total patch dimension. For Koch fractal levels 0 (square), a polarization close to circular was achieved, with an axial ratio less than 6 at resonant frequencies.

The inventory control systems has an important role to monitor the condition of the goods at the supply chain stage of goods distribution from the central warehouse to retail in accordance with consumer demand. The research aims to develop inventory control systems on the supply chain distribution of goods from suppliers to retail through the central warehouse with minimal supply chain costs. Minimization of supply chain cost using martingale model of forecast evaluation, and the result as the basis for calculation of safety stock and reorder point. The results of research are the system that can be used to control inventory and renewal of goods in the central warehouse by calculating the minimization of supply chain cost based on consumer demand. Case studies were conducted on the supply chain distribution of goods from the central warehouse to the retail in Semarang. The observation data derived from the goods distribution from central warehouse to retail for certain products over 4 time periods. Through such inventory control system, can minimize supply chain cost, and product inventory level can be maintained in time and amount of inventory that must be fulfilled. © 2018 IEEE.

KAGRA, the underground and cryogenic gravitational-wave detector, was operated for its solo observation from February 25 to March 10, 2020, and its first joint observation with the GEO 600 detector from April 7 to April 21, 2020 (O3GK). This study presents an overview of the input optics systems of the KAGRA detector, which consist of various optical systems, such as a laser source, its intensity and frequency stabilization systems, modulators, a Faraday isolator, mode-matching telescopes, and a high-power beam dump. These optics were successfully delivered to the KAGRA interferometer and operated stably during the observations. The laser frequency noise was observed to limit the detector sensitivity above a few kilohertz, whereas the laser intensity did not significantly limit the detector sensitivity.

The widespread interest toward online learning at higher education worldwide brings about necessity toward an smart Learning Management System (LMS), LMS with analytic functionalities, to increase learning outcome of the students. In an effort to develop a smart LMS which is able to both guiding students on learning process and giving automated feedback on online learning delivery to online learning management, this paper presents a preliminary and exploratory results toward textual documents from learning material repository and online discussion forum. The dataset for this study obtained from Bina Nusantara Online Learning repository. The study found interesting finding namely: there is a significant discrepancy between cognitive domain Taxonomy level between question raised in discussion forum and its respective level of learning outcomes. Recently, the Indonesian government requires auditors, the need for auditors around 40,000 auditors in 2016, currently has only about 10,800 auditors, however, the lack of the auditors impacting the risk of financial loss for the state. Referring to the problem, this experimental research was conducted. The experiment of the research was conducted two times and the audit topic is a compliance audit in the year 2017 and year 2018. The goal of this research is to know, can the stakeholder act as an IT and general compliance auditor? The experiment was conducted by 8 university students in 2017 and 19 university students in 2018, and the supporting tools of audit activities the university student use the smartphone to capture the object as evidence. The experiment results with descriptive method show university students can act as an auditor and found several pieces of evidence that might cause future impact to the institution.

We report on the discovery and spectroscopic confirmation of TOI-2458 b, a transiting mini-Neptune around an F-type star leaving the mainsequence with a mass of M*= 1.05 ± 0.03Mo, a radius of R*= 1.31 ± 0.03 Ro, an effective temperature of Teff = 6005 ± 50 K, and a metallicity of -0.10 ± 0.05 dex. By combining TESS photometry with high-resolution spectra acquired with the HARPS spectrograph, we found that the transiting planet has an orbital period of ∼3.74 days, a mass of Mp = 13.31±0.99M⊕ and a radius of Rp = 2.83±0.20 R⊕. The host star TOI-2458 shows a short activity cycle of ∼54 days revealed in the HARPS S-index and Hα times series. We took the opportunity to investigate other F stars showing activity cycle periods comparable to that of TOI-2458 and found that they have shorter rotation periods than would be expected based on the gyrochronology predictions. In addition, we determined TOI-2458's stellar inclination angle to be i*= 10.6+13.3 -10.6 degrees. We discuss that both phenomena (fast stellar rotation and planet orbit inclination) could be explained by in situ formation of a hot Jupiter interior to TOI-2458 b. It is plausible that this hot Jupiter was recently engulfed by the star. Analysis of HARPS spectra has identified the presence of another planet with a period of P = 16.55 ± 0.06 days and a minimum mass of Mp sin i = 10.22 ± 1.90M⊕. The learners' needs are an important factor in designing syllabus and materials design, this research deals with the syllabus and material design based on the professional's needs. It is expected that the syllabus and materials designes are communicatively applicable to the professional academy. Descriptive method is applied in this research. The sample of this research is 30 students of ATII Immanuel Academy Medan. They were selected by random sampling to get the data, the questioners were administered to students. the questioners consisted of 54 items and the semi structured interview consisted of 5 questions, the finding indicated that learners' needs were focused on reading and speaking skills. With reference appropriately and proportionally derived for students of the Professional Academy. Further on the basis of the syllabus, materials are designed in which the skills of using language become a priority. In clinical diagnosis of mood disorder, a large portion of bipolar disorder patients (BDs) are misdiagnosed as unipolar depression (UDs). Clinicians have confirmed that BDs generally show "reduced affect'' during clinical treatment. Thus, it is expected to build an objective and one-time diagnosis system for diagnosis assistance by using machine-learning techniques. In this study, facial expressions of BD, UD and control group (C) elicited by emotional video clips are collected for exploring temporal fluctuation characteristics of intensities of facial muscles expression among the three groups. The differences of facial expressions among mood disorders are investigated by observing macroscopic fluctuations. To deal with these problems, the corresponding methods for feature extraction and modeling are proposed. From the viewpoint of macroscopic facial expression, action unit (AU) is applied for describing the temporal transformation of muscles. Then, modulation spectrum is used for extracting short-term variation of AU. The multilayer perceptron (MLP)-based disorder prediction model is then applied to obtain the prediction results. For evaluation of the proposed method, 12 subjects for three group are included in the K-fold (K=12) cross validation experiments. The experiment results reached 61.1% classification accuracy, and outperformed the other baseline methods.
