Effects of Fe doping on ac susceptibility of Pr_(0.75)Na_(0.25)MnO_3

Ac susceptibility at low temperatures of Pro.75Nao.25MnO3-xFexO3 （0 ≤ x ≤0.30） is investigated. The peak value of the real component of ac susceptibility X＇ at the freezing temperature Tf is suppressed with the increasing frequency. The peak value of X＇ shows a linear relation between Tf and the logarithm of the frequency ω. The normalized slope P = △Tf/Tf△lgco, which is much lower than canonical insulating spin glass systems in which 0.06 ≤ P ≤ 0,08. The peak value of the imaginary component of the ac susceptibility X＂ at Tf for the x= 0, 0.02, 0.30 samples increases with increasing frequency, suggesting a cluster glass ground state with a coexistence of charge-ordered phase and correlated ferromagnetic clusters in spin glass matrix. The peak value ofx＂ at Tf for the x = 0.10 sample decreases with increasing frequency, suggesting a phase separation ground state. The peak value of X＂at Tf for the x = 0.05 sample decreases with increasing frequency for ω ≤52 Hz and increases subsequently till 701 Hz, and then decreases with further increasing frequency for ω ≥ 1501 Hz. This complex behaviour is ascribed to the competition between the effects of large and little ferromagnetic clusters in the sample. The ground state of x = 0.05 sample is a transition state from cluster glass to phase separation.

The bulk ring-opening polymerization （ROP） of ε-caprolactone （ε-CL） by various phosphoric acids using phenylmethanol as the initiator was conducted. 1, 1＇-bi-2-Naphthol （BINOL）-based phosphoric acid was found to be an effective organocatalyst for ROP leading to polyesters at 90℃. The overall conversion to poly（ε-caprolactone） was more than 96% and poly（ε-caprolactone） with Mw of 8400 and polydispersity index of 1.13 was obtained. IH NMR spectra of oligomers demonstrated the quantitative incorporation of the protic initiator in the polymer chains and showed that transesterification reactions did not occur to a significant extent. The controlled polymerization was indicated by the linear relationships between the number-average molar mass and monomer conversion or monomer-to-initiator ratio. In addition, the present protocol provided an easy-to-handle, inexpensive and environmentally benign entry for the synthesis of biodegradable materials as well as polyesters for biomedical applications.

Whether the determination of the production scale of coal sensor mining areas is reasonable or not is directly related to the stable and high production and economic benefit of coal enterprise. In many coal sensor mining areas in our country, there are large differences between the actual production scale and the design production scale. Many mining areas are frequently reconstructed and expanded soon after they are put into production. Reconstruction seriously wastes the national resources. Guided by the theories of economies of scale, mining engineering and by means of economic-mathematical analysis, this paper conducts a research of how to reasonably determine the development scale of coal sensor mining areas. This method combines technically preliminary determination and economically optimum determination, so it is more hierarchical and operable. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper also conducts an empirical research, thus confirming that the reasonable production scale for Baoding Coal Sensor Mining Area is 5.5 Mt/a.

In the present work, the H output tracking problem for a class of cascade switched nonlinear systems was studied under asynchronous switching. Sufficient conditions of the solvability of the asynchronous output tracking problem are developed using average dwell time method. The controllers are designed to achieve the tracking performances. At last, a simulation example was performed to validate our approach.

Severe gas disasters in deep mining areas are increasing,and traditional protective coal seam mining is facing significant *** paper proposes an innovative technology using soft rock as the protective seam in the absence of an appropriate coal *** on the geological engineering conditions of the new horizontal first mining area of Luling Coal Mine in Huaibei,China,the impacts of different mining parameters of the soft-rock protective seam on the pressure-relief effect of the protected coal seam were analyzed through numerical *** unit stress of the protected coal seam,which was less than half of the primary rock stress,was used as the mining stress pressure-relief *** optimized interlayer space was found to be 59 m for the first soft-rock working face,with a 2 m mining thickness and 105 m face *** physicochemical characteristics of the orebody were analyzed,and a device selection framework for the soft-rock protective seam was *** equipment for the working face was selected,including the fully-mechanized hydraulic support and coal cutter.A production technology that combined fully-mechanized and blasting-assisted soft-rock mining was *** practices demonstrated that normal circulation operation can be achieved on the working face of the soft-rock protective seam,with an average advancement rate of 1.64 m/*** maximum residual gas pressure and content,which were measured at the cut hole position of the protected coal seams(Nos.8 and 9),decreased to 0.35 MPa and 4.87 m^3/t,*** results suggested that soft-rock protective seam mining can produce a significant gas-control effect.

Locomotive development is one key way to enhance the railway transporting efficiency. Human machine Interface (HMI) of driver cab is to watch the locomotive running status and to operate some key apparatus such as pantograph up and down, isolation, inhibition and so on. In addition, driver can download locomotive event information includes fault type, apparatus working status, system data. HMI needs to communicate and transfer data with Main Process Unit (MPU) by WorldFIP bus. This paper introduces basic HMI structure, WorldFIP communication theory, HMI display and control function. Through the test in the laboratory and locomotive, data can communicate with MPU and graph show and logic control is similar or better than foreign device. © 2013 IEEE.

EGFR and Hippo signaling pathways are involved in organophosphate esters–induced proliferation and migration of triple-negative breast cancer cells

The widespread application of organophosphate flame retardants has led to pervasive exposure to organophosphate esters (OPEs), prompting considerable concerns regarding their potential health risk to humans. Despite hints from previous research about OPEs’ association with breast cancer, their specific effects and underlying mechanisms of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the effects of four representative OPEs on cell proliferation, cell cycle regulation, migration, and the expression of genes and proteins associated with the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Hippo signaling pathways in TNBC (MDA-MB-231) cells. Our findings revealed that treatment with 1–25 μM triphenyl phosphate (TPHP) and tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCIPP) induced TNBC cell proliferation and accelerated cell cycle progression, with upregulation in MYC, CCND1, and BRCA1 mRNA. Moreover, exposure to 1–25 μM TPHP, 10–25 μM TDCIPP, and 1–10 μM tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP) induced MMP2/9 mRNA expression and enhanced migratory capacity, except for 2-ethylhexyl diphenyl phosphate (EHDPP). Mechanistically, four OPEs treatments activated the EGFR-ERK1/2 and EGFR-PI3K/AKT signaling pathways by increasing the transcript of EGFR, ERK1/2, PI3K, and AKT mRNA. OPEs treatment also suppressed the Hippo signaling pathway by inhibiting the expression of MST1 mRNA and phosphorylation of LATS1, leading to the overactivation of YAP1 protein, thereby promoting TNBC cell proliferation and migration. In summary, our study elucidated that activation of the EGFR signaling pathway and suppression of the Hippo signaling pathway contributed to the proliferation, cell cycle dysregulation, and migration of TNBC cells following exposure to OPEs. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.
