Bank as a company that has many customers who conduct transactions every day, of course, has data that is increased continuously. In this paper, customer transaction data has been predicted to find potential customers in deposit offer. Data mining approach has been performed to classify potential customers for marketing through telemarketing. This data analysis can be used as a consideration in determining marketing strategy decisions for marketing managers. 15,713 data with 13 class attributes and 1 target class were obtained from UCI Machine Learning repository. The data was divided into 70% training data and 30% test data. Feedforward method of Artificial Neural Network was used to classify customer data. Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network and Radial Basis Function Neural Network were used to obtain optimal classification results. The result of this classification predicted potential customers to subscribe deposits. The result of this study indicated that the Radial Basis Function Neural Network method with 95.3% accuracy and 96.4% sensitivity was a better method compared to the Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network method with 88.0% accuracy and 99.4% sensitivity.

This paper presents the Inclusive Model for the Development of Accessible Learning Objects developed to assist students with Hearing Impairment. Previous studies have demonstrated the importance of using Accessible Learning Objects to support the educational process of students with disabilities. The Inclusive Model was designed to attend the needs of higher education teachers in computing. This model was designed and implemented with emphasis on the constructivist paradigm, and using the pedagogical model with the support of the techniques of Requirements Engineering and the computational model, using the PDCA and SCRUM Methodology. The proposal of development of the inclusive model has as main objective to attend Students with Special Educational Needs. Accessible Learning Objects was evaluated through of educational, usability, and informatics in education specialists. Also, was realized a case study in the Computer Science class, wich had a student with Hearing Impairment, which participated of the study. The results showed that the Accessible Learning Objects are appropriate for requirements previously defined bi teachers of the disciplines and are promising for the inclusive education.

This research presents the case study regarding the application of the Inclusive Model of Development and Evaluation of Accessible Learning Objects. The study was realized with undergraduate students in Computer Science. Universities in a general context need to adapt within the infrastructure, technology, training and qualification of teachers in order to meet the recent demand of Students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The methodology was based on Project Based Learning, with an emphasis on the interactionist theory for the production of Accessible Learning Objects and adopted the standard Shareable Content Object Reference Model, so that the material produced is compatible with any Learning Management System. The results obtained demonstrate that the proposed teaching method has achieved significant results. The classes that participated in the case study developed their skills and acquired them through the artifacts produced, applying knowledge in their internship in public schools producing of educational solutions that support education at all levels. Also, this work allowed the motivation the group work, management, meeting schedules and activities, research, meeting standards and promoting of the importance of social and digital inclusion.

This Emotions play a significant role in determining human behavior, including the involvement and motivation of students, in the learning process. A digital game have become an important option, as a pedagogical tool, for the development of skills currently required for the insertion of an individual in labor market. This paper reports a research on a computational architecture, based on the techniques and methods of Learning Analytics, to assist educators, who use digital games as pedagogical tools, in assessing the impacts of a player's emotional states on his motivation to play and, consequently, in their learning. Such architecture aims to identify data on players' emotional states, through their facial expressions, and cross them with data on the players 'actions, game events or states, which can evidence their learning. A deep learning neural network is used in the identification of the playerś facial expressions, through images of the faces of the students playing. The capture of these images is done by a webcam, installed on the computer where the game is playing, which is triggered by an intelligent software agent, according to pre-established conditions. This intelligent software agent also captures the data about the learning evidences. A software module, to analyze learning and the possible impacts of players' emotional states on their learning, completes the proposed computational architecture. The work was developed in the discipline on digital games applied to Education in a postgraduate course in Computer Science. © 2018 IEEE.

A self-adaptive system can dynamically monitor and adapt its behavior to preserve or enhance its quality attributes under uncertain operating conditions. This article identifies key challenges for the development of microservice applications as self-adaptive systems, using a cloud-based intelligent video surveillance application as a motivating example. At the Unit Laka Lantas Polres Lhokseumawe determining accident-prone areas on roads in Lhokseumawe still using manual systems. Determination of accident-prone areas are less effective because the police Unit Laka Lantas Polres Lhokseumawe just using the data of the last year and had to repeatedly calculate manually accident-prone areas based on the number of human casualties. In this study the system implementation CUSUM method (Cummulative Summary) to determine the accident-prone areas designed using the web-based programming language PHP. In this system there are three processes to determine areas prone to accidents, the accident rate calculations based on the weighted severity, blacksite calculations using the Z-Score method for determining areas prone to accident blackspots and calculations using the CUSUM method to determine the critical points of an accident. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Police Unit Laka Lantas Polres Lhokseumawe years 2009-2013. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Grain Yield Differences of Soybean Cultivars Due to Solar Radiation Interception

Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] growth rate and grain yield are modified by the interception and solar radiation use efficiency. Thus, it is desirable that the most of plant photosynthetic structures intercepting solar radiation in order to have increment in carbon fixation and reflection on growth and yield. The goal of this study was to assess if soybean cultivars differ in grain yield in relation to solar radiation interception. Four soybean cultivars were evaluated at stages V6, V9, R2, R4, R6 and R8. To determine the photosynthetically active radiation interception by the canopy, the plants were divided into two parts (upper and lower strata). For grain yield components, the plants were divided into three parts (upper, middle and lower thirds). Of the photosynthetically active radiation intercepted by the vegetative canopy at the reproductive stages, the maximum observed intercept was 5.2% in the lower stratum of the plants. The number of infertile nodes increased in the lower third of plants due to low interception of solar radiation in this plant region. Thus, the soybean cultivars more efficient in intercepting photosynthetically active radiation inside the vegetative canopy showed higher grain yields.

Autism Spectrum Disorder is a pervasive developmental disorder that will affect children in terms of interpersonal communication, social interaction, and imaginative levels in play. Many therapies to help the motor neuron performance is one of them Pretend Play. Pretend Play is a therapy that invites children in playing to demonstrate something else and tell how to use objects that are considered in the child's imagination. However, in the era of highly developed technology, many fields have used the Augmented Reality method as a visualization of various aspects. With this method researchers will present the therapeutic visualization of the block to 3D transportation tool that is useful for strengthening motor nerves and visual strength of the child. The system can run well during marker detection, marker movement, and 3D object display with the accuracy of precision angle and distance between virtual world with real world reach 100% with angle 0 at distance 31 cm and the maximum distance from the marker is 46 cm and the maximum angle is 30˚.
