作者: BAEHR, JS LCdr. Joseph S. Baehr:is serving as the Submarine Advanced Systems Engineer tor the TOMAHAWK Weapons Control System Program Office PMA-282. He received his B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1983 and his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Post Graduate School in 1990. He has served in several positions on board Sturgeon and Los Angeles class nuclear fast attack submarines including three years as Combat Systems Officer on USS Helena (SSN 725). He has been in his current assignment at the Cruise Missiles Project since June 1994 with primary responsibility for the Submarine ATWCS program.
