The Cloud Gaming model emerges with the evolution of the Cloud Computing and communication technologies. Through smartphones, PCs, tablets, consoles and other devices, people can access and use games on demand via data streaming, regardless the computing power of these devices. The Internet is the fundamental way of communication between the device and the game, which is hosted on a environment known as Cloud, enabling a large scale offer. The variety, volume, velocity, value and veracity (Big Data 5Vs) of data that is involved in these Cloud environments exceed the limits of analysis and manipulation of conventional tools, therefore, Big Data platforms are required to handle and interpret this data. The model known as Big Data Analytics is an effective and capable way to, not only work with these data, but understand its meaning, providing inputs for assertive analysis and predictive actions. A method is presented in this study to identify and analyze players' patterns in a virtual environment. With this information, it is possible to optimize user experience, revenue for developers and raise the level of control over the environment. Results are presented based on a dataset of the World of Warcraft game. By using a neural network, it was possible to identify with an average of 91% of accuracy the players' assiduity based on patterns in the game. Using the Hadoop technology and visualization tools on a Cloud based cluster, it was possible to map and identify the players' behaviors as well as their gameplay patterns.

A power supply is an essential one of all other electronic devices. A switching mode power supply is a light weight power solution for most modern electronic equipment. The high frequency transformer is the backbone of modern switched mode power supply. The skin and proximity effects are the major problems in high frequency transformer design, because of induced eddy currents. Winding structures of power transformers are also a critical part of transformer design and manufacture, especially for high frequency applications. In this paper, design of minimum size of high frequency center tap transformer and LC filter for switching mode power supply (SMPS) is proposed and then used in DC/DC converter. The maximum flux of the transformer was calculated, and in order to prevent the increase of iron losses, special core material is used; in the meantime the equations of the design are proved and simulated using PSIM program.

The purpose of this paper is to design a controlled IGBT rectifier which produces a pure DC current used in chemical surface treatment of metal. During the chemical treatment process, the load resistance is changing continuously. To maintain the current fixed at an appropriate value, a feedback signal from the load is read into the control circuit. The outputs of the developed rectifier are 10VDC and current in the range from 0-250 A. The designed rectifier is composed of IGBT's H-bridge, high frequency center tap transformer, a liquid crystal display to view two values which are the required and the actual currents, a keypad to input the required current, and PIC16F877A microcontroller. The microcontroller's pulse width modulation (PWM) technology is used to generate a DC current that driving the H-bridge with 150KHZ. Finally, the rectifier circuit is simulated and tested using PROTEUS and PSIM packages before being implemented.
