Development communities and the software industry increasingly adopt the Software Ecosystems approach (SECO). This approach can provide advantages but add additional complexity to resource management, affecting the software supply network. Observing SECOs, we can see through three dimensions: business, technical, and social. The social dimension focuses on stakeholders and how they interact with other dimensions. This paper presents a process for analyzing the social dimension of Software Ecosystems, supported by Complex Networks metrics, which allow the presentation of existing SECO relationships’ through visualizations and the use of complex networks. A preliminary evaluation with real data was carried out. The results point to the solution’s viability.

Software Ecosystems are complex environments. Several actors are grouped on a software platform, facilitating investments in research, development, and reuse of components. However, such investments may be lost if the ecosystem is not solid. Therefore, it is important to assess the health of an ecosystem. This work presents HEAL-ME architecture, which main goal is to evaluate the health of software ecosystems. A pilot case study using a scientific software ecosystem is also presented. Malware had been a problem for quite some times since it spreads easily and can cause various problems. Currently, malware is also one of the big threats for internet users. With a huge number of internet users today, techniques that can automatically detect malware before it infects the system is required. This study aims to develop malware detection using machine learning approach with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) as feature reduction. PCA (Principal Component Analysis) is expected to be able to reduce the number of features which then could also reduce the learning time but do not reduce its accuracy significantly. There were four machine learning classifiers used in this study, i.e. K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, Naïve bayes, and Random Forest. The n-components used in this study were 20 and 34 and the ratio of test and train in the dataset was 35% for test and 65% for training. The results have shown that the best performance come from the detection using random forest with 34 n-component and 100 n-estimator with the average accuracy was 0.991688.

The aim purposed of this research is to evaluate clinical management information system called (E-CLINIC) which is integrated with the Primary Care (Pcare) application provided by Indonesia sosial healt insurance organization called BPJS Kesehatan to first level of health cares facility called as FKTP. This evaluation is intended to measure the maturity level on used of two integrated applications using COBIT 4.1 framework. The integration of the Clinic's management information system with PCare is considered to be the main resource that has strategic value to be able to manage information effectively and efficiently for the achievement of organizational goals. The results achieved have been running in accordance with the organization's business objectives, this can be seen from the level of maturity that reaches level 3 (Defined), which is a condition in which the organization has formal and written standard procedures that have been socialized to all levels of management and employees to be obeyed and run in daily activities.

A variety of network deployments in disaster recovery, fire fighting and military scenarios create networks that do not form a connected network all the time. In such scenarios, paths between a source and destination may be created over time when nodes encounter each other due to node mobility. Many routing algorithms that can route messages in such delay-tolerant networking (DTN) settings have been proposed. Each of these proposals presents simulation and/or analytical results to demonstrate improved performance in comparison with other known protocols. This paper proposes a common framework that defines multiple important components through which performance of these protocols can be compared using simulation experiments. This framework includes performance metrics that can be used for comparison, simulation environment, new mobility models and results in organizing the various known protocols based on their ability to predict a path. In a case study using the framework, we demonstrate how the predictive ability of PROPHET may or may not result in significant performance gains, depending on the mobility model.
