Hole transport materials (HTMs) are a key component of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The small molecular 2,2′,7,7′-tetrakis(N,N-di-p-methoxyphenyl)-amine-9,9′-spirobifluorene (spiro-OMeTAD, termed “Spiro”) is the most successful HTM used in PSCs, but its versatility is imperfect. To improve its performance, we developed a novel spiro-type HTM (termed “DP”) by substituting four anisole units on Spiro with 4-methoxybiphenyl moieties. By extending the π-conjugation of Spiro in this way, the HOMO level of the HTM matches well with the perovskite valence band, enhancing hole mobility and increasing the glass transition temperature. DP-based PSC achieves high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of 25.24 % for small-area (0.06 cm 2 ) devices and 21.86 % for modules (designated area of 27.56 cm 2 ), along with the certified efficiency of 21.78 % on a designated area of 27.86 cm 2 . The encapsulated DP-based devices maintain 95.1 % of the initial performance under ISOS-L-1 conditions after 2560 hours and 87 % at the ISOS-L-3 conditions over 600 hours.

Recently, due to the dual roles of DNA and enzyme, DNAzyme has been widely used in the field of DNA circuit, which has a wide range of applications in bio-engineered system, information processing and biocomputing. In fact, the activity of DNAzymes was regulated by subunits assembly, pH control and metal ions triggers. However, those regulations required to change the sequences of whole DNAzyme, as separating parts and inserting extra DNA sequence. Inspired by the allosteric regulation of proteins in nature, a new allosteric strategy is proposed to regulate the activity of DNAzyme without DNA sequences changes. In this strategy, DNA strand displacement was used to regulate the DNAzyme structure, through which the activity of DNAzyme was well controlled. The strategy was applied to E6-type DNAzymes, and the operations of DNA logic circuit (YES, OR, AND, cascading and feedback) were established and simulated with the dynamic analyses. The allosteric regulation has potential to construct more complicated molecular systems, which can be applied to bio-sensing and detection.

Based on the actual data analysis, it is found in this paper that the supplementary air flow rate in the CDQ operation didn't follow the variation of the discharge rate of incandescent coke well, which results in the concentration increase of combustible gas in the exhaust gas and the decrease of economic efficiency. The correlation analysis results show that the introduced derived variables are more useful than some plain variables for the purpose of prediction. Next, to handle the contradiction between the steam productivity and the coke burning loss, a new economic efficiency index is introduced by synthesizing the two competing aspects. A kind of soft sensor of economic efficiency is put forward by combining nonnegative garrote(NNG) variable selection algorithm with the autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA) model, which gives a good solution to the economic efficiency real-time prediction problem of CDQ system. Then, the implementation of model-based optimization is studied based on the actual operation data. The results show that there exists large room for economic efficiency promotion.

Both the plant parameter4 and delay time of the system may vary in the time-varying system, which makes system identification relatively complex. In this paper, a new system identification algorithm based on subspace method and cross-correlation function is proposed to identify system parameter and time-delay simultaneously. The time delay is identified with the calculation of the cross-correlation function between pre-processed input data that processed through initial plant parameters and original output data. Then, the time delay in the output data can be deleted with the time delay identified before and the parameters can be achieved by subspace identification algorithm. Therefore, the process parameters and time delay identification can be performed online by through above two alternative operations. The validity of the proposed identification algorithm is verified by the simulation study.

With the trend of Mobile Cloud Computing, the establishment of trust between mobile consumers and cloud service providers become the primary issue as it relates to the cloud platform security. Subjective or objective trust model are typically adopted in the Cloud environment;however, none of these models can easily go for MCC because they only cover a few aspects of trust establishment and do not support all the essential features. In this paper, a Service Level Agreements (SLAs) server assisted distributed trust management framework is designed for such networks that enables mobile users to quickly adapt itself to change local conditions. Based on this architecture, an innovative trust model is presented which integrates objective and subjective trust aggregated in a distributed manner. The simulation results demonstrate that this model can be effective to differentiate trustworthy and untrustworthy Cloud Service Providers (CSP) and the service users in the presence of few untrustworthy nodes. With the continuous evolution of the IT infrastructure of State Grid Data Center and the growing operational data in the electric power system, how to quickly and automatically cluster the operation log in the data center of State Grid has become a key issue in the IT operation and maintenance of the data center. As the most commonly used algorithms in data mining, a clustering algorithm from data mining is adopted to handle the operational log data of State Grid IT data center, which can be used to effectively discover the changes of the topology structure during the operation of the IT infrastructure. Specifically, because the traditional sequential clustering algorithm lacks the ability to discover potential links in logs, this paper proposes a self-destructive nuclear clustering algorithm SDN-means, which aims at the business and data characteristics of the IT infrastructure system of State Grid data center, in order to effectively classify the operational log data of State Grid IT data center during the operation of State Grid. Through the analysis of the running logs of State Grid data center with obvious time series characteristics, the proposed SDN-means algorithm can effectively outperform the existing approaches on the operation of the data center of State Grid.

Development of the mobile robot can be executed in two different ways. Firstly, this creation of the built-in system, secondly, the use of "ready to use" industrial components. With distribution of the industrial mobile robots in the market there are more and more components which can be used for creation of all control system and sensors of the robot mobile platform. Use of the ready components doesn't demand the hardware development that accelerates time of development and reduces cost. The chassis of the Belarus-132 mini-tractor is used as a platform of robotic system in the research, "creation" of the program for traffic control is required. Results of the practical research on design and model development of a mobile robotic complex are given.

Face recognition method with feature fusion and error feedback

A face recognition method with feature fusion and error feedback is proposed to imitate human cognition process. The intelligent recognition mode with multi-level feedback from global to local and from coarse to fine is implemented. Firstly, based on the idea of feedback control, a multi-level feedback model of face recognition with performance index constraints and supervised learning under finite domain is established. Secondly, based on entropy theory and Stochastic Configuration Networks (SCN), a facial feature space and face image classification network model with multi-feature fusion and sufficient separability under certain feature performance conditions are established from the perspective of information theory. Thirdly, based on entropy theory and error theory, the face recognition error representation and calculation model under certain feature performance conditions is established. Finally, the adjustment index of facial feature performance based on recognition error is constructed, and the face recognition algorithm with feature fusion and error feedback is given out. Test and comparison experiments show that our method is effective and feasible.
