The outbreak and subsequent recurring waves of COVID-19 pose threats on the emergency management and people's daily life,while the large-scale spatio-temporal epidemiological data have sure come in handy in epidemic ***,some challenges remain to be addressed in terms of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,deep mining,and comprehensive *** Spatio-Temporal Artificial Intelligence(STAI)technology,which focuses on integrating spatial related time-series data,artificial intelligence models,and digital tools to provide intelligent computing platforms and applications,opens up new opportunities for scientific epidemic *** this end,we leverage STAI and long-term experience in location-based intelligent services in the ***,we devise and develop a STAI-driven digital infrastructure,namely,WAYZ Disease Control Intelligent Platform(WDCIP),which consists of a systematic framework for building pipelines from auto-matic spatio-temporal data collection,processing to AI-based analysis and inference imple-mentation for providing appropriate applications serving various epidemic *** to the platform implementation logic,our work can be performed and summarized from three aspects:(1)a STAI-driven integrated system;(2)a hybrid GNN-based approach for hierarchical risk assessment(as the core algorithm of WDCIP);and(3)comprehensive applica-tions for social epidemic *** work makes a pivotal contribution to facilitating the aggregation and full utilization of spatio-temporal epidemic data from multiple sources,where the real-time human mobility data generated by high-precision mobile positioning plays a vital role in sensing the spread of the *** far,WDCIP has accumulated more than 200 million users who have been served in life convenience and decision-making during the pandemic.

In the context of global carbon neutrality, the accuracy of carbon emission measurement in industrial parks faces challenges. This paper analyzes in depth the sources of carbon emission measurement errors and their transfer models, and finds that the errors in electrical energy and carbon emission factors are the main influencing factors. In order to improve the accuracy of carbon emission measurement, this paper proposes a traceability method based on the value of electric energy and time, as well as a carbon measurement error transfer model on the electricity consumption side. The method combines electrical energy traceability and time traceability, which can trace the source of the error of the user-side carbon emissions more accurately, and helps to improve the science of carbon emission management and the data support of emission reduction measures. © 2024 IEEE.

Comprehensive and accurate carbon measurement in industrial parks is an important prerequisite for grasping the current status of carbon emissions in industrial parks and exploring their carbon reduction potential. In industrial parks, a large amount of indirect or direct carbon emissions will be generated in common processes such as power use, fuel consumption, and industrial processes, and how to realize the real-time and accurate measurement of indirect and direct carbon emissions in industrial parks will become the key foundation for promoting carbon reduction and emission reduction in industrial parks. This paper focuses on the impact of auxiliary services provided by distributed power generation on carbon emissions and the integration of multi-energy carbon emission measurement technology to carry out carbon emission accurate measurement technology research, puts forward an accurate measurement method of indirect electricity carbon emission in industrial parks considering auxiliary services, and forms a carbon emission measurement technology solution in line with the new energy power generation and multiple energy use in industrial parks to provide data support for the low-carbon transformation of electric power in the parks. Nowadays,ensuring thequality of networkserviceshas become increasingly *** are turning toknowledge graph technology,with a significant emphasis on entity extraction in the identification of device *** research paper presents a novel entity extraction method that leverages a combination of active learning and attention ***,an improved active learning approach is employed to select the most valuable unlabeled samples,which are subsequently submitted for expert *** approach successfully addresses the problems of isolated points and sample redundancy within the network configuration sample *** the labeled samples are utilized to train the model for network configuration entity ***,the multi-head self-attention of the transformer model is enhanced by introducing the Adaptive Weighting method based on the Laplace mixture *** enhancement enables the transformer model to dynamically adapt its focus to words in various positions,displaying exceptional adaptability to abnormal data and further elevating the accuracy of the proposed *** comparisons with Random Sampling(RANDOM),Maximum Normalized Log-Probability(MNLP),Least Confidence(LC),Token Entrop(TE),and Entropy Query by Bagging(EQB),the proposed method,Entropy Query by Bagging and Maximum Influence Active Learning(EQBMIAL),achieves comparable performance with only 40% of the samples on both datasets,while other algorithms require 50% of the ***,the entity extraction algorithm with the Adaptive Weighted Multi-head Attention mechanism(AW-MHA)is compared with BILSTM-CRF,Mutil_Attention-Bilstm-Crf,Deep_Neural_Model_NER and BERT_Transformer,achieving precision rates of 75.98% and 98.32% on the two datasets,*** tests demonstrate the statistical significance and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms in this paper.

Under the system of two-part electricity pricing, time-of-use electricity price has a significant influence on industrial enterprises about consuming electricity. Industrial and commercial enterprises can use new energy storage system (ESS) for peak shaving and valley filling and reduce the electricity cost by avoiding an increase in demand charge. However, they also need to avoid the demand charge generating extra spending. This paper puts forward a control strategy of ESS charge and discharge with maximum demand as the constraint. The control strategy controls the charging and discharge power of the ESS by predicting the maximum demand and setting the strategy parameters, collecting the incoming power of the power grid and comparing with the power of the ESS. Last, through analyzing example, showing that using this strategy can effectively use the difference of peak and valley electricity price for arbitrage, reduce the demand charge and improve the electricity bill income of industrial enterprises. © 2024 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of high carbon emission level of park-type comprehensive energy system, it is proposed to build a monitoring system for carbon emission in parks. The regional electricity carbon emission factor is an important basis for the accounting of indirect carbon emissions from electricity consumption by enterprises, and the reduction of carbon emissions from electricity consumption is an important part of the "3060" target. As the "double carbon" practice continues to evolve in the direction of accurate carbon control[1], accurate measurement of carbon emissions from electricity consumption and guiding the decarbonization of electricity consumption behavior are the two key handles for carbon reduction. As the practice of "dual carbon" continues to evolve in the direction of precise carbon control, accurate measurement of carbon emissions from electricity consumption and guiding the decarbonization of electricity consumption behavior are the key grasps for the two carbon reductions, and the dynamic electricity carbon emission factor is the key bridge to carry out the construction of carbon emission monitoring. © 2024 SPIE.

With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, the demand for load is growing rapidly. Medium and low voltage users, especially high-risk and important users, have increasingly high requirements for power supply reliability and reducing power outage time. When a power grid failure occurs and power outage occurs, it is crucial to promptly determine the fault location, minimize fault repair time, restore power supply, and reduce user power outage time, improve power supply reliability, and user satisfaction. This system is based on the enterprise level real-time measurement center to obtain the switch SOE signals actively reported by secondary monitoring devices such as concentrators, FTUs, DTUs, and fusion terminals. After signal cleaning and filtering, the system aggregates, classifies, analyzes, and determines the event of switch tripping or resetting. Then, it is associated and matched with a device network to generate power outage events for high and medium power lines in the power grid. The high-voltage lines are accessed through marketing data to determine the affected high-voltage and important users, and the number of transformers and low-voltage users is determined for medium voltage lines. The power outage scope is accurately determined, and corresponding fault power outage events and affected equipment are pushed in real time to support power outage monitoring, proactive repair, and other work. © 2025 SPIE.

With the increasing requirements for power supply systems and the continuous improvement of emergency rescue command center system construction, the requirements for early warning emergency systems are constantly increasing. Improve strategic planning, decision-making, and operational command capabilities by using charts, maps, and other visualization tools. Use map tools to provide the emergency command center with comprehensive on-site intelligence, quickly analyze terrain, disaster conditions, and the location of available resources, and conduct combat planning and on-site deployment. Based on the Geographic Information System (GIS) and related technologies, data such as resource location and target information are visualized to optimize emergency resource scheduling and combat decisions. The location, movement trajectory and working status of combat units and command nodes are displayed through charts and maps, the visualization of command links and information exchange is established, and the efficiency of combat command is improved. The expansion of map combat capabilities combines advanced information technology with strategic needs, and continuously explores and innovates new methods and tools to improve command decision-making efficiency, optimize combat effectiveness and ensure combat safety. © 2025 SPIE.

Vertical vibration felt by driver or passengers, leads to fatigue or discomfort during long-distance travel. The vehicle roll-over at high speeds is a major cause of highway accidents. So, ride comfort and handling are very important characteristics that influence the customer’s decision on purchasing a vehicle. How to design the characteristics of the suspension system which are directly related to ride comfort and handling performances, is always very crucial in developing the chassis system of a vehicle. During the product development cycle, the suspension system parameters’ values are optimized through a number of iterations using design-simulation tools such as ADAMS, TruckSim, etc., before the actual prototype is developed. The simulation time taken for one iteration in these design-simulation tools is very high. Also, very high expertise of manpower and high computing machines are required for performing ride and handling simulations. This leads to increased product development cost and lead time. In the current market scenario, quick time launch with reduced cost is essential to gain market share and profitability. In this paper, an analytical model was developed for studies on combined vertical and lateral dynamics with 11 degrees of freedom (DOFs) and simulations were done for different load cases. The simulation parameters’ results correlated with ADAMS/Car simulation results and the deviations are discussed in this paper. The proposed method using an analytical model takes very little time for running a single iteration and hence can be used for design optimization based on design of experiments that leads to a drastic reduction in product development cycle cost and lead time. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
