DNA sequencing determines the precise order of nucleotides within a DNA molecule. Next generation Sequencing (NGS) is an efficient parallel high throughput DNA Sequencing technology which revolutionizing the genomic research. Earlier methods that are quite expensive give rise to different sequence comparison techniques. NGS used for faster detection of variants in human genome and give rise to accelerated response to disease detection like cancer, hepatitis etc. In this paper work flow of data analysis part of NGS are clearly discussed. The different NGS platforms, its applications and different sequencing comparison techniques are also mentioned here.

Autonomous vehicles in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks(VANET)-the spontaneous creation of a wireless network for data exchange to the domain of vehicles may pave the way for future systems where computers take over the art of driving. It aids in transferring secure messages for proper communication between the vehicles. Unauthorized access like injecting spoofed messages to VANET can arise as an extreme threat. So remedies should be taken at early degree of architectonic process. Denial-of Service(DoS) attack takes place while validating each message in VANET, so an equity between message authentication and DoS prevention should be maintained. This paper discusses on diverse security demanding situations and distinct techniques to secure message transfer between the vehicles that are connected wirelessly.

Energy harvesting is important in the case of recharging or repay of battery. Energy harvesting means that energy is derivered from external sources like solar energy, thermal energy, kinetic energy and wind energy. Two or more sensors are attached to a body forms Body Sensor Networks (BSNs). BSN s are mainly focused in healthcare domain. it allows patients, physiciants, caregivers, scientists, etc. It useful for continuous monitoring of patients (Diagnosis patients, treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and other health conditions). Doctors made interaction between the data collected body sensors and personal digital assistant (PDA). Disadvantage of existing system is batteries cannot be easly replaced, met must be near a transmitter, expensive, etc. Energy Harvesting and Data Collection (EHDC) focuses two types of energy harvesting techniques such that solar and thermal energy harvesting and two types of data collections are used :indoor and outdoor data collection. Harvested energy can be predicted by using Kalman Filter. EHDC provide mobile healthcare services and does not need recharging.

In present-day date, public work more with images than with textual content. Often, the image which is transmitted over the internet or in wireless network demand a quality analysis to be done before accepting the same at the user's end. A great quantity of work has been done in recent past to develop an unbiased image quality objective value that relate well with perceived quality measurement. In-spite of the tremendous effort, the success achieved is less in this direction. Through this paper, we discuss about the method, EBUQA, an objective analysis method by which the perceptual quality of Natural Scene Statistic image can be found. This method measures the amount of distortion and is quantized as a numeric parameter. Performance analysis and testing done on the method conforms well with the human observation.

It is a fact that the so called global work market has become challenging and increasingly multicultural The not so new trend for university programs is the internationalization that is a strategic element to raise the quality of courses and thus attracts more students. This trend has made many universities to revise and update their strategies so that their students and their graduates can have the essential academic and professional skills that allow them to enter and to stay in the work market. Many engineering colleges have been facing the retention problem in engineering programs due to difficulties and lack of knowledge about what really means being an engineer. It is mainly due to the fact that the first 3 years are particularly intense and hard. A possible way to overcome this period is to implement a new kind of course more attractive and dynamic, which is the idea of COPEC's engineering education research team, to embed a course with a more interesting activity for students in the first year. Data is playing an important role in the world for competitive advantages among nations, organizations and decision making for business development. It is indeed that every day quintillion bytes of different types of data from variety of sources are created and complex in processing (from Medical data, Business transactions, Data captured by sensors, Social media/networks, Banking, Marketing, Government data, etc.). The different sources produce large amount of structured, semi structured and unstructured data with varieties of data. Normally, the unstructured content collected by an organization is in the form of textual format, corporate documents to web pages and social media content. When number of sources produces various descriptions for a particular object, it leads to data conflict. It can be processed, when numerical data and measurement data are produced for the objects using big data tools and statistical tools for having high achievements. But, it is the challenging one to extract and analyse conflicted text from corpus data, collected from various sources. The objective of our work is to produce the true information even when distance between observed values and mean values are closest to each other.

Big data is a term that describes volume of data (terabytes to Exabyte’s), unstructured (include text and multimedia content), and complex in processing (from Medical data, Business transactions, Data captured by sensors, Social media/networks, Banking, Marketing, Government data, etc.). The traditional technologies are not sufficient to store, process and analyze the data. The unique technologies should be needed to analyze, manage the huge amount and unprocessed data. The number of sources produce huge amount of various descriptions for same object. This leads to data conflict and source conflict, when various sources generate various descriptions for same objects. Here it is the challenging one to identify which source produces quality information and which data is truly fit for an object. Here the heterogeneous data involved such as both numerical data (measurement data) and string data (classified data). The Data Analytics plays an important role to analyze the conflicted data. Distance based approach is used to find highest achievable performance, by minimizing the distance and maximizing the reliability of the sources. The main objective of this work is to resolve the conflicts from the heterogeneous data and identify the true information among the conflicted data from the various sources. Here, the continuous data only taken into an account to identify the true information.
