The exploration of human eye movement data offers a groundbreaking approach to assessing programming expertise, marking a significant stride in advancing STEM education. This research explores the capabilities of fine-tuned large language models (LLMs) to assess the programming proficiency of readers by analyzing their eye movements during the reading of program code. To achieve this, we fine-tuned the LLMs using the largest eye movement in programming dataset that is publicly available. Subsequently, we executed a series of experiments to evaluate the efficacy of our fine-tuned models in assessing programming skills based on eye movement traces.

The proliferation of data has become an inevitable consequence of the digital age as individuals across all domains increasingly rely on data for various purposes. Both companies and governments have a significant need for data. However, the sheer volume and complexity of this data, along with the potential risks associated with mishandling it, necessitate the establishment of a framework known as data governance. The primary objective of this research paper is to examine the factors that contribute to the effective implementation and utilization of Data governance. This study employs qualitative methods and adopts a systematic literature review approach to address the research inquiry: 'What are the important factors that determine the utilization of data governance technology?' Through the systematic literature review, a total of 41 key factors were identified from 20 research literatures that have been found to significantly impact the effective implementation of data governance. There are thirteen primary technological factors that hold significance in the realm of data governance. These factors encompass technology, application and use, storage of data, sharing, archiving, and preservation, big data algorithmic systems, data flow, deletion, diversity of data, mechanisms, size of data, control, and data integrity. © 2023 IEEE.

Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology. © 2023 IEEE.

News gives new insight and information from all over the world. News has many categories, such as politic, economy, science, and other common news categories. Every news will have their own category based on its content. The classification of news is usually done manually by inputting the category during the news posting. Some of the categories may be inputted incorrectly. The news classifier can be the solution for problem, but the news classifications out there are usually based on the news content. The classifier will receive the word vector inputs that are taken from the news content and try to classify it into one of certain categories. Unfortunately, news contents can be longer and harder to be processed rather than processing the news headline. The news headline is shorter and packs a decent information for the classifier to find out what category it is. Besides the news headline usage, the classifier also needs to be chosen correctly. In this paper, the SVC model will be tested using the news headline data to classify the news and compare with several other models, such as Linear Regression, Multinomial Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest. The common variables to be compared are the accuracy, recall, and precision to evaluate the SVC model. © 2022 IEEE.

Digital transformation in various industries has led to considerable changes in organizational strategic behavior. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the global sense, have been under pressure to adopt information and communication technology to increase their performance. Digital marketing has started to be recognized as one potential enabler of digital transformation. Managerial practices and academic literature provide limited guidance on how digital marketing can be used as an enabler of digital transformation across enterprises. This is especially in dearth among the study of MSMEs, particularly in emerging countries such as Indonesia where MSMEs have significant major roles in economic growth and workforce absorption. Besides, only a small portion of Indonesian MSMEs has embraced digital technology. Using the case study method, this paper finds that digital marketing adoption of the MSMEs may serve as the first-level enabler of digital transformation by allowing the MSMEs to enhance its dynamic capabilities. This paper contributes to the area of digital transformation through a marketing perspective, something that is novel in the context of MSMEs. For managers, the results of the study provide actionable guidelines for the MSMEs on how to drive digital transformation with digital marketing as the entry-level of adoption. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper introduces a novel approach to stock movement prediction using multi-label classification, leveraging the interconnections between news articles and related company stocks. We present the Label-Prior Graph Attention (LPGA) model, which significantly enhances the performance of news-driven stock price movement forecasting. This model is comprised of a unique graph attention architecture, incorporating a label encoder and a text encoder, designed to effectively capture and utilize the relationships between labels in a graph-based context. Our model demonstrates superior performance over several benchmark models. The LPGA model’s efficacy is further validated through experiments on two multilabel datasets. The model outperforms established baseline models across various evaluation metrics. The success of the LPGA model in both stock movement prediction and general multi-label classification tasks indicates its potential as a versatile tool in the realm of machine learning and financial analysis. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). One of the major tasks of natural language processing is sentiment analysis. The web is a source of unstructured and rich informa-tion with thousands of opinions and reviews. Individuals, businesses, and governments can all benefit from recognizing sentiment. As part of this study, we propose a deep learning-based approach for sentiment analysis on drug product review data obtained from the UCI machine learning repository. As an alternative to deep learning models, this architecture integrates glove word embedding with convolutional neural networks (CNN). Word2vec and GloVe word embedding schemes have been evaluated empirically for their predictive performance in CNN architectures. Based on a comparison of the deep learning architecture with RoBERTa, itcan be seen that BERT architecture outperforms both of them in training and validation. However, CNN models using Glove word embedding provided superior results in testing. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

The city of Jakarta is getting more and more congested and crowded by the number and types of vehicles. Lack of public awareness to use public transportation causes this congestion to worsen, especially during rush hours in the morning before going to work or school and in the afternoon when returning home. This is also caused by the lack of the government of the capital city of Jakarta in providing cheap, safe, and comfortable public transportation. It is not surprising that the Indonesian government has plans to move the capital city of the Indonesian government from Jakarta on the island of Java to East Kalimantan on the island of Kalimantan. Therefore, seeing this severe traffic jam, it is essential to propose an application that can reduce congestion so that drivers who bring their vehicles can share with people around them to travel to work as a routine activity during weekdays. The model of this vehicle sharing application was designed using use case diagrams, and the database design was designed using class diagrams. In addition, security issues are also significant considering that people meet in this vehicle sharing application, and some bad people may take advantage of it. Therefore user registration and moderation are essential. It is hoped that this vehicle sharing application will reduce congestion in the capital city of Jakarta and become an example in other cities. © 2022 IEEE.

Conventionally, assessing people's personality done by psychology experts requires more time and effort. Hence automatic personality prediction is starting to get noticed by researchers. Nowadays, many people engage themselves in social media platforms, one of which is Twitter. This platform stores actions done in this media which reflect one's personality. This research focuses on improving the performance of personality prediction models based on machine learning algorithms, by augmenting the dataset using Easy Data Augmentation to overcome imbalance dataset, thereafter combining n-grams with POS-tag weighted by TF-IDF. Results show that this method outperforms other machine learning approaches and decreases bias, with a maximum of 72.62% of the best average accuracy and 72.72% best average Fl score using Support Vector Machine classifier. The second-best model is obtained by XGBoost and, lastly, Naive Bayes classifier. Overall, this study shows that data augmentation with the addition of POS-tag feature is evident in improving the performance of personality prediction models. However, larger data is needed. © 2022 IEEE.

Detecting COVID-19 as early as possible and quickly is one way to stop the spread of COVID-19. Machine learning development can help to diagnose COVID-19 more quickly and accurately. This report aims to find out how far research has progressed and what lessons can be learned for future research in this sector. By filtering titles, abstracts, and content in the Google Scholar database, this literature review was able to find 19 related papers to answer two research questions, i.e. what medical images are commonly used for COVID-19 classification and what are the methods for COVID-19 classification. According to the findings, chest X-ray were the most commonly used data to categorize COVID-19 and transfer learning techniques were the method used in this study. Researchers also concluded that lung segmentation and use of multimodal data could improve performance. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.
