Association Rule Implementation Using Algorithm Apriori To Analize Fishing Pattern In Indonesia

There are more than 80 species of fish caught by fishermen in the sea of Indonesia. To find out what kinds of fish mostly caught, it is necessary to analyse the data pattern of fish being caught. The activities of searching and associating the data pattern are closely related to data mining technique that being used to discover the rules of association of items. In this associative rule method, there are two process can be used: the process of generating frequent itemset and finding associative rules. The Frequent Itemset Generation is a process to get the connection of the itemset and the value of the association based on the value of support and confidence. The algorithm used to generate the frequent itemset is Apriori Algorithm. The Apriori Algorithm has a weakness in the extraction of the appropriate feature of the used attributes. This condition causes the rules formed in large number. This research applies Apriori Algorithm based on principal component analysis to obtain more optimal rules. After the experiments using the apriori algorithm applied with the magnitude ˚ = 30, minimum Support 80% and Confidence 80%, the result of the rule formed are totally 82 rules.

In this study, a mapping of the potential for agribusiness in the southern part of West Java was carried out, which serves as a policy material and business development in developing local potential in the agribusiness sector to improve local communities' welfare. West Java Provincial Regulation Number 12 of 2014 divides the Southern part of West Java into three Growth Center (PP) zones, namely PP Palabuhanratu, PP Rancabuaya, and PP Pangandaran. The agribusiness potential of South West Java is dynamic and varied. However, it has not been developed optimally to improve local communities' welfare, which is generally scattered in underdeveloped villages. The government and developers (entrepreneurs) have difficulty obtaining digital data updates. The purpose of this research is to map the regional potential in the field of agribusiness in the form of digital data to facilitate the development of agribusiness potential in coastal areas located on the shores of the Indian Ocean (Indonesian Ocean). The research method uses Geographical Information Systems. The results showed that the potential and variants of agribusiness in PP Palabuhanratu are spread across 5 districts. In PP Rancabuaya spread into 5 districts. Meanwhile, PP Pangandaran is spread over 5 districts. This research can be used as policy materials and business development in developing local potential in the agribusiness sector to improve the welfare of the people of West Java.

The Waqf Cemetery Information System

The Waqf cemetery information system is a web-based system that purpose is to create a complete and accurate database describing the real conditions of the Waqf cemetery land in Karees, Cibeunying, Bojonegara and Tegallega area, The method of research is the waterfall model that carried out through literature study on the legislation related to the Waqf data collection, basic database, and system development theory, the previous data survey as the basic information in the collection of Waqf land mainly at Gedebage and Ujung Berung areas, a primary survey conducted with a direct review in the field to record the waqf land in Karees, Cibeunying, Bojonegara and Tegallega areas, the design phase of designing Waqf cemetery information system. The results of a field survey obtained of the Waqf cemetery land 36.547 m2 with extensive details of the cemetery land that has been certified are 19.751 dan 16.796 not yet certified, status of the legality of the Waqf land are 22 Cemetery locations scattered in nine sub-districts, 19.571 m2 area. The waqf cemetery information system that has been built has advantages in accelerating the search process, report and statistical information data of Waqf/individual/private cemetery land, to save time and eliminate human mistakes and to improve services to the community.

Mobile Augmented Reality for Learning Traditional Culture Using Marker Based Tracking

The purpose of this research is to design a mobile augmented reality for learning Batavia traditional culture on improving the knowledge of the citizen of Jakarta. Augmented reality is applied as an approach to enhance the interaction of users for improving their level of knowledge. The method used in this research is a marker-based method detection which resulted in a minimum response of less than 2 second, a minimum distance of 10 cm and a maximum distance of 50 cm, a minimum angle of 25 degrees and a maximum 80 degrees performed on the augmented reality marker. The result of this research is the marker-based tracking method applied on a mobile augmented reality has proven to be excellent and giving an increasing knowledge effect of the citizen of Jakarta for learning their traditional arts, architecture and weaponry.

Dimension reduction approach is one of the main data reduction approaches in order to reduce the storage and processing time while maintaining the integrity of the original data. A wide range of dimension reduction approaches are based on classical approaches such as PCA and Bayer’s, and machine learning approaches such as clustering, and feature selection techniques. However, many of the approaches do not consider the incomplete information systems where some attribute values are missing or incomplete. Only few studies were proposed for the problem in incomplete information systems due to its complexities, specifically on attribute selection. The most popular approaches is based on probability theory to replace missing values with the most common values, or remove the missing objects from the information systems. However, it needs to know the probability distribution of data in advance. To overcome these issues, we propose a new approach based on conditional entropy to reduce dimensionality. The results show that the proposed approach achieves better data reduction with higher accuracy for objects and dimensionality reduction in incomplete information systems. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The problem in this study is that the use of technology has not been optimal in developing village potentials associated with opportunities for village innovation programs. The problem arises because not all villages have the same capacity in aspects of the potential and capacity of village officials, so that in response to this policy the village innovation program is an alternative solution to the problem of inequality in capacity, resources, and so on. This study uses a dynamic model of village development and innovation to analyze technology-based village innovation governance in new autonomous regions. The method used is a qualitative method which relies on secondary data with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results show that the factors in the dynamic model of rural development and innovation are based on internal and external factors. Internal factors include human resources and knowledge, information and communication, community participation, leadership, local wisdom, local potential, experience, challenges and obstacles. External factors include legal umbrella, networking and cooperation, government support, as well as appreciation and incentives.

The main purpose of this research is to design and create solar system learning media for elementary school children. This tool will provide visualization related to the solar system so that with this tool the child is expected to be interested in learning. The method used in this study is an experimental method. All DC motors, servo motors, and supporting electronic modules in the system will be controlled using the Raspberry Pi. This Raspberry has supported the process of converting text into sound where this process will be used for the explanation of each planet and the process of feature phenomena that occur in the solar system. The results of this study are learning media for the solar system. All of this is expected to provide knowledge related to planets and phenomena that occur in the solar system and can be applied in elementary schools.

Resources Management is one of the important aspects to determine the success of work at company. To get qualified human resources, the company applies a tight selection of employee acceptance to job applicants to fit the company's needs for checking and selection process is done manually by looking at one by one file submitted by applicants. This is of course in addition to very inconvenient also inefficient and takes a long time, not to mention the possibility of human error and subjective assessment so that the candidate is not the best candidate. By utilizing a Decision Support System that uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Algorithm to help employee acceptance selection problem, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision-making process using Pairwise Comparisons to explain the evaluation factor and weight factor under conditions multi factor. ISO 9126 is an international standard issued by ISO for software quality evaluation and Capability Testing of Employee Selection Model Using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adopted on ISO 9126 test model with Functionality, Reliability, Usability and Efficiency criteria. So, the result of this research is an application or decision support system that generates the output of a ranking of each prospective employee, so that the management decision makers can see the ability of each prospective employee based on the ranking.

Ease in collecting data in the form of document archive is one of the factors needed for ease of institution in policy making. A well-documented archive facilitates the process of searching, distributing and supporting the decision-making process the use of information and communication technology is one of the efforts that can be done so that the archives can be well documented, accurate, relevant and easily searchable when needed. The use of web-based applications is one solution that can be offered to address issues related to undocumented Archives. Through the E-Archive application stakeholders can categorize documents, upload documents, download documents required directly and at any time, so archives that will be documented can be stored and can be used at any time without having to search physically. To identify the needs of the author using the method introduced by N. Kano, for the results of analysis and design of the author using object oriented and for testing user ease the author using ISO 9126, the general acceptance rate of the application is tested by functionality, reliability, usability and efficiency by distributing questionnaires. With an e-archive application the institution can easily document their archives.

Epilepsi detection system based on EEG record using neural network backpropagation method

Epilepsy is a manifestation of brain disorders with a variety of etiologies, but with the typical single symptom, periodic and reversible attacks, Epilepsy is characterized by an excess amount of electricity coming out of the brain cells, which can cause seizures and abnormal movements. EEG signals on epilepsy attacks have a characteristic pattern that allows health professionals to distinguish them from normal conditions (nonseizure). There are many methods used by researchers to recognize patterns of EEG epilepsy and non epilepsy signals in this study using Discrete Cosinus Transform (DCT) to perform the extraction of EEG signal features and Backpropagation Neural Networks for identification of EEG signal patterns. This research data using five classes of data sets of digital EEG signal taken from clinic Epileptologie University of Bonn ie data set A normal open eye signal, set B normal eye closed signal, C set enter the epilepsy zone, set D enter epilepsy, set E epilepsy seizures. The five class data are processed using DCT to obtain feature extraction, so results from DCT are used to perform identification using the Backpropagation method. The results of this study indicate that with feature extracted using DCT and identification process using Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation got EEG signal identification obtained for data set A, B, C, D and E is 76%, for set AB and CDE class data 73 %.
