Gurami is a native fish from Indonesian waters that is much-loved by Indonesian people for daily food consumption. The gurami inhabits still waters such as swamps, lakes, and ponds. Besides that, carp cannot live in a water content that is too alkaline or acidic, the oxygen content in the water must be stable. Water quality is a very important factor and can affect the survival of cultivated fish. Several parameters must be considered in improving the development of carp, one of which is the temperature and pH of the water and automatic drainage of water. In this paper, we conduct IoT-based research that focuses on controlling water temperature and pH and automatically draining pool water. Water temperature and pH control such as a pH sensor temperature sensor and a water turbidity sensor will later be connected to the ESP 32 microcontroller which already has a wi-fi module. A system that is linked to electrical power and the internet then the sensor will read the water quality including the pH temperature value and water turbidity from inside the fish pond, after getting the data, the data will go to ESP 32. This research can help gurami cultivating farmers to make it easy to control the pH temperature and perform automatic pool water draining. The results of sensor testing with actual data are pretty accurate with the average error value of the ds18b20 sensor being 0.05% while the value of the pH sensor itself is 0.07%. © 2023 IEEE.

This research was conducted to analyze the sentiment of Fintech users in Tegal City, especially the Ovo application since it currently has a very massive market and promotion. Users choosing the Fintech application generally consider convenience, security, transaction suitability, convenience, and cashback. The problem is that the user's trust in Fintech is still in doubt. Currently the application provides reviews to share their experiences. With the number of reviews displayed, it needs analysis that can classify the review into positive or negative classes. This research is using experimental method. Data is taken from Google Play in the OVO Application. The method used is the method of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Data processing is using the Application RapidMiner Studio 7.6.003. The result is that the Ovo application gets the best value with an accuracy of 82.33%. So that it can be concluded that the results of the review might convince users of other positive customer experiences while negative experiences can be used as a contribution to the thinking of the next product development to be better so they can compete. © 2019 IEEE.

Information technology plays an essential role in the business world because it may affect the operations of the organization within the organization that also uses information technology to provide information. One of the departments that use information technology is the Information Engineering Department of Musamus Merauke University, which is used to provide information related to the Department of Information Engineering. But in the use of information technology is still flawed. Therefore, it is necessary to have a standard in information technology management to measure overall standards and governance in information technology management, ie using COBIT. Based on this study, we will design an information technology management model for the Department of Information Engineering. Control objectives for information and related technologies (COBIT) are 4 (4) primary domains, including domains, planning, and organization (PO), acquisition and implementation (AI), transmission and support (DS) and tracking. And evaluating (ME) in research. This will use two domains, namely the delivery domain and support (DS) and monitoring and evaluation (ME) by adjusting the problems and requirements of the information engineering department in the arrangement. Information technology support for information technology service processes and support for monitoring and evaluation of information technology, the results showed that the level of maturity of information technology supervision in the information engineering department is at level 2. Bulog is a state-owned public company engaged in food logistics. There are about 18 Bulog warehouses in East Java Province with an uneven distribution. Because the scope of Bulog's business includes logistics or warehousing, surveys and pest eradication, provision of plastic bags, transportation business, food commodity trading and retail business, there must be good coordination between regional sub-divisions and warehouse complexes. In this study, the minimum regional sub-division recommendations in the East Java region were determined using the theory of connected domination number in graphs. The location of the warehouse complex is described as the vertex and adjacent warehouse complexes are connected by edges. In this research, we also determine the connected domination number of unicyclic graph and vertex amalgamation operations for several classes of graphs. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. Load Balancing is very well applied to the distribution of internet access at any point of the Wi-Fi area so that the use of limited devices can be optimal and on target. The proper use of the Greedy Algorithms when applied to an access point device is very capable in resolving excessive loading in a single resource to take the best choice at every stage in an optimum process. Access point device is also a success factor in running the optimization of the distribution of Wi-Fi access on the Access Point is strongly influenced by the parameters set. In this research, user access factor in one very high Wi-Fi area also influences the possibility of incoming access failure. For the application of the results of this study can be utilized on all access point devices that have limits, but for speed internet access remains at the capacity provided bandwidth. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Spam filters have become an important tool for ISP(Internet service Provider) to address the growing spam in cyberspace. Spam filtering is a program used to detect spam, prevent it and enter users' mailboxes. With the rapid growth of Internet technology, email communication is becoming increasingly important in people's daily lives. In addition, the amount of spam contained in emails has increased considerably in recent years. In this study, the authors will compare the performance of the decision tree classification models using or not using Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) in spam filtering. The results of this test will be compared with the results of level accuracy, recall, precision, and F1 Score using or not using the RFE method. where in the results of this level measurement, the model used can be a reference or solution to filter spam correctly, especially through the use of supervised learning data. © 2019 IEEE.

Recently, data mining has been implemented in various fields, including business and telecommunications. Data mining is a technique for extracting and detecting patterns in massive data sets that combines machine learning, statistics, and database systems. One of the most important use-cases in data mining is finding the high-frequency patterns between the set of itemset called association rules. Association rule mining is a well-researched technique for finding some relations between variables in large databases. This paper aims to measure the performance of the Apriori and Frequent Pattern Tree algorithms by comparing them using several points of comparison. Then we compared the outputs, whether they produce the same or different rules, to find out whether the way the two algorithms work is similar or not. After that, we looked for the itemsets that best match the reality in the market by giving them to a user who had transaction data from his spare parts shop. © 2021 ACM.

This study aims to determine the best distance to install a CCTV camera in identifying a person's face in the passenger inspection area at the airport, which can be developed for suspect detection systems. The training data used is in the form of an image with five different angles per person, while the testing data is in the form of video. The initial stage conducted is face detection based on local features (a pair of eyes, nose, and mouth) in the input data using the Viola-Jones method. The face detection results process with pre-processing, feature extraction, and classification. In the pre-processing stage, the Brightness Enhancement (BE), Grayscale and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) methods are used to improve the quality of the detected face. Furthermore, the feature extraction and classification stages use the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) and the Multi-class Support Vector Machine (MSVM) methods, respectively. The result shows that the best accuracy obtained is 86.76% for a CCTV camera distance of 300 cm and a height of 250 cm. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper presents a practical methodology for optimizing the geometry of electrical grounding grids at industrial frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz, integrating advanced calculation techniques and evolutionary algorithms to improve the safety and operational performance of electrical grounding systems. The proposed approach is particularly beneficial for industrial automation and control systems, where effective grounding is necessary to maintain system reliability and prevent downtime. This methodology employs mathematical modeling and computational tools to optimize grid parameters, ensuring compliance with safety standards while reducing operational costs, thus contributing to the overall efficiency of automated systems in industrial environments. The study reports a reduction of up to 66% in the number of vertical rods and 40% in horizontal conductors compared to traditional methods. These results indicate that the proposed methodology can significantly reduce material usage and costs while maintaining electrical safety in accordance with regulatory standards, making it applicable to a wide range of industrial settings, including substations and automated facilities. © 2025 The Authors

The rapid development of technology presents a new paradigm, one of which is in the transportation sector. The concept of smart mobility is one of the components in the realization of a smart city, which is closely related to the transportation sector. The Purwokerto-Purbalingga Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is the government's effort to encourage the transportation sector towards smart mobility. It requires three crucial categories: Accessibility, sustainability, and communication and information technology. This study proves and explains that these three categories can be fulfilled by the Purwokerto-Purbalingga Bus Rapid Transit, especially from women's perception, indicated by an average accessibility score of 4.04, sustainability of 4.22, and Information and Communication Technology of 3.80. Efforts that can be taken by the government and Bus Rapid Transit managers include monitoring and evaluating bus stops and bus arrival frequencies as well as developing mobile-based applications that provide real-time information related to bus rapid transit. © 2021 IEEE.
