Initial stage in software development lifecycle is requirements gathering steps which results a text-based requirements specification *** problem in analyzing those requirements is the difficulty of identifying the functionality of the software,especially when there are so many descriptions elicited from the gathering *** objective of this research is analyzing the process to identify actor and use case of the system to be *** the requirements were described in the form of natural language,therefore it needs natural language *** proposed solution is simplification form by only doing the syntax analysis to provide a quick *** tool is built in Java by accept active sentences in *** evaluation result proves that the tool is able to list actor and use cases from a given system *** future work is able to process passive sentence with complex structure not only in the Subject-Predicate-Object form.

Technology always have the potential to disruptive the society, especially electronics since this technology follows Moore Laws. Electric vehicle is predicted to change how individuals are going to do their daily commute. Electric motor cycle is an answer to eco-friendly transportation, economical in the operation and will be more affordable in the future for the people. One of the main component for this vehicle is the 3 phase motor controller. Three phase electric motor has an advantage of being light weight, low cost and more compact compare with dc motors with a comparable power. The design is featuring a regenerative braking system which brings back the mechanical energy back to the system on braking time hence a significant advantage to increase energy efficiency, since a major power lost is happening during braking on conventional vehicle. The design on purpose is using 100-125 cc equivalent of gasoline engine since this engine has the most market in Indonesia. Which is about 10 to 15 KW 3 phase AC motor. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The importance of the K-Medoid model in viewing disaster-prone areas in each sub-district in North Aceh. The advantage of the k-medoid model results is that it has better cluster centers than other models. The novelty of this research is the cluster results are assessed by each decision maker using the Borda group model in providing flood disaster assistance or areas that are a priority for handling, which are included in the flood-prone cluster. Therefore, this research is important because it can be used to identify areas most severely affected by flooding. This research aims to analyze and identify the impact of flood hazards based on grouping and decision-making using the Borda group model in each sub-district in North Aceh. The results of the k-medoids model show 3 clusters that can see potential areas for flood disasters, namely very vulnerable. There are six sub-districts. For the k-medoids results, ten sub-districts are vulnerable. Lastly, the safe zones are 11 sub-districts. This research’s k-medoid model analysis is more precise in seeing clusters of places that are potentially affected by flooding based on spatial maps of their nearest neighboring areas. The percentage of each cluster is as follows: Cluster 1 is 4%, Cluster 2 is 55%, and Cluster 3 is 41%. The k-medoid model provided this result after three iterations, with a closeness difference of 1.594510537. The results of the Borda model group research can be used as a recommendation for the areas that receive the highest priority in disaster management.

Hand gesture control represents an alternative means of human-computer interaction. The focus of this research lies in an interactive medium, which takes the form of a hand controller specifically engineered to steer an unmanned aerial vehicle. This controller boasts remote and versatile capabilities, enhancing the overall experience of UAV flight control. The controller utilizes an Arduino microcontroller, a BNO055 IMU sensor for orientation, and a potentiometer for throttle control. The program implements a finite automaton (FA) for state-based control and communicates with the ExpressLRS receiver using the CRSF protocol. The experimental findings from the developed radio control device demonstrated no significant delay. The latency of the device is only 40ms. The system exhibited responsiveness within a 216 m range despite encountering various obstacles and interference during the tests. It utilized ExpressLRS with a power consumption of 25 mW.

The objective of the research was to analyze the clustering method by optimizing Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) in the case of measles immunization for children under the age of 5. The research data source used is the North Sumatra Province Central Bureau of Statistics (https://***/). The data used in 2019 included 33 records with variables BCG, DPT-HB3/DPT-HB/Hib3, CAMPAK (MEASLES + RUBELLA), POLIO 4 and HEPATITIS B. The methods used were k-medoids and PSOs. This method is used to determine the value of the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) before the cluster value is determined (k). The resulting k values were compared to k-medoids without PSO. The best results of k-medoid and PSO will be tested by classification to see the accuracy value of the cluster formed. The results showed that the optimization of k-medoids and PSO was better with the number of clusters (k = 5) than 0.078. (DBI). The results also show that the accuracy of the cluster formed is 95% with a correlation of 0.98. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, it is necessary to carry out reforms and innovations related to national education. Reforms and innovations in the implementation of components of the education system involve changes in curriculum, graduate competencies and assessments, teacher qualifications, funding, facilities and infrastructure, decentralization and educational autonomy. Bali as a world tourist destination must be maintained and passed on to the younger generation. The younger generation can use information technology to help promote Balinese culture. Bali has a lot of local wisdom that can be implemented in the tourism sector. Therefore to promote those local wisdoms, a module that can be accessed through e-learning is developed to help students develop a cultural tourism package based on local wisdom to be promoted online. The modules developed have been tested by content and media experts, which can be used independently by students. Modules can be accessed online at e-learning and they are ready to use instructions for students so they can work on assignments and projects independently. Modules containing this theory and practice are for making brochures, tour packages, videos, and websites, all of which are connected to promote tourism based on local Balinese wisdom. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. At present, the smartphone is equipped with several sensors such as Accelerometer, Gravity sensor, and Gyroscope which can be used to recognize human physical activities such as walking upstair and walking downstairs etc. Machine learning is needed to group data and get information. Statistical methods have poor performance in classifying because procedures must be met. To overcome this, an ensemble technique was used. This study proposes the application of the gradientboost ensemble method to classify walking upstair and walking downstairs. The *** system is designed for data retrieval using a smartphone. Then, the dataset will be partitioned into 70% training data and 30% test data. The results show that the performance of the ensemble boosting method produces 81.82% accuracy, 86.11% sensitivity and 77.50% specificity. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Artificial intelligence is one of the technological breakthroughs in science, especially in the field of computers. Object detection and recognition presents a new challenge on how to make machines detect objects automatically. To detect an object, the previous system will take the classifier of an object and evaluate it at various locations and various scales in the image. Smartphones currently play an important role in everyday life, but the existence of smartphones can be one of the causes of the user's lack of interest in reading books. With this Augmented Reality-based object detector, it is hoped that users can experiment on smartphones with the Snapchat application installed to detect objects in books that are around them and the number of objects will be counted automatically, it is also expected to attract users' desire to read books. Image recognition identification is taken through the phone's camera which is recognized as a lens. Lens AR in the Lens Studio application is supported by the SnapML machine learning algorithm, this machine learning function is to display book information and the number of books detected. This research was conducted using Cloud Computing such as Google Collaboratory which uses the python programming language, the book object dataset is selected from the COCO class, the model is exported to Open Neural Network Exchange (.ONNX) and then imported into the Lens Studio application. Publish lenses in the Snapchat app. Finally, a model test was carried out to detect objects and the number of objects in books that had been made using a Smartphone. Open the Snapchat application, scan the Snapcode generated by Lens Studio, AR lenses can be used in real time. AR Book Detection has been tested by other users on Snapchat with 18,845 Lens Views, 18,737 Lens Plays and 16 Lens Shares.

Multi SVM has long been one of the popular methods in classification, while DCNN has recently gained significant attention in image processing and pattern recognition. This research evaluates the effectiveness of Multi Class Support Vector Machine (M-SVM) and Deep Convolutional Neural Network (DCNN) techniques in classifying brain tumors. A dataset of 2660 3D medical images with dimensions 227 x 227 x 3;including Glioma, Meningioma, and Pituitary tumors, has been partitioned into distinct sets for both training and testing purposes. DCNN approach achieves excellent accuracy in identifying tumor names, with a training accuracy of 97.8% and 100% success rate in 9 experiments. The Multi SVM method demonstrates relatively good accuracy, with training accuracies ranging from 70% to 90% based on different kernel functions. These findings provide valuable insights for selecting appropriate methods in brain tumor classification and encourage further exploration of hybrid Multi SVM-DCNN approaches to enhance accuracy and reliability. © 2023 IEEE.
