One of graduation requirements at university is completing undergraduate thesis. At Industrial engineering Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, undergraduate thesis titles are documented by thesis coordinator. The problem is that students are less knowledgeable on thesis topics, so they do not really know the previous students' thesis topics. Based on the problem, this research aims at developing a program to classify thesis title so the knowledge on the trend of thesis title topic can be got The method used in this research was K-Means clustering, while range measurement method used was cosine similarity. The testing used Silhouette Coefficient method. The phases from text mining were tokenizing, filtering, stemming, similarity, classifying, testing. The result of this research is a program that can process the title data into trend group pattern of thesis title *** 138 data obtained, there are three clusters arranged based on the field on Industrial engineering study program. Silhouette Coefficient testing shows score of 0.5674 that shows the clustering result is classified low. It occurs since the textual data of the thesis title is too widely distributed, so the title has relatively low similarity score © 2018 IEEE.

Malaria can be difficult to detect from thin blood smears. Image recognition methods such as convolutional neural network can be used to detect malaria, but the training process takes a long time. Previous research created a new architecture and compares it to several other architectures such as VGG-16 and ResNet. The effect of preprocessing is analyzed in this research. VGG-16, ResNet, and the custom architecture created by the previous research are being used in this study. The preprocessing methods being analyzed in this research include gray-world normalization and comprehensive normalization. The highest accuracy improvement per epoch (0.5256% using ResNet-50 and 0.0352% using custom architecture) is achieved through gray-world normalization, that also improves final accuracy (90.1% using ResNet-50 and 93.1% using custom architecture) when compared to other methods with the same epochs for ResNet and custom architecture. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Oil content estimation in palm fruits is a precious property that significantly impacts oil palm production,starting from the upstream and *** content can be used to monitor the progress of the oil palm fresh fruit bunch(FFB)and be applied to identify product *** on the near-infrared(NIR)signals,this study proposes an empirical mode decomposition(EMD)technique to decompose signals and predict the oil content of palm ***,350 palm fruits with Tenera varieties(Elaeis guineensis ***),at various ages of maturity,were harvested from the Cikabayan Oil Palm Plantation(IPB University,Indonesia).Second,each sample was sent directly to the laboratory for NIR signal measurements and oil content ***,the EMD analysis and arti-ficial neural network(ANN)were employed to correlate the NIR signals and oil ***,a robust EMD-ANN model is generated by optimizing the lowest possible *** on performance evaluation,the proposed technique can predict oil content with a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.933±0.015 and a root mean squared error(RMSE)of 1.446±*** results demonstrate that the model has a good predictive capacity and has the potential to predict the oil content of palm fruits directly,without neither solvents nor reagents,which makes it environmentally ***,the proposed technique has a promising potential to be applied in the oil palm *** like this will lead to the effective and efficient management of oil palm production.

Software testing is a phase in software development to ensure software quality. As more and more software is developed for web and mobile platforms, Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer is responsible to test software on both platforms to ensure functionality on each platform. While automated test can be implemented to reduce the workload of SQA Engineer, it has its setbacks as automated test needs a huge effort to maintain it and available tools to develop automated test currently only support one platform. In this research, an automated test framework is proposed and developed that can test both web and mobile platforms. Compared to an automated test project that uses separate tools, a project that uses the proposed framework has 2.57% higher maintainability index. A user test to 3 SQA Engineers has also been conducted and the proposed framework has generally been given high maintainability rating. © 2022 ACM.

Every year, the availability of public IPv4 addresses is running low. However, the IETF (Internet engineering Task Force) has set a new addressing standard called IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6). IPv6 implementations can not be immediately performed on all end-to-end lines, a transition phase is required, one of which is the GRE tunneling method. IPv6 has some differences with IPv4, then in line with the presence of IPv6 will required the protocol that compatible with IPv6, among which is the routing protocol. Some dynamic routing protocols are created to support and can run on IPv6 such as RIPng and OSPFv3. Aim of this study is examines OSPFv3 routing protocols and RIPng routing protocols in terms of Quality of Service (QoS). The test is done by using seven routers with three scenarios in each routing protocol, ie scenario with best path active condition, when the network changes in other words best path down, and the scenario with best path condition has changed and the network has returned to normal. Testing is done by testing QoS parameters (delay, packet loss, and throughput) when the client computer downloads files with *** extension from the server. Downloaded files have different sizes, from 100 Mega Byte to 1 Giga Byte. From the results obtained that OSPFv3 provides better QoS (delay, packet loss, and throughput) than RIPng on integrated IPv6 network using GRE tunnel and can be a reference when going to transition from IPv4 to IPv6 using GRE Tunnel. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2018.

Decision support system is a way to help decision maker to choose the best decision from several available alternatives. In the process of decision support system required criteria and weights to be used in the calculation process. Simple additive weighting (SAW) and Weigthed product (WP) are methods in decision support systems that have a search method taking into account the weights held by the criteria. comparison analysis is performed to look at between the WP and SAW methods, methods that have a higher level of accuracy and are in accordance with the conditions. The SAW method uses a weighted weaning system whereas the WP method uses multiplication in calculating the attribute rating. From the weight of each criteria there will be used in the calculation to produce several alternatives. The object of the case study in this study is the determination of people's business credit in the banking world using seven criteria. the criteria used are personal character, credit status, business condition, income, guarantee, guarantee condition and installment. Results of testing using SAW method and WP method, it can help compare the best alternative level results by using the same data and criteria, so both methods can be used as consideration in decision making. WP method gives clear cost and benefit value compared to SAW, but in SAW result gives more clear result because it is based on predetermined value and weight. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2018.

This study aims to develop a web-based expert system that can identify cassava disease using Case-Based Reasoning Method and Shafer Dempster Method, and to know the performance comparison of both based on the accuracy of identification. Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is a computer-generated system that uses old knowledge to solve new problems. CBR provides solutions to new cases by looking at the oldest cases that are closest to new cases. The identification process is done by entering new cases containing the symptoms to be identified into the system, then perform the process of calculating the value of similarity between the new case and the base case using the nearest neighbor method. Dempster Shafer based on two ideas is the idea of obtaining degrees of confidence of subjective possibilities and the rule of dempster safer itself to combine degrees of confidence based on the evidence obtained. This expert system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL data base. The output of the system is the percentage of identification result of both methods. Testing and analysis results show that Case-Based Reasoning provides better identification accuracy than Dempster Shafer. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2018.

Javanese characters is a priceless cultural heritage. The form of the characters and the art of making it become a legacy that deserves to be preserved. The difficulty that is often experienced by the community is in terms of remembering the form, pronunciation, and errors in placing Javanese characters pairs and the lack of available references. Coupled with the elimination of curricula regarding regional languages at the SMA / SMK level. This encourages writers to conduct research and build mobile learning applications for Java characters learning. With the aim of producing a Mobile Learning application that can Assist learning and writing Javanese characters to be more interactive so as to motivate the community to learn Javanese *** use of the Gesture API technology that functions when the user starts touching the screen and performs the movements that have been determined by the system and understood by the system itself. The steps taken are analyzing the problem regarding the making of this Java characters mobile learning application through observation, interviews and literature studies to be further identified to obtain data from the general public. Then do the system needs analysis, user needs analysis, while the results will be tested using Black Box and Post study analysis to determine the extent of the usability system to the problems in the communityThe results of the application built in the form of the introduction of Javanese characters with a gesture board, Javanese characters pronunciation in the form of audio visual and Javanese characters quiz writing so that it was more effective and interactive. With the results of testing the black box test, the application built has been running according to its use and function and based on post study testing obtained the average rating of respondents with the results stated that community categories are acceptable, acceptable and acceptable students. © 2018 IEEE.

Decision making in an organization is needed a system. Decision support system is a system that helps company management and education in decision making that provides information, modeling and analyzing data with the application of a method. The management, especially higher education, must maximize sophisticated technology. For example, to analyze scholarship data. Problems are found in manual data analysis so that human errors often occur in addition to using more time than the target, losing old data, resulting in inaccurate analysis of scholarship sustainability every semester. The research was conducted to overcome the problems that have been found by analyzing the existing data with the simple additive weighting method, building a system by applying the method and testing the system. The result of this research is to produce an application for the development of a decision support system in managing student data to determine the sustainability of the scholarship every semester. Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) has a spirit to become a Conservation and International Reputation University is realized through strategic missions. One of the conservation-oriented implementation programs is H-BAT (Green, Clean and Healthy) program. In its implementation, there is a problem, namely the achievement of H-BAT program has not been maximized during the last 3 years in assessment. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify of the potential and character of environmental support in the work units;(2) to determine the achievement of the indication of a green campus based on the assessment indicators on H-BAT program. This research was carried out in four stages: (1) Data collection;(2) Spatial data processing;(3) Non Spatial data processing;(4) Analysis (ecological, technical standards);The results achieved in June 2020 are as follows: FT got 87,50%, FE got 85,87%, FMIPA got 81,52%, BUHK got79,49%, FIP got 73,91%, LP3 got 69,23%, LP2M got 63,46%, FIS got 60,33%,PPS got 57,07%, FIK got 56,52%, FH got 52,72%, FBS got 49,46%, TIK got 40,38%, BPB got 34,62%, Library got 30,13%, Archive got 17,31%. From these results, it can be seen that there is a lack of maximum achievement due to, among others, the lack of guidance and technical assistance in the management of the unit. So it is necessary to complete governance guidelines and technical assistance that are more intensive in unit governance to achieve the goals of UNNES as a green campus. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
