Decision making in an organization is needed a system. Decision support system is a system that helps company management and education in decision making that provides information, modeling and analyzing data with the application of a method. The management, especially higher education, must maximize sophisticated technology. For example, to analyze scholarship data. Problems are found in manual data analysis so that human errors often occur in addition to using more time than the target, losing old data, resulting in inaccurate analysis of scholarship sustainability every semester. The research was conducted to overcome the problems that have been found by analyzing the existing data with the simple additive weighting method, building a system by applying the method and testing the system. The result of this research is to produce an application for the development of a decision support system in managing student data to determine the sustainability of the scholarship every semester. Applications that are built can help the management in managing scholarships.

This study examines the decline in the usage of the Javanese language, which has experienced a decrease in the number of speakers from approximately 82 million in 2007 to 68.2 million in 2015. The convergence of the Javanese script and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology is proposed as a solution, allowing for the preservation and accessibility of the Javanese script in the digital age. The integration of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) in Javanese script classification achieved a high accuracy rate of 92.95% in identifying positive and negative cases. The dataset used for training consisted of 8440 sample images, which were divided into 20 subfolders for training and testing. The results presented in Table IV demonstrate the successful implementation of the classification model, achieving a 98.87% sensitivity, 100% precision, and 98.88% specificity. This research contributes to the preservation and understanding of the culturally significant Javanese script while addressing the decline in its usage.

One of the methods used to increase channel capacity is the Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) methods. The increase in channel capacity in PD-NOMA multiple access means that the maximum power used by each user in each narrow band achieves increased power efficiency. Therefore, this research focuses on facilitating the increase in channel capacity by designing an antenna that produces a radiation pattern with many sharp main lobes and high gain. The multi-beam radiation pattern is obtained by using edge weighting. Therefore the antenna is designed with odd and even numbers represented by 1x5 and 1x6 antennas on the microstrip patch rectangular antenna at a frequency of 2.6 GHz. The effect of parasitic and non-parasite effects on the radiation pattern of a planar antenna with edge modeling is manageable in the main lobe, only in the side level lobe, which is not too significant. However, the number of main lobes on the 1x6 antenna has seven beam patterns, and the 1x5 antenna has five. The highest gain value obtains in the 1x6 design with a parasitic of 6.01 dB. This value meets the Gain requirements for 5G cellular systems.
