Security of data text file on a computer can be done by utilizing encryption and decryption techniques. One technique is encryption and decryption of data encryption system text file with cryptography. Cryptography is the science or art to randomize and secure the message to avoid the manipulation of data by performing encryption and decryption on the data of the text file. Cryptographic algorithm consists of several types of one example is the algorithm Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA). The RSA algorithm is one of asymmetric cryptography technique ie riptografi modern technique that hastwo keys of the public key used for encryption and a private key techniques to make the process deskripsi. The purpose of this research is to design and implement RSA cryptography algorithm on text file data security. The results of this design is a dekstop based software. This research is expected to provide benefits to the users, individually as well for other organizations. © 2020 Publishedunder licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

It is critical for organizations that are implementing Six Sigma to clearly define the scope of the projects, as well as apply excellent project management tools and techniques throughout the project. Applying excellent project management tools can be the difference between successfully implementing process improvements, or perhaps never completing the Six Sigma project. This paper will discuss key project management techniques that should be applied in each phase of the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze- Improve-Control) problem solving approach, including examples of the tools from actual Six Sigma projects. These tools can help to clearly define the project scope, develop an effective project charter with milestones, appropriate identified resources and timelines in the Define phase. Work plan development and project tracking methods can be applied in the Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control phases. Action plan development and post project reviews can be applied in the Improve and Control phases.

Data that has many attributes or higher dimensions will affect the performance of the K-NN classification algorithm. In this study, the Gain Ratio implemented for selecting and reducing the dataset attributes to form a new dataset for the classification process is carried out with the K-NN. The dataset used in this study are the Breast Cancer Coimbra dataset and Hepatitis C Virus dataset obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository. The results showed that the Breast Cancer Coimbra dataset, Gain Ratio can improve the performance of K-NN with average value 0.535596 TPR, TNR = 1, NPV = 0.608279, FNR = 1, FOR = 0.391721, Accuracy = 72.85%. In Hepatitis C Virus dataset also managed to improve the performance of K-NN with average value TPR = 0.665596, TNR = 0,876667, NPV=0,738279, FNR=0,88, FOR=0,521721, and Accuracy=86,25%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Topology can manifest itself in colloids when quantified by invariants like Euler characteristics of nonzero-genus colloidal surfaces, albeit spherical colloidal particles are most often studied, and colloidal particles with complex topology are rarely considered. On the other hand, singular defects and topological solitons often define the physical behavior of the molecular alignment director fields in liquid crystals. Interestingly, nematic liquid crystalline dispersions of colloidal particles allow for probing the interplay between topologies of surfaces and fields, but only a limited number of such cases have been explored so far. Here, we study the hybridization of topological solitons, singular defects, and topologically nontrivial colloidal particles with the genus of surfaces different from zero in a chiral nematic liquid crystal phase. Hybridization occurs when distortions separately induced by colloidal particles and LC solitons overlap, leading to energy minimization-driven redistribution of director field deformations and defects. As a result, hybrid director configurations emerge, combining topological features from both components. We uncover a host of director field configurations complying with topological theorems, which can be controlled by applying electric fields. Rotational and translational dynamics arise due to the nonreciprocal evolution of the director fields in response to alternating electric fields of different frequencies. These findings help define a platform for controlling topologically hyper-complex colloidal structures and dynamics with electrically reconfigurable singular defects and topological solitons induced by colloidal handlebodies. A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is an infrastructure less, autonomous, and standalone network. Routing protocol mechanism on MANET can be classified proactive, reactive and hybrid. On this paper researcher comparing QOS with reactive and proactive, reactive represented by DSR and proactive by DSDV. Performance of these routing protocols is evaluated with performance metrics such as Dropped Packets, Packet Delivery Ratio, Throughput, End to End Delay, Jitter, and Residual energy. Based on experiment shows that DSDV is better than DSR, performance DSDV more stable than DSR, DSR on little node better than DSDV, but in line with increment number of node performance is degrade. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Both neurons and glia communicate through diffusible neuromodulators;however, how neuron-glial interactions in such neuromodulatory networks influence circuit computation and behavior is unclear. During futility-induced behavioral transitions in the larval zebrafish, the neuromodulator norepinephrine (NE) drives fast excitation and delayed inhibition of behavior and circuit activity. We found that astroglial purinergic signaling implements the inhibitory arm of this motif. In larval zebrafish, NE triggers astroglial release of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), extracellular conversion of ATP into adenosine, and behavioral suppression through activation of hindbrain neuronal adenosine receptors. Our results suggest a computational and behavioral role for an evolutionarily conserved astroglial purinergic signaling axis in NE-mediated behavioral and brain state transitions and position astroglia as important effectors in neuromodulatory signaling.

We present an interactive system helping reconstruct a 3D indoor environment and manipulate it using a moving 3D sensor. Our system takes the depth stream from a depth sensor and converts it into point clouds. After that, the pose of the 3D sensor is tracked in real-time by matching the current point cloud to those from all previous frames;in the next step, it is mapped to a unique world point cloud in order to build the 3D model of that environment. Tracking the 3D sensor in real-time helps automatically fill the holes from the model, where the previous frames has not covered, making the model complete. Once the 3D model of the environment is ready, our system allows us to either add more 3D objects on it or remove an existing one. Here, we propose two different 3D object segmentation methods, which is the core module of our object removal function, for evaluation: a K-means based algorithm for simple models, and a graph-based algorithm for complex models. The system is tested and evaluated on various indoor environments. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

This systematic literature review (SLR) study aims to analyze the role of New Media as a Tool to Improve Creative Thinking, with relevant articles from 2018 to 2023 taken from reputable international journals. It uses three research questions (RQ) to explore New Media's relevance in stimulating creativity. The results indicate that interactive platforms such as social media and online collaboration tools positively influence creative thinking skills. Interaction through New Media allows individuals to share ideas, discuss, and be exposed to various points of view, all of which stimulate creative thinking. In addition, New Media also facilitates the creative process of solving problems and generating original ideas. The immersive experiences offered by this technology can enhance the exploration of ideas and increase the ability to think out-of-the-box. While New Media offers great potential to enhance creativity, there are also potential risks, such as false information, media addiction, and privacy concerns. Therefore, awareness of the wise use of New Media needs to be increased, especially in education and everyday life. Overall, this literature review provides in-depth insight into the role of New Media in enhancing creative thinking skills and driving innovation. With the right approach, New Media can be an effective tool in stimulating creative thinking and encouraging the creation of original ideas beneficial for future social and technological developments. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia meets the needs of 50% of the world's palm oil needs. Sources of Indonesian palm oil, 34 % are produced by independent smallholders. The lack of governance of independent smallholders leads to low productivity of their crops. Global market demands for palm oil derivative sources become an obligation to compete. The development of blockchain technology that favors traceability and transparency is applied in the supply agriculture sector, and this is an opportunity for how blockchain technology can help the palm oil supply chain become transparent and can find its source. This research uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) method. And business process model and notation in business model design. The results of the design of the FFB sale and purchase transaction system with blockchain technology have succeeded in connecting farmer transactions as FFB providers with traders and PKS as FFB buyers. Every transaction sent by the farmer will be locked by a hash, as immunity makes the data sent immutable. The system can display the traceability of transactions while maintaining the integrity of member information.
