According to Covid 19 pandemic every process has to shifting to collaborate with digital technology. One of the field that pushes to shift is Education field. Undergraduate education level, is one of many strategies to improve people competency. In Indonesia, the number of people has steadily increased. However, they have to improve their level of competency to compete with their competitor. According to this condition, many prospective student difficult to find information that their need to decide a place to study. There are many consideration factors that will involved in this decision. Therefore, in this research will build university collaborator system that can support analysis from prospective student perspective to choose education institution. To build this business design this study involve some analysis such as industrial competition will be using Porter Five Force's and supported by Business Model Canvas to define Universia's business model, as well as financial projections for the next seven years. According to the Porter Five Forces model, the information services market around universities still has a lot of room for new entrants. The results of the business model canvas analysis show that, despite being a newcomer to the sector, Universia has a number of value propositions that its competitors do not. Universia's product will be generated in the web based application. The application will be designed using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in conjunction with the Extreme programming approach, which includes steps such as planning, designing, coding, and testing. The result of this study is a system collaborator that can be bridge between prospective student and university, so the prospective student can easily find the information that their need to choose university. © 2021 IEEE.

Developments in network infrastructure and progress in sensor devices have brought the rise of the Internet of Everything (IoE). The technologies and applications are characterized by overall perception, tight connection, and intelligent responses. This study explored the application of the IoE in education such that these features can be utilized in educational institutions and areas designated for educational services. Focus was placed on the use of the Smart Manager in school attendance tracking, notification system, and security monitoring system for more broad and comprehensive campus safety. © 2021 IEEE.

This research discusses the improvement of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model accuracy in translating Batak to Indonesian by utilizing FastText and GloVe embeddings. Traditional LSTM models often struggle with the complexity and richness of underrepresented languages like Batak. By integrating FastText and GloVe, which provide word vectors with deeper semantic meanings, the translation quality can be significantly enhanced. Experimental results show that this approach offers a substantial performance improvement compared to conventional LSTM models, producing more accurate and contextual translations. These findings have the potential to be applied in broader multilingual translation systems and support the preservation and digital accessibility of minority languages.

In this paper we consider the estimation of unknown parameters in Bayesian inverse problems. In most cases of practical interest, there are several barriers to performing such estimation, This includes a numerical approximation of a solution of a differential equation and, even if exact solutions are available, an analytical intractability of the marginal likelihood and its associated gradient, which is used for parameter estimation. The focus of this article is to deliver unbiased estimates of the unknown parameters, that is, stochastic estimators that, in expectation, are equal to the maximizer of the marginal likelihood, and possess no numerical approximation error. Based upon the ideas of [4] we develop a new approach for unbiased parameter estimation for Bayesian inverse problems. We prove unbiasedness and establish numerically that the associated estimation procedure is faster than the current state-of-the-art methodology for this problem. We demonstrate the performance of our methodology on a range of problems which include a PDE and ODE. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

This study analyzes the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on impulse buying on the marketplace platform in Jakarta. This research is motivated because the COVID-19 pandemic period lasted quite a long time. Therefore, this research was conducted so that it can be useful for entrepreneurs or marketplace sellers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. The techniques used in statistical testing include validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. When the research was conducted from September 2020 to January 2021. The results obtained were that there was a relationship between variables, such as mobile marketing, discounts, and lifestyle that could affect impulse buying on the marketplace even though they were moderately related. © 2021 IEEE.

Pandemic Covid-19 has change learning process to use online learning platform to limit interaction between participant of learning and reduce the Covid-19. This shifting has a major impact on education. Even though, many things have been done by education institution, lecturers, and students in adapting to online learning. In this study focus to check the effect of online learning on students' ability to understand the learning process. In this research, we use quantitative approach. To collect the data, this study uses a questionnaire method and in data analysis this study uses descriptive methods. In the results of this research can conclude that there is a positive influence from online learning on student's ability to understand the material. Therefore, higher education institution have to consider online learning to be good so that in the future it can continue to be developed or upgrade so that it can make it easier for students to understand the material and learn effectively and efficiently. © 2021 IEEE.

In this research, the system that detects administrative behavior, credit card and developing corruption from credit cards through LINE applications. The objective of this research 1) To develop a risk notification system or suspect to be corruption of credit cards through the connection channels of LINE application 2) to measure the accuracy of the system developed. As for the notification to prevent the risk of credit card corruption The research methods are divided into 5 steps, namely Step 1, Step System analysis. Step 5 Summary Discuss results and suggestions. The research results are summarized as follows The results of the measurement and completeness of the data are very good as 86.67 percent. The results of the measurement of the correct conditions are as good as 80 percent and the performance measurement of time is in The criteria is as good as 86.67 percent. In conclusion, the corruption system from credit cards through the application alert. LINE can be used appropriately.

The rapid development of neural networks has con-tributed to the increasing maturity of recommendation systems. However, deep neural networks have poor interpretability for models and do not show strong advantages for sparse data and noisy data. Recently, Hawkes process has become more and more focused for its good interpretability with probabilistic models. Based on this, we proposes A Neural Efficient Recommendation Model Based on Neighborhood Key Information Aggregation of Modified Hawkes(NKMH). The model utilizes a neural network and designs three modules to jointly fit the modified Hawkes process. It not only inherits the high interpretability of Hawkes, but also effectively solves the problem of poor prediction ability of the Hawkes process. Besides, we present a novel key information search strategy(KISS), which can effectively remove the noise in a session and alleviate the sparsity of the data to some extent. Extensive experiments on two datasets show that the NKMH model outperforms many current popular models.

The purpose of this research was to develop a power consumer service support system, a case study of the Provincial Electricity Authority, Chumphon Province. By applying the ITIL version 3 operating framework to be applied in conjunction with the geographic information system, the efficiency of the application of the geographic information system was assessed, the quality of the system was assessed by experts and the satisfaction of general users was assessed. This system was developed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of electricity consumer services. receive follow-up notifications request for service and service complaints Able to display statistical reports in geographic information formats resulting in standardized customer service management. Evaluation results of the efficiency of the system in finding and displaying the coordinates of service locations have an average overall efficiency of F-Measure of 92 percent and the quality assessment of experts at a good level with an average of 4.17 deviations. The standard was 0.51 and the satisfaction assessment results of general users were at a good level with an average of 4.35 and a standard deviation of 0.42 from both groups of assessors. It can be concluded that the developed system can be applied to real work efficiently and effectively
