This study investigates the variables affecting travelers' decision to visit heritage destinations. Heritage tourism can draw visitors because of its historical, cultural, and aesthetic significance. More studies are still required to further understand the elements influencing travelers' decisions to engage in historical tourism. The object of this research is tourists who intend to visit heritage tourism in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents consisting of domestic and foreign tourists. They were then processed using SmartPLS. The study results show that five variables affect tourists' intentions to visit heritage tourism: Heritage Value (HV), Travel Intention (TI), Visitor Engagement (VE), Quality of Experience (QE), and Social Media Preference (SMP). All these variables positively influence tourist intentions to visit cultural heritage sites. This study concludes that the government and related parties significantly promote heritage sites by prioritizing historical, cultural, and aesthetic values. In addition, associated parties must also pay attention to other factors, such as service quality and travel costs which can affect tourists' intentions to visit heritage sites. In this case, social media can also be an effective means of promoting heritage sites to tourists.

Indonesia has the largest number of people that are active in social media and Indonesia is a country with the most social media users in the world. Social media in general is used to socialize (relate, both, personally, in groups and so on) between users. The users of social media in Indonesia already has reached 160 million in January 2020. and this number of social media users in Indonesia increased up to 12 million (8.1%) from April 2019 to January 2020. Firstly, social media was used by users to connect with each other through community. However, now social media is not only used as a means of virtual community for interaction but is also used as a channel for doing business. There are still many people who do not realize that social media has the advantage of being a very efficient and effective business, and many company that still confused about to choose which social media platform that suitable with their business promotion. Therefore, we want to show and tell them one of the advantages of social media in the field of promotion. Based on the surveys, there are four most popular social media in Indonesia such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. However, there still very few studies can be found to understand that social media is effective or not for business promotion. For this reason, this article will examine the advantages that social media have that can support business promotion. This article will utilize the questioners method to assess the important factors of social media users such as user satisfaction factors in using social media and what social media are often used by user to promote their business. This research study presents an algorithmic approach for the detection and identification of key components on license plates, including numerical digits, province codes, vehicle colors, and vehicle makes and types. The methodology integrates image processing techniques and deep learning methodologies to achieve comprehensive image analysis. The algorithm incorporates image preprocessing techniques to optimize the input images, followed by a deep neural network trained on a large annotated dataset. The algorithm utilizes image segmentation and character recognition techniques to detect and classify numerical digits on license plates. Similarly, it employs segmentation and classification processes for identifying province codes, vehicle colors, makes, and types. Extensive training ensures the algorithm's accuracy and robustness under varying conditions. The proposed algorithm demonstrates the potential for accurate license plate component detection and identification, with applications in law enforcement and traffic monitoring systems. . ©2023 IEEE.

Software project outcomes heavily depend on natural language requirements,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like ambiguities and incomplete or faulty *** are exploring machine learning to predict software bugs,but a more precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prompting an investigation into deep and ensemble learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach combining multiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** methods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dimensionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the model on different datasets to analyze how much of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensemble method is utilized to explore the increase in performance upon combining multiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)and four Promise datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the model’s performance by providing better Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AUC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an amalgam of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensemble methods prove helpful in optimizing the software bug prediction models and providing high-performing,useful end mode.

With the rapid advancement of electronic textiles, the design and integration of connectors have emerged as pivotal challenges. This study emphasizes the development of a connection solution that amalgamates miniaturization, efficiency, and reliability, specifically tailored for Flexible Conductive Silicone Circuits. A diversified connection scheme is proposed, incorporating elements such as snaps, Pogo pins, and conductive hook-and-loop fasteners, thereby achieving an innovative and pragmatic design. Through meticulous manufacturing processes, including the utilization of hot-melt adhesive, PET films, conductive fabric, and other multilayer materials, a connection system with low impedance and commendable conductivity was successfully engineered. Impedance test outcomes have indicated that the resistance at each connection point is less than 0.7 ohms, substantiating its superior electrical properties. In terms of assembly, this research demonstrates the precise interconnection of the controller and conductive fabric circuit, ensured by metal pin technology, leading to connection stability. This solution not only furnishes appropriate connection technology for specific application scenarios but also opens new avenues and directions for connection design within the domain of electronic textiles. © 2024 IEEE.

Adaptive predictive analysis model utilizing Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) to enhance quality assurance processes in Smart Campus environments. Traditional predictive models often struggle with the dynamic and complex nature of educational data, leading to inaccurate predictions and inefficient decision-making. SNNs, inspired by biological neurons, are particularly suited for processing temporal data and adapting to evolving patterns. The proposed model integrates spike-timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) and dynamic weight adjustment to continuously learn and refine predictions in response to real-time data, ensuring improved accuracy and robustness. The study uses historical data from the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) over a three-year period, focusing on key performance indicators such as student enrollment trends, faculty productivity, and resource utilization. Experimental results demonstrate that the SNN-based model outperforms traditional neural networks, achieving a 20% reduction in Mean Squared Error (MSE) and a higher R-squared value. These findings indicate that the model not only enhances predictive accuracy but also offers significant improvements in operational efficiency and resource management. By providing timely and precise insights, this model supports proactive decision-making in educational institutions, enabling administrators to optimize resource allocation, monitor academic quality, and anticipate future challenges. This research contributes to the growing field of artificial intelligence in education, offering a scalable, adaptive approach to managing complex data and improving institutional performance in real-time.

Electronic government, or e-Government, is the use of information and communication technology by the public sector (ICT). Additionally, it can be viewed as a paradigm shift in terms of how governments operate. The government protects public values, while citizens act as problem solvers, co-creators, and active participants in value creation. On the other hand, decentralized systems have grown in popularity over the last few years. Data has become a significant issue in decentralized E-Government;each local entity has their own data, which is private. A suitable data governance tool is required to ensure that data governance is properly implemented and to prevent the organizational entity from leaking information. The concept of Digital Twin has been widely used by researchers to represent physical entities in computer-generated reality in the metaverse. In this research, a novel concept of 'Mobile Twin' is coined. Mobile Twin serves as a replica of a mobile device in the virtual environment enabling communication. The purpose of introducing Mobile Twin in the metaverse is to bring mobility and benefits similar to tangible mobile devices while eliminating the need for individual energy sources, storage limitations, resource usage, and efficiency. The true benefits of a mobile twin can be achieved with an architecture where computing nodes are decentralized, data processing is near the network's edge with faster response times and reduced latency. For this purpose, the mobile twin-based applications of metaverse are built over edge computing-based network architecture. This idea introduced the aspect of 'Revolutionary Ultra-low latency (RULL)' in the metaverse. © 2024 IEEE.

Based on data from the Forestry and Plantation Service of Nabire Regency, the forest area in Nabire Regency is 3.26% of the total forest area in Papua, which is 42,224,840 Ha. The existence of forests in Nabire Regency greatly supports the survival of unique animals such as cuscus, birds of paradise, cassowary, peacocks, and parrots, and there are also various types of reptiles, mammals, and insects. By looking at the diversity of animals and ornamental plants in the forests of Nabire Regency, further research is needed to see the development and change of forests as an effort to estimate forest destruction. This research focuses on developing a research model to classify forest areas as vulnerable to collapse. The methods used in this study used OLI Landsat 8 satellite imagery and advanced analysis methods to assess and predict potential forest destruction in Nabire District, Indonesia;using OLI Landsat 8 satellite imagery and multi-band sensors, the developed research model can present a systematic approach that understands forest dynamics. Research has several stages, such as data preparation, data classification, vegetation index analysis, interpolation, and grouping of vegetation index data. Applying vegetation indices such as NDVI, SAVI, MSAVI, VCI, TCI, and VHI yields insights into vegetation health and distribution, enabling comprehensive monitoring of ecosystem change. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's environment, financial knowledge is vital and should be possessed by everyone. Numerous people are financially disadvantaged as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This serves as a reminder of the critical nature of financial investment in the future. However, many Indonesians, particularly students, are still unfamiliar with capital market investing. In reality, investing in the stock market can provide a variety of benefits, including financial security, capital appreciation, and passive income. Financial literacy concerns can result in a lack of financial awareness among pupils. Indeed, financial literacy is widely available online and can be accessed at any time and from any location. We employed a quantitative method with a non-experimental research design for this study. A questionnaire survey is used to obtain data. The goal of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between student interest in capital market investment and their digital financial literacy. As a result, extensive action is required to increase student interest in the capital market, which is precisely what this study wants to do. According to our findings, students who have access to digital financial and investment information have increased their financial literacy and developed a greater interest in investing in the capital market. Individuals are also encouraged by social media trends to try their hand at investing in the stock market. Additionally, students prefer to invest in stocks and mutual funds over other investing options. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
