Integrated GRC is an area of concern for organizations today. Integrated GRC provides benefits for increasing competitiveness and organizational excellence, realizing effectiveness, efficiency, and optimization, as well as supporting the prevention of corruption and fraud. information technology has a very important role in determining the success of implementing an integrated GRC in the organization. However, based on the research conducted, adequate research on the application of information technology in the implementation of integrated GRC is still lacking. In this paper, a study will be conducted on trends and research gaps related to the application of information technology in the current integrated GRC implementation. The conclusion of this study states that there is a great opportunity for wider research on the opportunities and challenges of implementing the latest information technology such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing to support the effectiveness and success of integrated GRC implementation. © 2022 IEEE.

This research is ongoing research into the student learning process which aims to develop artificial intelligence-based technology to calculate essay exam scores automatically, based on the textual proximity of students' answers to the answer key. This research uses an approach based on natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis. Feature extraction was carried out using the BERT model and similarity comparison using the Cosine distance method. Model evaluation was carried out using sensitivity and specificity tests. The model evaluation results show a sensitivity of 98.21%, which means this assessment model is able to detect positive cases well. © 2023 IEEE.

Lilies are popular in the global flower market, but consumers often lack information about specific varieties. To address this issue, this paper proposes a computer recognition platform based on the Vision Transformer (ViT) architecture. The proposed platform uses an improved vision transformer (ViT) architecture to classify different types of lilies, allowing consumers to access information and names of various Lilium species. The experimental results show that the proposed lily classification model achieved a 96.4% accuracy rate in classifying six lily species.

Physician scheduling is a critical task that impacts the quality of patient care, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency in healthcare institutions. The traditional approach to physician scheduling is manual and time-consuming, which can result in errors, staff burnout, and suboptimal schedules. To address these challenges, researchers have turned to optimization techniques like CSP, which has shown promise in solving physician scheduling problems. This paper reviews the existing literature on CSP for physician scheduling and highlights the benefits and limitations of this approach. CSP's benefits include generating schedules quickly and efficiently, incorporating complex constraints and preferences, and handling changes and disruptions in real time. However, CSP also has some limitations, such as the need for a formalized model and the fact that it may not always generate the most intuitive schedules. Overall, the findings suggest that CSP is a promising approach to physician scheduling that can produce high-quality schedules while minimizing staff burnout and improving operational efficiency.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a type of dementia that leads to memory loss and impairment, which affects patients' lives badly. It is not curable yet, but its progression can be slowed down if detected at earlier stages. In this research study, we propose a transfer learning-based convolutional neural network (CNN) model to classify magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) into one of four stages of Alzheimer's disease. One of the major limitations of the deep learning-based classification model is the non-availability of healthcare datasets related to AD. The widely used Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset has a major class imbalance issue. We propose a generative adversarial network (GAN) based data augmentation technique to overcome the data imbalance. This promotes the investigation of applying GANs to generate synthetic samples for minority classes in Alzheimer's disease datasets to enhance classification performance. The results show the progression in the overall classification process of AD. © 2024 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

Microsatellite instability (MSI) is a pivotal genetic marker influencing the efficacy of immunotherapy in colorectal cancer. Traditional MSI examination often requires additional genetic or immunohistochemical tests, whereas histology images, widely available in colorectal cancer diagnosis, offer a valuable alternative for MSI prediction. Although Transformer-based models have demonstrated promising outcomes in predicting MSI from histology images, they are hampered by traditional local attention mechanisms that struggle to capture long-range interdependencies and establish a comprehensive global receptive field. In this study, we introduce DiNAT-MSI, a novel framework for histology-based MSI prediction that incorporates the Dilated Neighborhood Attention Transformer (DiNAT). This model enhances global context recognition and substantially expands receptive fields, all without additional computational burden. Our results demonstrate that DiNAT-MSI achieves a superior patientwise AUROC compared to ResNet18 and Swin Transformer, along with commendable explainability. Our work not only illustrates a more accessible diagnostic tool for leveraging histological data but also underscores the potential of Transformerbased models with sophisticated attention designs in advancing precision medicine for colorectal cancer patients. © 2024 IEEE.

The main efficiency limiting factors for homogeneous emitter solar cells are resistance loss through metal contact on the front side and recombination loss at the surface. Herein, a selective emitter technology is introduced to solve the above problem, and it is currently commercialized in the mainstream p-PERC (Passivated Emitter Rear Contact) solar cell. The selective emitter boosts efficiency by 0.3-0.4% when compared to a homogeneous emitter, and when applied to the n-TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) solar cell, high efficiency of 26% or higher may be predicted. The most widely utilized selective emitter technologies are laser and etch-back. The One-Step technology, which is suited to the n-TOPCon solar cell process, a laser is suitable for mass manufacturing with high yield. Because selective emitters increase electrical characteristics, which impact cell efficiency, it is required to study and create a technology that is optimal for the n-TOPCon manufacturing process. © 2022 Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers. Nowadays, it cannot be denied that social media has been in many parts of people's lives, especially in entertainment, business and education. Public figures including politicians frequently use social platforms to connect with their audience, for example Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and etc. One of the most commonly used is a platform called Twitter or also known as X. It is a platform that people can share their opinions in short messages. Since there is an alphabet limitation, people can deliver and receive message rapidly. It is a perfect platform that we could use to update the real-time situations for example election, emergency alert, natural disasters and etc. According to its characteristic, it can be used as a data source for social media analytics, which involves collecting and analyzing data to perform business decisions. The social media analytics has become commonplace because the number of people using social media tends to increase every second. Specifically, Twitter sentiment analysis offers a quick and inexpensive tool for monitoring and predictions. In this work, Twitter is used as a data source to monitor and predict Thailand Election in 2023 because this election highly attracts attention from Thais and international. Moreover, Twitter is a significant platform that is used to debate about political events in Thailand. The result of this election potentially indicates Thailand's future, including economics, public health, environment, international relations and etc. Our work performs sentiment analysis to categorize the data and mainly focuses on extracting sentiment from text without considering semantic word relations and co-occurrences because it is appropriate and functional for Thai sentence analysis. Study on the identification and classification of fish is challenging and valuable because of its role in advancing the marine and agricultural fields. This research has benefits interms of monitoring fish populations and ecosystems in a particular area. Furthermore, this research helps monitor fish that are considered threatened or endangered so that it makes iteasier to map prohibited areas for fishing. This research aims to know performance of MobileNetV2 and VGG16 with parameter tuning process by identifying the value of batch size, epoch, learning rate, and optimizer for fish image dataset. The proposed research phase consists of five main stages, including experimental setup, dataset construction, dataset preprocessing, dataset training and modelling and evaluation. As the result, VGG16 obtained the highest accuracy value. For VGG16 without fine-tuning, the testing accuracy is 98.07%. For VGG16 with fine-tuning, the testing accuracy is 96.56%. © 2022 IEEE.
