Reinforcement Learning (RL) is an extraordinarily paradigm that aims to solve a complex problem. This technique leverages the traditional feedforward networks with temporal-difference learning to overcome supervised and unsupervised real-world problems. However, RL is one of state-of-the-art topic due to the opaque aspects in design and implementation. Also, in which situation we will get performance gain from RL is still unclear. Therefore, This study firstly examines the impact of Experience Replay in Deep Q-Learning agent with Self-Driving Car application. Secondly, The impact of Eligibility Trace in RNN A3C agents with Breakout AI game application is studied. Our results indicated that these two techniques enhance RL performance by more than 20 percent as compared with traditional RL methods. © 2019 IEEE.

In this study, an analysis of the Web security system from a Denial-of-Service Attack (DoS) with SYN Attack, Ping of Death, Land Attack, Smurf Attack and UDP Flood types. The server computer that will be tested for DoS attacks is a local web server including *** IP: 54.169.71.56, *** IP: 104.152.168.14, *** IP: 156.67.210.132, *** IP: 202.162. 207,101 and *** with IP Address 213.136.83.52 port 80. The attack on the local web server computer was carried out through attacking cloned computers as many as 5 zombie computers and then observing data traffic on each Web server computer. The test results use ping to the local web server computer, where the target web server sends a replay request time out and the check results in the Google Chrome browser are slow to inaccessible conditions. Ping access time the greater the packet, the greater the average time when accessing a local web server with 5,000 packets is 242.68 seconds, 10,000 packets is 310.28 seconds, 20,000 packets are 337.4 seconds, 30,000 packets are 377.2 seconds, 40,000 packets are 398.4 seconds, 50,000 packets are 545.4 seconds and 100,000 packets are above 600 seconds with the condition that the web server will recover after 600 seconds where the system recovery process depends on each local web server.

Being increasingly dense and mature in layout, Internet has become an infrastructure for a state. The traditional single server can no longer bear the network traffic in rapid growth. For example, once the booking service for concert tickets is made available to the public, we are always prompted when clicking into the booking system that the server is busy. And when the system is finally restored normal, the tickets have been sold out. The load issue puzzling the ticket system also occurs in the transportation section every time when a long holiday is coming. Even though the system is updated on a yearly basis, net- work congestion still happens frequently. Therefore, there is still great space for the development of the ways and mechanisms of load balance in traditional multi-servers. Evaluation of the mech- anism and efficacy of load balance through P4Switch is proposed in this paper in the hope to achieve more efficient server load balance. © 2019 IEEE.

Special needs children have a tendency to play more games than children with development in general. Game play activities are often carried out by children with special needs can be a support learning and therapy due to his players the game has interaction without having to meet with his co-star in person. Starting from these data, this study aims to create a model of the System Dynamics approach. Data collected will be simulated by variables other support. The simulation results of the model will be seen autistic children therapy behavior. The results are then analyzed to create an alternative to the existing model. The benefit of this research is to know the description of game play to treatment of children with special needs. The results of simulation showed that playing games in an average time children with autism play therapy can help improve the quality of children with autism if children with autism play the game in a long time actually showed a decrease. © 2019 IEEE.

Humans rely increasingly on sensors to address grand challenges and to improve quality of life in the era of digitalization and big data. For ubiquitous sensing, flexible sensors are developed to overcome the limitations of conventional rigid counterparts. Despite rapid advancement in bench-side research over the last decade, the market adoption of flexible sensors remains limited. To ease and to expedite their deployment, here, we identify bottlenecks hindering the maturation of flexible sensors and propose promising solutions. We first analyze continued...challenges in achieving satisfactory sensing performance for real-world applications and then summarize issues in compatible sensor-biology interfaces, followed by brief discussions on powering and connecting sensor networks. Issues en route to commercialization and for sustainable growth of the sector are also analyzed, highlighting environmental concerns and emphasizing nontechnical issues such as business, regulatory, and ethical considerations. Additionally, we look at future intelligent flexible sensors. In proposing a comprehensive roadmap, we hope to steer research efforts towards common goals and to guide coordinated development strategies from disparate communities. Through such collaborative

The Machine Translation (MT) is an automatic human language translation from one language to another language by computer namely “Interlingual MT”. The most importance key of translation process is to understand the structure of the language. The research objectives are study the appropriate language structure, present the translation pattern, and develop a dictionary for Thai and White Hmong translations. The scope of the research is limited to the language structure which defines the word not exceed than 4 syllables. Linguistic structure analysis used the translation pattern and Human Aided Machine Translation (HAMT) process. The experimental results indicate that the translation process can be used in two ways are translation from primary language to target language and direct translation. Our dictionary has been developed with classification 6,677 words,3,229 sentences were employed for system testing. The proposed prototype translation system is achieved a superior efficiency outcome of translation than Google and Microsoft by F-Measure are 0.496, 0.316, and 0.244 respectively. For future work, the researcher intend to present of the appropriate machine translation algorithm and committed to developing a translation application between Thai and Hmong languages.

The field of computational pathology has been transformed with recent advances in foundation models that encode histopathology region-of-interests (ROIs) into versatile and transferable feature representations via self-supervised learning (SSL). However, translating these advancements to address complex clinical challenges at the patient and slide level remains constrained by limited clinical data in disease-specific cohorts, especially for rare clinical conditions. We propose TITAN, a multimodal whole slide foundation model pretrained using 335,645 WSIs via visual self-supervised learning and vision-language alignment with corresponding pathology reports and 423,122 synthetic captions generated from a multimodal generative AI copilot for pathology. Without any finetuning or requiring clinical labels, TITAN can extract general-purpose slide representations and generate pathology reports that generalize to resource-limited clinical scenarios such as rare disease retrieval and cancer prognosis. We evaluate TITAN on diverse clinical tasks and find that TITAN outperforms both ROI and slide foundation models across machine learning settings such as linear probing, few-shot and zero-shot classification, rare cancer retrieval and cross-modal retrieval, and pathology report generation. One main cause of inaccurate forecasts is that data may contain noises and outliers. In the case of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA), the inaccuracy of analyzing and forecasting the number of water users is due to outliers contained in data sources. Some branches of PWA collected errors such as the very high or very low number of water users. This has a direct impact on the quality and reliability of the predictive accuracy output. The removal of the 'outliers' is thus critical for accurate interpretation of the data. The purpose of this paper is to detect outliers in water consumption time series data. We examined two techniques: (1) a method based on autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) time series modeling and (2) median absolute deviation (MAD). A clustering technique (K-Mean) is used as a pre-processing step in order to identify appropriate parameters for the two outliers detection techniques. The results showed that, with the precise parameter values obtained from K-Mean, both ARIMA and MAD performed very well on water consumption time series data. The two techniques are able to generate high sensitivity and specificity outputs. © 2019 IEEE.

Closed ASL Interpreting for Online Videos

Deaf individuals face great challenges in today’s society. It can be very difficult to be able to understand different forms of media without a sense of hearing. Many videos and movies found online today are not captioned, and even fewer have a supporting video with an interpreter. Also, even with a supporting interpreter video provided, information is still lost due to the inability to look at both the video and the interpreter simultaneously. To alleviate this issue, we came up with a tool called closed interpreting. Similar to closed captioning, it will be displayed with an online video and can be toggled on and off. However, the closed interpreter is also user-adjustable. Settings, such as interpreter size, transparency, and location, can be adjusted. Our goal with this study is to find out what deaf and hard of hearing viewers like about videos that come with interpreters, and whether the adjustability is beneficial. The role of information technology in sports organizations is important to analyze all aspects including how to win in the competition based on various internal and external factors. The approach that used to enhance the sports organizations is sports science, which is a concept that contributes to the development of athletes by collaborating in many fields and studies, such as anatomy, physiology, psychology, engineering, chemistry, etc. The approach of Sport science articulates the technology that blended on all of the approached. Currently, the use of sports technology or science in Indonesia is also very low in all sports categories. Usually, the management and coaches look at player statistics based on manual data or reports to view player statistics periodically. There is still a lack of exploration to use player statistics to be used by coaches to improve the ability of the players and the organization. This research will propose how to develop sports science with a business intelligence approach that used the Kimball data mart approach as decision support in the field of sports so that management and coaches can apply the correct approach to improve the capacity of players and organizational development. The result of this study will provide the model of sports science that can be implemented for a professional sports organization in Indonesia.
