Global warming due to excessive emission greenhouse gases is a significant issue faced by humanity, and collectively, cars and trucks contribute about 20% to the entire global-warming gases. For a reason, recently, many attempts have been endured to reduce the emission and to increase fuel efficiency, including vehicle platooning, better driving strategy, and increasing engine efficiency. This study intends to provide a more detail assessment regarding the effects of the driving strategy to fuel consumption. For the purpose, the vehicle dynamics are quantified by employing the car-following model based on the optimal velocity model. The fuel consumption is estimated from the regression model of Ahn 18 . The result suggests that the braking distance strongly affects fuel consumption.

Data from the Plantation Office of East Kalimantan Province, the area of rubber plantations has decreased every year. One of the factors that make productivity of rubber plants low is the presence of pests and diseases. The time limit of an expert is an obstacle in identifying rubber plantations. To overcome this problem, we need an expert system that can identify rubber plant diseases such as an expert. This system was developed to be able to provide solutions in diagnosing rubber plant diseases such as White Root Fungus (Rigidoporus micropus), Upas Mushroom Disease (Corticium salmonicolor), Antraknosa Disease (Colletorichum gloeosporoides), Skin Necrosis (Fusarium sp.), And Cancer Lines (Phytoptora palmivore). This study uses the TOPSIS method. There are four variables used as assessment criteria in this study, namely: the level of damage to the root, the level of damage to the stem, the level of damage to the leaves and the level of damage to the tapping path or the intensity of tapping, with preference values from 0 to 100; none, Very Light Intensity (1), Mild Intensity (3), Medium Intensity (5), Weight Intensity (7) and Very Heavy Intensity (9). Each weight value C1= 0.3; C2= 0.22; C3= 0.28; C4= 0.2. The results of this study compare manual calculations and calculations on the system obtained 99.99% accuracy. This system is expected to help facilitate rubber farmers in identifying diseases and can help experts.

IntroductionEffective communication skills are integral to providing adequate patient care and are fundamental to its effectiveness. This is particularly important for radiotherapy students while interacting with patients. Students tend to feel disempowered and inadequate to communicate effectively due to repeated miscommunication between students and patients. For students seeking to develop their abilities, confidence, knowledge, and critical thinking, blended learning-based communication skills training may have been an alternative approach. In this study, a chatbot-based prototype model (SCIMORT module) was designed to effectively improve the communication skills of undergraduates in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. MethodsSCIMORT was developed in compliance with the Clinical Practice for Radiotherapy course's academic syllabus and learning objectives. SCIMORT was constructed using Blender with final exportation to Bot Libre. The research study is divided into two phases. The first phase focuses on developing the SCIMORT module, while the second phase includes properly evaluating the prototype created in the first phase via a survey questionnaire. ResultsThe virtual patient created in the first phase was displayed a visual cue (e.g. blinking, eye movement) and auditory cues (e.g. verbal response, intonation of voice). In the second phase, the expert validation of the questionnaire resulted in a high Content Validity Ratio of more than 0.83 percent and a Cronbach Alpha Coefficient of more than 70%. Both the control group's (users' acceptance = 3.919 ± 1.245; users' engagement = 3.526 ± 1.270) and Trial group's (users' acceptance = 3953 ± 1.114; users' engagement = 3.568 ± 1.142) users' acceptance and engagement with SCIMORT were neutral. ConclusionThe SCIMORT has proven to be an effective and acceptable tool for pre-clinical learning, but with limited levels of engagement. The SCIMORT module should be continually improved by

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

Sample data used for optimization is fertilizer import data according to the main country of origin and uses 4 architectures, the best results are obtained between architectures 6-8-1, 6-12-1, 6-16-1, and 6-32-1 is architecture 6-32-1 with 100% accuracy.

Education is one of the main indicators in national development efforts. The government in its efforts to realize national goals to educate the nation's life has made a policy for compulsory 9-year schools, namely elementary and junior high schools. To find out how many residents use the education facilities provided by the government can be seen through school enrollment rates (SPR). A high School Participation Rate (SPR) means showing greater opportunities to access education in general. This study aims to optimize artificial neural networks with the One Step Secant (OSS) algorithm. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is part of the artificial intelligence system (Artificial Intelligence, AI) which is one of the artificial representations of the human brain that always tries to simulate the learning process in the human brain. The sample data used for optimization is SPR Indonesia data by province. Using 4 architectural models with 5 input variables, 1 shadow layer and 1 output. The best results obtained between architectures 5-4-1, 5-8-1, 5-16-1 and 5-32-1 are architectures 5-16-1. Obtained prediction accuracy comparisons using the One Step Secant (OSS) algorithm and standard algorithms namely 96.97% and 100%. The standard algorithm is superior in accuracy, the One Step Secant (OSS) algorithm is superior in terms of iterations.

It is crucial for the community including the government and health workers to collaborate to halt the spread of Covid-19. The idea of developing the mobile application surfaced from the previous findings. Previous researches have implemented and developed different features to better the application. The development of a mobile application to provide a platform that will assist people with information regarding patients that are around the perimeter of users to help notify them. With the help of the notification, users will be able to avoid the chances of them being in contact with the people (ODP), patients that are under surveillance (PDP) confirmed patients. All patients including ODP and PDP are required to have the application therefore, the Minister of Health will be able to track the geolocation of patients. Moreover, people will be able to be aware of patients that are around their perimeter. Therefore, with the help of the application, it will be able to help assist the community for them to be aware of and to be able to avoid being in contact with the infected patients.
