This paper applies ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm for the dual-pin flying probe circuit board inspection optimal path searching problem. First, the proposed approach creates a representation for circuit inspection path, which groups and encodes the measurement endpoints into a sequence. Moreover, the ant colony algorithm with the sequence can be used to solve the complex circuit optimal problem. The experimental results show that the best solutions of ACO are performed better than other algorithms. © 2023 IEEE.

The ScaNana project delves into the innovative use of image recognition technology to realize the full potential of scanned banana varieties, with a special focus on Lakatan, Latundan, and Saba. By combining cutting-edge machine learning techniques and practical applications, the project seeks to address pressing challenges in the banana industry. Its primary objective is to develop a user-friendly tool capable of accurately identifying different banana types while recommending a wide array of products that can be made from them. This approach aims to minimize food waste, foster creativity in recipes, and expand bananas' culinary and commercial possibilities. The system employs Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image classification, leveraging the capabilities of TensorFlow and Teachable Machine for model training. TensorFlow Lite (TFLite) is integrated to enable efficient processing on mobile devices, ensuring that users can access the platform conveniently without needing high-end hardware. Meanwhile, OpenCV enhances image recognition accuracy, making the system reliable and precise. ScaNana aspires to provide an accessible and intuitive platform that allows users to scan bananas, identify their varieties, and explore their potential uses. The project evaluates its functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency to ensure high performance and user satisfaction. By bridging the gap between technology and sustainability, ScaNana promotes innovation, productivity, and the sustainable use of bananas in culinary arts, product development, and other commercial applications. This initiative champions a greener, more resource-efficient future for the banana industry. © 2025 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to human-like intelligence exhibited by computers, robots, or other machines. In popular use, artificial intelligence refers to the ability of a computer or machine to mimic the ability of the human mind to learn from examples and experiences, recognize objects, understand and respond to language, make decisions, solve problems, and combine these and other abilities to perform functions that humans might perform. Artificial intelligence requires experience and data to smarten up the technology. The most important things in making artificial intelligence are learning, reasoning, and self-correction. At the learning stage, AI gives machines the ability to learn tasks without requiring a defined programming language. Then, the reasoning stage is the stage where the reason AI is applied in a technology. The self-correction stage is the stage where the AI is refining itself from and learning from experience in order to minimize errors or problems that exist. Then, this matter is concerned with the parking lot to be discussed. Parking can be interpreted as public facilities available in agencies or offices that serve to store vehicles. Vehicles entering the parking area become tens or even thousands, because it requires a parking system and management area. Such arrangements are capable of parking procedures and even other support systems such as adequate parking facilities and infrastructure, and another function is to create and develop parking systems in general to provide safety and comfort. The methodology obtained from this problem is checking the research model to check and find out the comparison of vehicle user’s Parking System Security between cars or motorcycles, as well as the usual parking lots visited. Then, we created a questionnaire. This study used questionnaires with the aim to get respondents’ results about the Parking Security System. This research discusses the improvement of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model accuracy in translating Batak to Indonesian by utilizing FastText and GloVe embeddings. Traditional LSTM models often struggle with the complexity and richness of underrepresented languages like Batak. By integrating FastText and GloVe, which provide word vectors with deeper semantic meanings, the translation quality can be significantly enhanced. Experimental results show that this approach offers a substantial performance improvement compared to conventional LSTM models, producing more accurate and contextual translations. These findings have the potential to be applied in broader multilingual translation systems and support the preservation and digital accessibility of minority languages. © 2024 IEEE.

This research presents a classification between spam and non-spam messages by removing duplicate sentences or words. meaningless word and various marks The data is then classified by machine learning techniques and compared by differences between the data sets. In this study, it is aimed to estimate the probability of a customer who comes to the institution for the first time to make a transaction in the next 3 months, using data-driven machine learning models, in order to provide financing to the seller company by assigning the receivables arising from the sale of goods and services in a company actively operating in the factoring sector. Accordingly, it was aimed to directly contribute to the transaction volume on a business basis by acting and taking action with more effective, efficient and correct approaches by finding high-potential and low-potential customers. In this context, provided by KKB (Credit Registration Bureau);The data set to he used in machine learning models was created with feature engineering and exploratory data analysis, using the Risk, Mersis, GIB information of the prospective customers and the historical information of the customers, check issuers, customer representatives and branches kept in the database. Since the leads coming to the institution are in two different types of organizations (Individual and Legal), two different forecasting models were applied. Multiple classification models were tried, and the highest F1-Score of 86% for private companies was obtained with the Random Forest model, and the highest F1- Score for commercial companies was obtained with the Random Forest model with 82%. © 2022 IEEE.

In this research, the system that detects administrative behavior, credit card and developing corruption from credit cards through LINE applications. In this paper, the authors investigate the current state of the lighting design and control sector in Thailand's creative industry. The government aims to promote the creative industry as a key source of income, but there needs more skilled professionals in the industry. The authors have found that successful cases have used the Internet for remote controlling in the creative industry in other countries. Therefore, the paper will explore the potential of using technology to improve professional efficiency and assess the feasibility of implementing remote lighting control systems via the Internet with Thai lighting designers and lighting console operators. Data will be collected through qualitative in-depth interviews and quantitative surveys. The results have shown a promising acceptance rate of wireless devices for lighting control due to their mobility, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and positive attitudes toward adopting Internet technology. The authors have also proposed a concept design for an internet-based control system tailored to Thai users, focusing on simplicity, ease of connection, and user-friendliness to accommodate those with limited network configuration knowledge. The proposed system aims to reduce professionals, save time, and increase convenience, leveraging Thailand's extensive wireless internet coverage. These systems could significantly benefit Thailand's creative industry by addressing the shortage of skilled professionals and improving efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.
