In today’s complex global environments, it is highly challenging to achieve effective healthcare management. The critical challenges faced by healthcare management are being met by the revolution of m-health where mobile cloud computing plays a major role. The taxonomy of mobile computing comprises operational aspects, end-user issues, and service quality and mobility management. The use of smartphone technologies and applications has become a highly significant approach to improving healthcare management. Mobile health services such as mobile pathology, mobile neurosurgery, cancer treatment, and behavioral/psychological disorders are gaining significance where smartphone applications are being used. Portability, flexibility, and convenience are major characteristics of mobile computing that have helped patients and doctors to develop better relationships through coordination and communication. The sugar industry is facing challenges in increasing productivity to meet consumer demand. One opportunity for productivity improvement lies in ensuring sugar content. This study proposes a hybrid model to predict sugar content by considering uncertainty factors. A hybrid model combining fuzzy subtractive clustering, and a fuzzy inference system is proposed to predict sugar content. The clustering results using silhouette and fuzzy subtractive clustering successfully identified 6 cluster centres from 2225 datasets collected in a sugar industry in East Java Province. The hybrid inference engine model is designed with fuzzy rules derived from the clustered data. Two inference models are developed: triangular and Gaussian fuzzy numbers. The testing results indicate that the hybrid model with triangular fuzzy numbers shows the smallest error with an R2 value of 0.95. This model is possible to applied in the sugar industry for decision makers in improving productivity with taking attention into uncertain factors influencing sugar content.

Germanium selenide (GeSe) is a highly promising material with several attractive characteristics, particularly in the field of ferroelectric and phase-change memories due to its outstanding electronic behavior. However, the potential of GeSe as a charge-trapping layer in flash memory has received less attention. Herein, the fabrication of a nonvolatile MOS memory device using GeSe nanosheets as a charge-trapping layer was demonstrated and the materials flakes were examined extensively. The electrical performance of the memory device was investigated. Intriguingly, it exhibited an extraordinarily wide memory window of 9 V under ±10 V electrical biasing. Additionally, the devices presented high endurance of $10^{4}$ programming and erasing cycles, and reliable charge storage of only 56% loss after 10 years.
