A green-oriented project management system will be different from projects in general. Differences occur in the planning process to the construction process. To support sustainable and environmentally friendly development, it is very necessary to implement green buildings. For this reason, the Indonesian government, through the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Ministry, has standards regarding green buildings in the form of indicators of green construction variables as requirements for green building certification. Green construction practices also influence performance achievements, such as cost, schedule, quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety (OHS) performance, hereinafter referred to as project performance variables. The aim of the research is to identify green construction indicators that will be applied and project performance indicators that will be used to assess project performance in green construction based project management. There are 17 indicators from the results of previous research synthesis. Meanwhile, the project performance variables obtained were nine cost performance items, five schedule performance items, six quality performance items, and eight OHS performance items. Analysis using the Delphi method, the first round was carried out to identify indicators for each variable that were ranked in the high category. The second round was to obtain consensus from all respondents. The Delphi survey was conducted using Google Form on 20 respondents representing all stakeholders in the construction services industry and project owners with a five-point Likert scale. The analysis resulted in 17 indicators identified in the initial survey being highly rated for application to green projects. The increasing use of Information Technology (IT) in all areas of life, followed by increasing cybersecurity threats on the user side, makes cybersecurity awareness among users an obligation that must be met. Several solutions currently available (guides, discussion forums, workshops) have not been able to provide good results and are lacking in terms of user engagement, adaptability, and optimizing available resources, so technology-based learning is needed, especially AI. This paper introduces the design and prototype of an AI-based learning system, especially with the Naive Retrieval-Augmented Generation (Naive RAG) method with three steps, including Retrieval, Augmented, and Generation. The system combines contextual user questions and answers with internal and domain knowledge systems to explain cybersecurity awareness to users dynamically and personally. The prototype that has been developed is then tested using the Black Box Testing method to evaluate functionality and usability. The test results show that the functionality of the system built has run well with a percentage of success of 100%, so it can be used as a technologybased learning medium for education and learning of user security awareness. © 2025 IEEE.

Fine Tuning Attribute Weighted Naïve Bayes (FTAWNB) is a reliable modified Naïve Bayes model. Even though it is able to provide high accuracy on ordinal data, this model is sensitive to outliers. To improve the performance of FTAWNB, this research modified the Partial Instances Reduction (PIR) technique to make the FTAWNB more adaptive to outliers. Nevertheless, in contrast to the original PIR technique, which substitutes missing values for data values deemed outliers, the PIR technique suggested in this study replaces data values deemed outliers using a Naïve Bayes weighting approach. The attribute values from the outlier data are replaced with the highest probability values for the attributes in the actual class. This PIR technique is referred to as modified PIR. The FTAWNB model with modified PIR has been evaluated using the Gaming Disorder dataset. Replacing the four attributes with the least amount of information resulted in accuracy gains of 99.74%, an increase of 1.53% over the FTAWNB model. The experimental result shows that adding the modified PIR technique to the FTAWNB model can handle the outlier in the data, proving it by increasing the performance in terms of accuracy, precision, and recall without pruning the dataset used. © 2025, Ital Publication. Plastic-based goods are commonly used in daily life, but their waste poses significant environmental challenges due to its durability. This study investigates the use of recycled plastic as an artificial coarse aggregate in asphalt mixtures, specifically assessing the effects of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) on Hot Rolled Sheet Wearing Course (HRS-WC) mixtures. The objectives are to evaluate the physical properties of the artificial coarse aggregates, identify the optimal asphalt content and Marshall characteristics, and determine the maximum feasible substitution level for these aggregates. A test specimen (briquette) was produced for the Marshall test to assess the mixture properties. Our findings indicate that the maximum allowable substitution of HDPE plastic in HRS-WC mixtures is 42%. With an optimal asphalt content of 7.30%, HDPE substitution levels of 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, and 50% yielded the highest stability at 45% (1176.696 kg), the highest VMA at 30% (21.250%), and the highest VIM within specifications at 30% (4.998%). The highest VFB value was observed at 45% (88.767%), while the highest Marshall Quotient was at 30% (364.527 kg/mm). The study recommends a maximum HDPE plastic waste substitution level of 40%, highlighting the potential for using HDPE plastic waste in asphalt mixtures to promote more sustainable construction practices. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing. In the face of growing demand for high-quality software solutions at reduced costs and development times, the use of open-source software (OSS) has become increasingly prevalent. This study evaluates the speed of OSS support activities—an essential quality factor for OSS users—and proposes a method for early-stage evaluation based on issue resolution time. We analyzed 100 popular OSS projects hosted on GitHub, collecting data on issue creation and completion dates. The results indicate a correlation coefficient of 0.587 between 30 and 180 days of observation, aligning with previous findings on OSS support continuity. Notably, a satisfactory correlation of 0.525 was achieved at just 21 days, suggesting that organizations can assess OSS support speed earlier and potentially accelerate their decision-making process. Our findings provide a practical criterion for evaluating the speed of OSS support activities, which may help organizations adopt OSS with greater confidence and enhance productivity in software-related projects. Future research will expand these criteria by exploring additional factors affecting issue resolution time, such as project scale and corporate support.

Conversion of Agricultural Waste into High-Rank Solid Fuel Through Sequential Wet and Dry Torrefaction Processes

The low calorific value and high risk of ash deposition hinder the use of agricultural biomass waste as furnace fuel. However, torrefaction can upgrade agricultural waste into high-rank solid fuel, making it a viable biomass source. This study develops a multi-process conversion method using sequential wet and dry torrefaction to obtain high-rank solid fuel with high calorific value, low slagging and fouling potential, and efficient process energy. The paper focuses on multi-process conversion, revealing its superior product characteristics compared to single-process torrefaction. The wet torrefaction process (180 °C) was followed by dry torrefaction at various temperatures ranging from 200 to 330 °C (200 °C, 250 °C, 300 °C, 330 °C). Rice straw multi-process conversion results show increasing a calorific value from 13.76 to 16.58 MJ/kg (330 °C), reduction in slagging and fouling potential from 0.21 (low potency) and 0.92 (medium potency) to 0.013 and 0.48 (both low potency). For palm oil empty fruit bunches, the calorific value increased from 17.21 to 26.89 MJ/kg (330 °C), with a reduction in slagging and fouling potential from 0.435 (low potency) and 74.84 (high potency) to 0.251 and 28.85 (low-medium potency), indicating low-medium potency. The Energy Return on Energy Invested (EROEI) for the multi-process conversion exceeds 1, utilizing residual energy from other systems. The multi-process conversion has reduced slagging and fouling potential, significantly increased calorific value, and provided a good energy return on energy investment. Stemming, an essential procedure in natural language processing (NLP), diminishes words to their base forms, facilitating tasks such as information retrieval and sentiment analysis. Although stemming techniques for highresource languages are well-developed, numerous low-resource languages, including dialect of Tulang Bawang, suffer from inadequate solutions owing to a scarcity of linguistic data and resources. Existing systems, including rule-based stemmers, have demonstrated efficacy in processing low-resource languages such as Indonesian and Javanese by utilizing established morphological rules. Nonetheless, these methods encounter considerable obstacles, such as restricted adaptability, inability to accommodate unusual root structures, and excessive dependence on fixed rules that might result in over- or understemming. Rule-based methodologies frequently misidentify roots when faced with intricate affixes or unconventional word forms. We introduce an improved rule-based Tulang Bawang Stemmer aimed at overcoming these constraints by enhancing current linguistic rules and integrating new patterns specific to the language's morphology. Assessed on 500 test samples and 200 independent test samples, our improved stemmer attained gold standard evaluation metrics of 96.2% and 94%, respectively, surpassing prior implementations in both precision and generalization. The findings demonstrate the potential of enhanced rule-based techniques to improving NLP for lowresource languages. Improved stemming performance enables better downstream applications, promotes more efficient text analysis, and advances research in underrepresented languages. © 2025 IEEE.

The Depth-Integrated Particle Method (DIPM) is a numerical approach for simulating sediment disasters, such as debris flows, mudflows, and landslides. This study applies DIPM to the 2021 Atami debris flow triggered by heavy rainfall and slope collapse in the Izusan district of Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. DIPM models the moving mass as soil columns traveling along surface topography, with bottom shear stress calculated using a modified Manning's formula and particle interactions governed by hydraulic gradients. Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) were generated using ArcGIS from pre-disaster 0.5m spaced grid data and processed into 5m and 1m resolution meshes. Manning's coefficient ([[EQUATION]] = 0.1) and the critical deposition angle ([[EQUATION]] = 8.5°) were identified as optimal parameters through sensitivity analyses, closely matching observed flow velocities, and an average sediment deposition height of 1.65 m. The simulations using the 1m DEM resolution detected sediment deposition at the original check dam while validating the design capacity of 10,800 m3 for the newly constructed Izusan check dam. These findings underscore the versatility of DIPM for debris flow modeling and its potential for risk evaluation and disaster mitigation. © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

This study explores the use of the YOLOv5 algorithm to detect loose fruits palm oil in plantations, improve collection efficiency, and reduce reliance on manual labor. Loose fruits have high economic value due to their oil content, but they are often not collected, resulting in financial losses and the growth of weeds around oil palm trees. Conventional manual methods are often ineffective; thus, automatic detection is required. The dataset comprises 525 images of loose fruits, covering complex conditions on plantations, and secondary data from Roboflow, including nontarget objects, such as rocks and dry leaves, to train the model to accurately distinguish loose fruits. During training, several parameters were optimized: batch size, learning rate, optimizer type, weight decay, and momentum, which showed that small batch sizes provided higher mAP50 values, whereas large batches increased mAP50:95, indicating the ability to detect objects at higher levels of complexity. Testing in a scenario with loose fruits clearly visible and partially covered with leaves or grass showed that YOLOv5 could detect loose fruits well despite some constraints in the obstructed environment. The results of this study show that, with appropriate parameter settings, YOLOv5 can be a reliable basis for automated loose fruit collection systems, potentially improving operational efficiency in oil palm plantations and contributing to the development of automation in the agricultural sector.

Prospective informatics teachers in vocational schools (VS) must master content knowledge, pedagogical skills, and technology integration to achieve learning goals. Therefore, informatics teachers in VS need to innovate to increase students' creativity. However, many prospective informatics teachers experience difficulties in this regard. This research aims to develop and implement the Web-Based Microteaching (WBM) model to improve the teaching skills of prospective informatics teachers at VS. This study uses research and development methods with the ADDIE model approach. The research results show that the WBM model effectively improves prospective informatics teachers' teaching skills, especially in planning lessons and practising basic teaching skills. This innovation is a relevant learning solution in the digital era and positively contributes to the professional development of informatics teachers. The WBM model is an innovation to provide a more intensive and structured practical experience by utilizing web technology as the main media. Through web-based learning, prospective teachers can access material, exercises and feedback independently, which is expected to accelerate pedagogical mastery. © 2025 The Authors
