This research discusses seismic detailing for column-beam connections based on the special moment-hoe frame system (SPRMK) stipulated in the concrete regulations of SNI 2847:2019. Exterior-type column-beam connections with beam sizes of 200 mm × 300 mm and column sizes of 300 mm × 300 mm. The beam span is 1450 mm and the column height is 2850 mm. The reinforcement used in the beam diameter D13 as much as 6 pieces with a barge diameter of 8 mm. In the column, the main reinforcement diameter is D16 as much as 8 pieces with a barge reinforcement diameter of 8 mm with a distance of 75 mm. The detailing provisions are based on SNI 2847:2019 specifically in article 18.6, article 18.7, and article 18.8. Based on this provision obtained for detailing the connection of the column including blocks, columns, and joints meet the requirements specified in SNI 2847:2019.

Piezoelectricity comes as a principle of transformation of mechanical energy into electrical energy, it is limited in terms of investment, time and research, due to this fact, the need arises to be able to innovate with data collection on the most used models to collect and generate electrical energy. In this research, the literature regarding the generation and collection of electrical energy using piezoelectric materials was analyzed, from this analysis, fifty innovative articles were determined in the last three years, which were reflected in a data matrix, in which It presents the generation and collection element, the applications, and shows the performance in terms of power or voltage that the prototypes supply. With the results of the table, a condensed panorama of current data is obtained, about the most used and outstanding of this form of little-used energy, but which is a competent and efficient alternative for the generation of electricity.

Continuous exposure to an area with a sound above the threshold level is one of the triggers for noise pollution in public spaces. Public spaces are spaces where people of all ages gather for leisure activities, recreation, etc. The purpose of this study was to find the average dBA value of noise, community perceptions regarding the comfort of sound in coastal public spaces, and the relationship between the dBA value and the existing sound comfort standards. The focus of this research is to contribute to a public space that is free from noise pollution. The study was conducted on the coast of Manado, precisely in the Boboca monument area, using mixed methods through the formula LAeq 10 minutes and Leq daylight to get the standard value of noise. The results found noise numbers in the range 77.4 – 80.2 dBA, this value has exceeded the required standard of 50 dBA, and the results of the perception are also supportive, which is dominant in public perception. It means that coastal public spaces in the Boboca monument area have been exposed to noise pollution.

Macular pigments (MP), which consist of lutein and zeaxanthin, have antioxidant capabilities and are widely used in eye healthcare. However, few studies have focused on the protective mechanisms of MP against diabetes mellitus. In addition, the advantages of MP produced by microalgae include non-competition with grains for land, year-round harvesting, and rapid growth. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the MP produced and extracted from the microalga Chlorella sp. AT1 and assess its impact on mitigating retinopathy and atherosclerotic damage in diabetic apolipoprotein E -deficient mice (ApoE −/− ) subjected to high-fat diet and streptozotocin treatment. The results showed that the major components of MP were lutein and zeaxanthin in a 5:1 ratio. MP supplementation significantly reduced glucose tolerance and insulin resistance by 25 and 41 %, respectively, in comparison to the diabetic group. MP supplementation resulted in the moderation of various inflammatory cytokines and lowered the serum levels of disease markers in comparison to the control group. In addition, the expression levels of cellular antioxidant enzymes were significantly elevated, aligning with a reduction in lipid peroxidation after MP supplementation, in comparison to the diabetic group. Pathological changes in the outer nuclear layer and aortic plaques in diabetic ApoE −/− mice were significantly alleviated by MP supplementation. In summary, microalgal MP alleviated the symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the diabetic ApoE −/− mice. Consequently, MP holds the potential to serve as a beneficial ingredient in healthy food, contributing to biological efficacy by scavenging free radicals and stabilizing blood glucose levels.

Sensors and measurement systems have a key position in the production process in industrial 4.0. To optimize the quality of the production of workpieces that have complex surfaces, such as molds, dies, turbine blades, and others, it is necessary to develop machine tool metrology and machining strategies. So far, dynamic contouring especially trajectory has not been considered important, because they are still considered related to the feed motion. In this paper, an investigation of the trajectory errors of the servo feed drive system of the machine tool is carried out using an artifact and an optical scanning measurement system using a laser displacement sensor. The artifact is mounted on a machine tools table to realize the trajectory errors investigation of the feed motion. The laser displacement sensor can scan the surface of an artifact with sub-micron motion accuracy. To evaluate the measurement accuracy of servo feed motion, experiments to investigate trajectory errors were conducted, and the measurement system of the precision artifact is carried out by using the laser displacement sensor.

A g-circulant matrix is an n-dimensional matrix Cn,g that can be expressed as Cn,g=[c(gr−s)modn]r,s=0n−1 . This study will investigate the use of g-circulant matrices as weight matrices on transformer neural networks for machine translation. On transformer model tested, the g-circulant weight matrix undergoes multiplication with any vector and involves the DCT-DST algorithm. This algorithm is proposed as a substitute for the commonly used FFT algorithm. For this reason, an orthogonal matrix Un,g was defined by multiplying the Un matrix and appropriate permutation matrix, where Un matrix is a matrix that is spanned by the combination of the real and imaginary parts of eigenvectors of the real 1-circulant matrix. Then we form a Schur decomposition of the g-circulant matrix, composes the Qn,g matrix, and using the DCT-DST to formulate the multiplication of Qn,gUn,g. We discovered that 2-circulant matrices are outperform compared to the other g-circulant matrices and the original model of transformer in terms of accuracy and loss training.

Rapid eye movement - non rapid eye movement (REM-NREM) sleep and daytime sleepiness vary with ultradian rhythm (U rhythm) of approximately 1-2 hour period. U rhythm component was also found in suprachiasmatic nucleus which is a master clock of circadian rhythm (C rhythm). However, the interaction between U and C rhythms is not fully understood. To find a measure to reveal the interaction between U and C rhythms, we focused on core body temperature (CBT) which shows C rhythm. U rhythm of CBT recorded using rectal temperature was analyzed comparing to REM-NREM sleep cycle. As results, U rhythm components reflecting REM-NREM sleep cycle were extracted from CBT by filtering. In addition, U rhythm components of CBT through a day were also extracted. Therefore, it is suggested that CBT can be used as a measure to evaluate U and C rhythms. This finding might contribute to revealing the interaction between U and C rhythms.
