Consumer purchasing patterns are a form of purchases made by consumers, whether someone or a lot of people to get the desired item by making a purchase transaction. One characteristic of the purchase pattern is the existence of acquiring something through exchanging money. This study aims to create an application that is used in determining consumer purchasing patterns by applying a priori algorithms and using Visual Basic 2010 as a tool for determining consumer purchase patterns. This application uses a priori algorithm calculation method where the sample consumer purchase data will be sorted and calculated by providing the value of the minium support and configuration parameters and based on the results of confidence the largest number of conclusions such as: can be used as information for determining sales, the application of a priori algorithms can provide information pattern combination item set from consumer purchase data that is with support above 15% and confidence above 50% on item set.

According to research, the current situation of declining of children's birth rate is becoming a serious social issue in Taiwan. Therefore, most parents are willing to give their children the best care, and the trend of children's goods is refined and more creative. It can be seen that modern people are not afraid of expensive but pay more attention to quality and creativity. This study takes the common traffic signs as design target. Modern children's living environment is becoming more scientific and less exposed to outdoor activities. The preschool children's vision is not broad enough to judge the meaning of the traffic sign. Therefore, in the news reports, people often see cases of children misunderstanding the road, leading to tragedy. Parents play an important role in the child's growth and must teach children to identify relevant signs at the right *** study hopes to teach children the correct concept of transportation through relevant designs. Although the elements of traffic signs are very simple, the more complex the environment, the more streamlined it is to achieve simplicity and order. The ultimate goal of this study is to make children curious about the goods and teach the correct concept of transportation.

Osteogenic differentiation from Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) to osteoblast has a clinical significance which is very important for treating bone injuries, in the form of femoral fractures with the most cases in Indonesia. Various studies have been conducted to find the best scaffold that can improve osteogenic differentiation, one of which is the development of a hybrid scaffold made from natural biomaterials in the form of the extracellular matrix, and from synthetic biomaterials. The discovery of the best scaffold is not only focused on the source of the scaffold but also requires optimization of the method in making the scaffold. Therefore, the aim of this study is to find out the optimum method for making hybrid scaffolds that support osteogenic differentiation from MSC. Materials and methods: human Fibroblast-derived Matrix (hFDM) as a hybrid scaffold material collected from decellularized fibroblasts cultures from post-cleft-surgery reconstruction palatal skin. Fibroblast cell cultures were divided into two groups of cultures, cultures without Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and cultures with the addition of PRP. For decellularization, we performed optimization at the preparation stage of the decellularization solution, and the time of culture for decellularization. In the preparation of the decellularization solution, we divided it into two groups, NH4OH as material from the decellularization solution was diluted with PBS before mixing with 0.25% Triton X-100, and NH4OH was diluted directly in 0.25% Triton X-100. In optimizing the culture time for decellularization, we divided it into three groups, decellularization on the day when cell growth reached 100% confluent, decellularization on the 3rd day after 100% confluent (H + 3) cells, and decellularization on the 4th day after 100% confluent (H + 4) cells. Next, the hFDM matrix is collected and added Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) solutions to form a hybrid PVA / hFDM scaffold in the form of a hydrogel. Observations on h

Membrane separation technology has been extensively applied in separation processes. Improving membrane hydrophilicity plays a significant role in mitigating fouling phenomena and maintain membrane filtration performance. Fouling is a pore blockage of the membrane due to the interaction between hydrophobic molecules and membrane surface that cause membrane flux declining, shorter membranedurability, and increasing energy consumption. Incorporating inorganic particles to enhance membrane hydrophilicity is very attractive nowadays. Inorganic particles have unique characters due to their small size, excellent mechanical properties, and hydrophilic nature. This research aims to improve PES membrane filtration performances by employing nanocarbon and Fe2O3 as an inorganic additive. The membrane manufacturing process was carried out using a phaseinversionmethod., especially non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS). The resulted membranes were analyzed by filtration soy protein solution to evaluate protein permeation flux and flux recovery ratio (FRR). The result experiments showed that PES/Nanocarbon could provide the highest FRR of up to 76.46%.

Biodiesel is an alternative fuel produced by chemical reaction between vegetable oil or animal fat with alcohol and catalyst. The preliminary treatment in extraction of biodiesel feedstock is an important process to obtain maximum yield of crude oil. This study aims to find optimal preliminary treatment on extraction of Kemiri Sunan seed in order to produce crude oil with maximum yield and quality. The research investigated the effects of screw press machine rotation and duration of steaming process. Three levels of duration of steaming used were 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Observations of crude oil yield, moisture content, free fatty acid content, kinematic viscosity, density and color were done. The result suggested that the rotation of screw press machine affected the crude oil yield. The duration of steaming process affected the oil yield, free fatty acid content, kinematic viscosity, density and color. The best oil yield result of 70.3% was obtained from the combination of heating duration of 60' and screw rotation of 25 RPM.

Macrophages play a crucial role in coordinating the skeletal muscle repair response, but their phenotypic diversity and the transition of specialized subsets to resolution-phase macrophages remain poorly understood. Here, to address this issue, we induced injury and performed single-cell RNA sequencing on individual cells in skeletal muscle at different time points. Our analysis revealed a distinct macrophage subset that expressed high levels of Gpnmb and that coexpressed critical factors involved in macrophage-mediated muscle regeneration, including Igf1, Mertk and Nr1h3. Gpnmb gene knockout inhibited macrophage-mediated efferocytosis and impaired skeletal muscle regeneration. Functional studies demonstrated that GPNMB acts directly on muscle cells in vitro and improves muscle regeneration in vivo. These findings provide a comprehensive transcriptomic atlas of macrophages during muscle injury, highlighting the key role of the GPNMB macrophage subset in regenerative processes. Our findings suggest that modulating GPNMB signaling in macrophages may represent a promising avenue for future research into therapeutic strategies for enhancing skeletal muscle regeneration.

This study applies the Integral Transform Method (ITM) to solve the problems caused by dynamic loads that work on structures and its interactions with the soil. The structure and part of the soil from the half space layer are modeled with Finite Elements (FEM) where at the boundary must be coupled with the dynamic stiffness matrix from the half space calculating used Integral Transform. To obtain the dynamic stiffness matrix of the half space, the wave equation in the elastic half space which is a coupled partial differential equations must be uncoupled first with Helmholtz's potential then it is used integral transform to find the wave equation in the transform domain. To get a response to the original domain, reverse transformation is performed using Inverse Integral Transform. This method is known as ITM - FEM Coupling.

Determination of methamphetamine in the user can be done by analyzing their urine, blood, and hair. In this study, the analysis has been performed using the user's hair based on the advantage that the analysis still can be performed, even after 27 h. The effect of solvent to perform the qualitative study has been conducted at certain day, i.e. 0-12th, 30th, 60th, and 90th day. The reference methamphetamine was obtained from Laboratory of the Technical Service Unit Technical Services Testing and Field Identification Agency (BPIB). The analysis was begun with decontamination, destruction, sonication and Marquis test for qualitative data. Solvent that used in the sonication treatment showed a significant role, especially by using a mixture of methanol: acetone: ammonia.
