This study investigates the controllability of a general heterogeneous networked sampled-data system(HNSS) consisting of nonidentical node systems, where the inner coupling between any pair of nodes can be described by a unique *** signals on control and transmission channels are sampled and held by zero-order holders, and the control sampling period of each node can be different. Necessary and sufficient controllability conditions are developed for the general HNSS, using the Smith normal form and matrix equations, respectively. The HNSS in specific topology or dynamic settings is discussed subsequently with easier-to-verify conditions derived. These heterogeneous factors have been determined to independently or jointly affect the controllability of networked sampled-data systems. Notably, heterogeneous sampling periods have the potential to enhance the overall controllability, but not for systems with some special dynamics. When the node dynamics are heterogeneous,the overall system can be controllable even if it is topologically uncontrollable. In addition, in several typical heterogeneous sampled-data multi-agent systems, pathological sampling of single-node systems will necessarily cause overall uncontrollability.

In artificial intelligence(AI)based-complex power system management and control technology,one of the urgent tasks is to evaluate AI intelligence and invent a way of autonomous intelligence ***,there is,currently,nearly no standard technical framework for objective and quantitative intelligence *** this article,based on a parallel system framework,a method is established to objectively and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of an AI agent for active power corrective control of modern power systems,by resorting to human intelligence evaluation *** this basis,this article puts forward an AI self-evolution method based on intelligence assessment through embedding a quantitative intelligence assessment method into automated reinforcement learning(AutoRL)systems.A parallel system based quantitative assessment and self-evolution(PLASE)system for power grid corrective control AI is thereby constructed,taking Bayesian Optimization as the measure of AI evolution to fulfill autonomous evolution of AI under guidance of their intelligence assessment *** results exemplified in the power grid corrective control AI agent show the PLASE system can reliably and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of the power grid corrective control agent,and it could promote evolution of the power grid corrective control agent under guidance of intelligence assessment results,effectively,as well as intuitively improving its intelligence level through selfevolution.

This paper proposes an event-triggered stochastic model predictive control for discrete-time linear time-invariant(LTI) systems under additive stochastic disturbances. It first constructs a probabilistic invariant set and a probabilistic reachable set based on the priori knowledge of system *** with enhanced robust tubes, the chance constraints are then formulated into a deterministic form. To alleviate the online computational burden, a novel event-triggered stochastic model predictive control is developed, where the triggering condition is designed based on the past and future optimal trajectory tracking errors in order to achieve a good trade-off between system resource utilization and control performance. Two triggering parameters σ and γ are used to adjust the frequency of solving the optimization problem. The probabilistic feasibility and stability of the system under the event-triggered mechanism are also examined. Finally, numerical studies on the control of a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC) system confirm the efficacy of the proposed control.

This work presents an adaptive tracking guidance method for robotic fishes. The scheme enables robots to suppress external interference and eliminate motion jitter. An adaptive integral surge line-of-sight guidance rule is designed to eliminate dynamics interference and sideslip issues. Limited-time yaw and surge speed observers are reported to fit disturbance variables in the model. The approximation values can compensate for the system's control input and improve the robots' tracking ***, this work develops a terminal sliding mode controller and third-order differential processor to determine the rotational torque and reduce the robots' run jitter. Then, Lyapunov's theory proves the uniform ultimate boundedness of the proposed method. Simulation and physical experiments confirm that the technology improves the tracking error convergence speed and stability of robotic fishes.

Using electric motors instead of diesel engines as the driving system for mining excavators can reduce the energy consumption and operating ***,pure electric-driven mining excavators are prone to unexpected power outages in mines because of drastic changes in load power,leading to significant fluctuations in the power demand of the grid,which in turn affects *** solve the above problem,a pure electric-driven mining hydraulic exca-vator based on electric-motor-driven swing platform and hydraulic pumps was used as the research ***-ver,supercapacitors and DC/DC converter,as the energy storage system(ESS)adjust the output power of the grid and recover the braking kinetic energy of the swing ***,a novel integrated energy management strategy for a DC bus voltage predictive controller based on the power feedforward of fuzzy rules is proposed to run mining excavators efficiently and ***,the working modes of the ESS are determined by the DC bus voltage and state of charge(SOC)of the ***,the output power of the supercapacitor and the DC bus voltage were controlled by adjusting the charging and discharging currents of the DC/DC converter using a predic-tive controller and fuzzy *** addition,a digital prototype of the excavator was verified using an original machine *** performance of the different strategies and driven systems were analyzed using digital *** results showed that,compared with traditional excavators with diesel engines,the operational cost of the developed excavators was reduced by 54.02%.Compared to pure electric-driven excavators without an ESS,the peak power of the grid for the developed excavators was reduced by 10%.This study designed an integrated energy management strategy for a pure electric mining excavator that can regulate the power output of the grid and maintain the stability of the bus voltage and SOC of the ESS.

The exploration of eco-friendly insulating gas to substitute the most potent greenhouse gas sulphur hexafluoride(SF6)has consistently garnered significant ***,the au-thors evaluated the feasibility of utilising perfluoromethyl vinyl ether(PMVE,C_(3)F_(6)O)as a new branch of eco-friendly insulating gas for the first *** primary dielectric and stability characteristics of PMVE regarding AC breakdown,partial discharge,dielectric recovery,and decomposition properties were revealed under various gas pressure and electrical field *** was found that PMVE demonstrated superior dielectric strength,with the AC breakdown and PD inception voltage(PDIV)1.10 and 1.14 times that of pure SF_(6).Furthermore,the dielectric strength of PMVE exhibits stability even after undergoing 100 cycles of AC breakdowns,and there is no observable formation of solid precipitation on the electrode *** discharge decomposition of PMVE mainly generates fluorocarbon(CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),etc.)and ***,the exceptional insulation stabilityandno absence of solidprecipitation featuresendow PMVE tobe utilised as a new eco-friendly gas for SF_(6)-free gas-insulated equipment.
