Aiming at the trajectory re-planning problem of multiple hyper-sonic vehicles with the time coordination under sudden threats, a time-coordinated fast trajectory re-planning method was proposed to avoid the no-fly zone. Firstly, the three-dimensional trajectory planning problem of the vehicle is decomposed into the longitudinal trajectory planning problem and the transverse trajectory planning problem. Secondly, a single sudden threat is regarded as a circular no-fly zone, and the circumvention of no-fly zone can only be considered in a transverse trajectory planning. Based on the in-depth study of the longitudinal trajectory planning with flight time constraints and range constraints, a reinforcement learning method is introduced into the transverse trajectory re-planning, and a fast tilting angle flipping self decision method based on the reinforcement learning is proposed. Finally, by training DQN to generate a tilting angle reversal decision maker, a fast three-dimensional trajectory re-planning method that can avoid the no-fly zone is realized. The proposed trajectory re-planning method not only has a fast trajectory re-planning speed, but also greatly improves the penetration probability against sudden threats. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper proposes a practical prescribed-time edge-based fully-distributed Nash equilibrium seeking algorithm where no global gain is utilized. In order to achieve practical prescribed-time convergence, the time base generator (TBG) is involved in the gradient descent part, the observation part and the parameter updating part of the algorithm. The update rates of the two types of adaptive parameters are coupled with the information of the edges of the communication graph. Besides, an exponential parameter is designed and the parameter increases more mildly by utilizing the TBG. A Lyapunov function is constructed to show the practical prescribed-time convergence property. The simulation results of an energy consumption game are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Detecting targets in infrared ship images is crucial for various applications, such as maritime rescue and ship inspection. Training contemporary mainstream detection and segmentation models, however, requires large-scale, high-quality infrared ship image datasets. In open-world maritime confrontation scenarios, the complex and variable environment, scarcity of target ships, and limited acquisition conditions make it challenging to construct high-quality infrared ship image datasets. To address this issue, this paper proposes an unpaired visible-infrared ship image translation model based on CycleGAN, named Fuzzy-Cycle. The model introduces a fuzzy cycle loss to encourage the model to learn feature mapping rules between different domains while minimizing attention to unnecessary features. Additionally, the method employs U-Net as the generator network to retain shallow image features during upsampling and selects PatchGAN as the discriminator network, embedding Haar wavelet transform to enhance the discriminator's ability to analyze image frequency domain features. Experiments on the VAIS dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms mainstream unpaired image transfer models, showing excellent performance in the task of visible-infrared ship image translation. Furthermore, zero-shot image translation experiments on the HRSC2016 dataset prove the generalizability and reliability of the proposed method.

Most intergroup conflicts arise from rivalry over limited resources, malicious disturbance, or hostile attitudes; therefore, it is critical to investigate individuals’ behaviors involved in intergroup conflicting contexts. Focusing on cooperation issues among individuals, in this study we establish an evolutionary game framework for analyzing cooperation and conflicts that arise within and inter-groups of intergroup conflicting networks. We first model the intergroup conflicting networked evolutionary games (ICNEGs). Then, we analyze the ICNEGs and prove that the evolution of ICNEGs can be expressed as a logical dynamic system. Finally, we apply the obtained results to a simplified Israeli-Palestinian conflict scenario. Our case study demonstrates that only by adopting suitable initial strategy profiles can a certain scale of group cooperation be continuously generated without suffering casualties.
