In the work of data collection,express transportation and rescue by UAV,we generally use UAVs to move the suspended payload in flight *** is fully necessary to study how to effectively suppress the swing of the suspended load and avoid known *** this paper,the kinematic equations of the quadrotor UAV and suspended payload in the three-dimensional space are analyzed.A trajectory planning method based on predictive control is proposed,and the cost function considering load swing angle and the distance between obstacle and UAV is designed and generate an optimal trajectory that meets the *** simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve the purpose of minimizing the swing angle and avoid the obstacles at the level of trajectory planning.

Chinese power grid enterprises are in need for development of digital asset management system. The characteristics of decentralization, self-trust and self-confidence, pave a promising technical path for power grid digital assess management and Big Data applications. This article firstly introduces the state-of-the-art of power grid Big Data and digital asset management, and the related issues in power grid enterprises. The solution of blockchain based digital asset management technology and its implementation are presented in details, followed by a discussion of their future developmental directions. In this paper we revisit the problem of global asymptotic stabilization of the double integrator system subject to output saturation. We first observe that the double integrator system cannot be asymptotically stabilized by linear static output feedback. We then establish that there exist linear dynamic output feedback laws that globally asymptotically stabilize the double integrator system subject to output saturation. The determination of the linear output feedback laws is presented in the form of an algorithm. Simulation results illustrate that the linear dynamic output feedback laws have the ability to achieve global asymptotic stabilization of the double integrator system subject to output saturation.

This paper focuses on the fractional order linear systems subject to actuator saturation and external disturbance, and proposes method to estimate the domain of attraction. The quadratic Lyapunov functions are adopted to obtain the invariance of considered systems. The convex combination form of quadratic Lyapunov function is utilized to obtain a large domain of attraction. A continuous feedback law is derived to achieve disturbance rejection for closed-loop systems. Numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed method. © 2017

Photovoltaic (PV) power plants are a form of renewable energy and their importance is increasing all around the world. In Brazil, the PV power plants connected to the grid are regulated through a credit compensation, in which the prosumer pays the difference between consumed and generated energy. Medium voltage consumers pay different prices for the energy consumed in peak load time and off-peak load time. This paper compares the return of investments of a PV plant without and with energy storage systems. This latter injects active power during peak load time. Results show that although the plant without storage presents lowest costs, the solution with batteries can be more profitable depending on the energy tariff and the equipment cost. © 2017 IEEE.

Traditional centralized energy systems have the disadvantages of difficult management and insufficient incentives. Blockchain is an emerging technology, which can be utilized in energy systems to enhance their management and control. Integrating token economy and blockchain technology, token economic systems in energy possess the characteristics of strong incentives and low cost, facilitating integrating renewable energy and demand side management, and providing guarantees for improving energy efficiency and reducing emission. This article describes the concept and functionality of token economics, and then analyzes the feasibility of applying token economics in the energy systems, and finally discuss the applications of token economics with an example in integrated energy systems. A novel formation control approach is provided for a class of high-order multi-agent systems (MASs) subject to unknown dynamics via active disturbance rejection control (ADRC). First, the formation control problem is converted into the stability problem under the connected topology structure assumption. Then, the unknown dynamics is observed by the designed extended state observer (ESO) and compensated realtime. It is shown that the predefined time-varying formation function is achieved rapidly and stably under the distributed controller using only local neighbor information for each agent. Finally, numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Stability and Performance Analysis of Saturated systems Using an Enhanced Max Quadratic Lyapunov Function

This paper revisits the problem of estimating the domain of attraction and the nonlinear L2 gain of a saturated system with an algebraic loop. A max quadratic Lyapunov function, the maximum function of a group of quadratic Lyapunov functions, is proposed for use in the stability and performance analysis for a saturated system. The max quadratic Lyapunov function involves a partitioning of the state space. Exploiting the special properties of regions of the state space, we propose in this paper an enhanced max quadratic Lyapunov function, which results from adding a term that characterizes the regions of the state space to the max quadratic Lyapunov function. The matrix associated with the enhanced max quadratic Lyapunov function is not required to be positive definite, and thus a set of less conservative stability and performance conditions are established, from which a larger estimate of the domain of attraction and a tighter estimate of the nonlinear L2 gain can be obtained. Simulation results indicate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method. © 2017
