Data access that is accurate, fast, and precise is a modern need for analysis or business decision making. NLIDB (Natural Language Interface to Database) is a system that allows users to access information from a database by entering requests that are stated in natural language. The NLIDB for Indonesian language that has been built has not been able to handle decision support data queries. The method of translating imperative sentences into SQL queries is done in two stages. The first stage is identifying the imperative sentence and parsing the sentence into a parsed tree that is assisted by the PC-PATR syntactic parser. The second stage is processing the parse tree into an SQL query. The parse tree is analyzed to look for parts of SQL, then do object searching for SQL parts to ontology. The objects found will be arranged into SQL queries. NLIDB application development is carried out to test the results of the translation of imperative sentences into SQL queries and see the application performance in translating imperative sentences into SQL queries. Application development is done with the Python programming language and MySQL database. The application that was built successfully translates imperative sentences into SQL queries for cross tab data, summary data, trend data, and top-N/bottom-N data. The application performance in carrying out the translation process is quite good, but it is necessary to improve performance for the ontology object searching process on the query generator component. Development that can be done for further research is the handling of sentence forms that have affixes and subquery handling. © 2019 IEEE.

Brazil is the second country in the world in aesthetic surgical procedures, with 905,000 procedures, being behind only the U.S., according to information corresponding to the year 2011 from the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (BSPS). Given this scenario, we chose to study the adipose cells, which are a organ with intense metabolic and endocrine activity. Accumulated in excess adipocytes causes the disadvantages metabolic and endocrine in the organism, leading to obesity in general and located. This research referred to obesity marked by deposition in the abdominal area, that is denominated central or androide obesity, in the case of a localized adiposity. The objective of the research was to analyze the effects of therapeutic ultrasound and medium frequency current in this particular type of adiposity. The therapeutic protocol consisted of the utilization therapy of therapeutic ultrasound 3 MHz and medium frequency current (1 kHz, with Bursts of 2 ms), performed in ten sessions of 40-minute each. The sample consisted of 16 women, of whom 14 have finalized treatment. The assessment instruments used were: percentage of total body fat by bioimpedance, skinfold measurement in the region where localized adiposity was. We observed the reduction in measures measured in abdominal circumference and percentage decrease in total body fat measured on a digital scale bipolar bioimpedance, as well as the decrease measured by skinfold plicometer in all patients submitted to treatment. The results of submission to the treatment of Combined Therapy can be considered satisfactory, due the record in reducing the parameters analyzed, despite being necessary to a more thorough study on the subject and scientific substantiation in a larger sample. NLIDB (Natural Language Interface to Database) was developed to simplify database access using natural language. In previous studies, NLIDB has been developed which can translate natural languages into several languages, including in Indonesian language. However, there are types of queries that cannot be handled by the system, one of them is a query with a temporal aspect. In this study, we propose a method of translating sentences in Indonesian language that have temporal aspects into SQL queries. The process of translating sentence is performed by identifying the input sentence and parsing the sentence into a parsed tree with PC- PATR as the syntax parser. The parsed tree is analyzed and mapped into parts of SQL. Then, an object search is performed to the ontology that is built from the database to get classes, attributes, operators, and values based on tokens in parts of SQL. Finally, the results of the previous process are organized into SQL queries. The NLIDB application built in this study was successful in translating imperative sentences with temporal aspects in Indonesian language into SQL queries for current state, time slice, sequenced and non-sequenced queries. © 2019 IEEE.

The Indonesian government is furnishing help in the form of" Bantuan Langsung Tunai(BLT)" or the Direct Cash backing program in order to make up for the recent increase in the price of energy oil painting(BBM), which has easily had an impact on the lives of the destitute and the general public. The BLT program is enforced throughcross-sectoral collaboration, where institutions unite grounded on their separate functions and duties. Aid distribution opinions are grounded on multiple applicable rudiments and aren't primarily determined by one criterion when the MAUT fashion is applied. A system's recommended feasibility score of 78 is attained from the evaluation findings of system testing, which were carried out using a questionnaire exercising the System Usability Scale(SUS) approach. The process of finding a block hash is a complex problem. One of the problems is making the hash from a generator algorithm that uses the existing string and the transaction data in the block. So far, the idea that has been used is to make it one step at a time using high-powered machines (supercomputing). Developing blockchain applications is hard because supercomputing is expensive. To solve this problem, developers need to use a different method, called parallel programming. This article talks about a parallel way to make block hashes, which are used to make new blocks. We use the SHA256 algorithm to process the hash. When creating a unique character string to be used as a block hash from a set of characters, thread division is done as part of the algorithmic skeleton process. Our experiments show that using threads to split work in parallel has speeded up the build process by 1.56 seconds compared to when blocks are hashed sequentially. In addition, it was also found that the threads that contributed the most to increasing speedup were 3 threads with an average processing time of 111,638 seconds. On average, the parallel hash generation process takes 707,853 seconds, while the sequential one takes 1756,56 seconds. We conclude the solution to building blockchain using the thread programming method with the number of threads is 3 for the computer specifications used to be the same or smaller than the computer specifications we use. © 2022 IEEE.

Natural Language Interface to Database (NLIDB) is a solution that allows users to retrieve data from databases in natural language. Various studies were conducted to translate Indonesian sentences into database queries, but these studies still have weaknesses. In this study, we propose the translation of interrogative sentences in the temporal database accompanied by the addition of several components that can improve the ability of NLIDB. The translation process is carried out by first masking the input sentence and decomposing the sentence into a collection of syntax trees. Then, the existing parsing tree is selected and the best parsing tree will be selected. Then, the process is continued with the analysis of the query components in the interrogative sentences. The results of the analysis will be translated into parts of database query and parts of database query will be rearranged into database queries. This query will be executed and the result can be evaluated by the user and the user can provide feedback according to the system output. The built NLIDB system can translate interrogative sentences for what, who, when, where, how, if, and how many questions with the types of queries that can be handled are current state, time-slice, sequenced, and non-sequenced. © 2022 IEEE.

The electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is a promising imaging modality for early detection of lung disease. Several advantages of EIT imaging, such as save, simple and low cost. However, the better reconstruction method is still under investigated. The paper proposed filtered back projection to produce an anomaly image in the lungs. The method is applied to reconstruct an image from relative potential data of expiration and inspiration and also on normal lung and lung with anomaly. The simulation shows that the reconstruction method of filtered back projection from the relative potential data of expiration and inspiration have not been able to detect any anomalies, but from the relative potential data of normal lungs and lungs with anomaly is able to detect the presence and position of anomaly although have not been able to distinguish the size of the anomaly. © 2013 IEEE.

Along with technological development in Indonesia, digital divide occurs in various regions, which were behind in terms of information on how to use, access and utilize ICT in collecting information from internet. One of the regions is Lembata Regency in East Nusa Tenggara, where digital divide among the people should be measured. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of digital divide among the people of Lembata Regency. To determine the level of digital divide, we used SIBIS GPS (General Population Survey) method, which consisted of several indicators or aspect, i.e. internet usage behavior, internet utilization, and e-government. We also performed two tests, i.e. validity test and reliability test to obtain value of index of digital divide measurement among the people of Lembata Regency. The results of validity test which is processed using SPSS program are categorized valid for each variable indicator and the reliability test results show reliable status. According to the test results on digital discrepancy in Lembata people, the internet usage attitude indicator is categorized low which is 63.1%, the internet usage function indicator is categorized low which is 64%, and the digital discrepancy of e-government indicator is categorized medium which is 40.4%. Therefore, the result of this study because consideration for the government of Lembata Regency in improving ICT services in e-government and in distributing ICT access and ability equally to the people. © 2018 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.

The pandemic has brought many negative impacts on human life. One of the negative impacts is economic downturn of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Bangka Belitung Province. To solve this problem, a website-based marketplace platform called Yobagi was created. As we know, a new software product must have a good user experience. By having a good user experience means that the product has met the needs of its users. For this reason, an evaluation of the user experience is necessary. This study aims to measure the user experience of using Yobagi. The evaluation uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) tool, which consists of six scales: Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. There were 40 respondents who were taken from the top of MSME actors. As the UX evaluation results, it is known that the final score of the six scales is above 0.8 and at the excellent level. This means that Yobagi users have a very good user experience in using Yobagi. In addition, Yobagi has met the criteria for good software by having an excellent user experience value. © 2022 IEEE.

Several techniques in computer vision can be used in object grouping, one of which is image segmentation. Segmentation is a field of computer vision that aims to group all pixels in an image into regions that have homogeneity in their characteristics. In this study, the segmentation technique will be carried out to partition objects in magnetic resonance image (MRI) images. Object segmentation uses a connected component labeling algorithm to classify regions or objects of brain tumors in MRI images. The dataset used in this study amounted to 80 images, of which 30 images contained meningioma brain tumor disease, 30 images with glioma brain tumor disease, and 20 images without indications of brain tumor disease. Based on tests conducted, the average accuracy obtained in detecting brain tumor objects is 96.66%. © 2021 IEEE.
