Computer security is a very important thing in an information system. The strength of the NTRU algorithm is the difficulty of finding a short vector of a lattice (a discrete subgroup of a collection of vectors that includes the entire vector environment) of a random polynomial that has a large degree. The strength of the RSA algorithm lies in the level of difficulty in factoring non-prime numbers into the primary factor. As long as no efficient algorithm has been found to find the prime factors of large integers, the RSA algorithm is highly recommended for message encryption. And finally this is the TRIPEL DES algorithm designed using a 56-bit key, and that size is enough to run a secure encryption technique. This algorithm provides a simple solution that is running the DES Algorithm 3 times for data blocks. The results of our study of measuring speed on encryption and decryption using the same file are superior to the RSA algorithm compared to the NTRU and TRIPLE DES algorithms. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Traffic signs are important markers in two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. However, there is a change in direction or arrangement on the road that cannot be opened on a map which can cause incorrect information, which can cause traffic jams. In this journal the author uses a camera mounted on a car that provides a solution for drivers who issue problems that occur on the road that show directions or arrangements that are not directly updated using the HOG and MMOD methods. HOGs and MMODs are methods that can refute objects well, and move images and will be recognized immediately. The information received can be sent directly to an electronic map so that it can be accessed automatically by the driver's information and assistance and other information finds the right path, so that it can help the driver and can avoid traffic jams. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The purpose of this study was to know the risk of project management analysis. Performance Indicator Project is a temporary activity that has been established beginning of its work and the time of completion to achieve specific and unique goals and outcomes that aims to produce a useful or value-added product or novelty. In a project no risk will always be attached to it. A project will be confronted by many unanticipated risks so the success of a project to achieve its project objectives should be based on clear risk management from planning to completion of the project. *** is a company engaged in construction. Currently PT. XYZ is working on a car plant development project. The risks considered at this stage of project planning are considered to be the same, the way to deal with each risk does not consider the impact of risk and does not have a clear mechanism in its mitigation arrangements. Problems arise when a risk occurs at the time of project execution that there is a mistake in deterMining the level of interest of the risk so that it effects on the mitigation. The impacts associated with the project are increasing the cost and time of the project so that it is not in accordance with the project planning that has been estimated previously. So, the purpose of this study is to assist the project team in implementing risk management on the project by deterMining the level of risk importance, taking into account the magnitude of the impact of the risk and deterMining the mitigation of the risk by involving the Probability Impact Matrix (PIM). © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The purpose of this paper is to gift a visualization of three-dimensional (3D) trees using L-System that has been researched before. In this research, he succeeded in making a two-dimensional (2D) tree visualization and stated that when the iteration value or iteration value is larger than five, the 2D tree model results from associate iteration, it lost detail from the branch. This research is to develop the research results, namely the transformation from a 2D tree to a 3D tree. This research is intended to see what is needed in the transformation process from a two-dimensional tree to a three-dimensional tree using the L-System approach. The experiments carried out in three steps, the first step performing a two-dimensional visualization of the grammar origin from the previous research, the second step carrying out a three-dimensional transformation, and the third step making grammar modifications so that the 3D tree becomes realistic. The test results show that mathematically there are differences in the depiction of geometry in the cartesian coordinate with three axes, namely the x, y, and z axes, causing the transformation process from two-dimensional to three-dimensional trees to expand the use of symbols in the L-System. The extended production rules give more complex and more refined geometric shapes. © 2020 IEEE.

Distribution of bleach and chlorine rice makes some people uneasy because it is dangerous to health. The author conducted a simulation for implemantation the method of Principal Component Analysis to detect bleach and chlorine on rice with Matlab R2013a. This study focuses on the shape, texture, color, and position Pandanwangi, Rojolele, and Setra Ramos Rice intact. The result is an Euclidean value that determines the accuracy value. Accuracy of 60 samples was 51.76%. As for each type of rice has a different value of accuracy. Accuracy of Rice Pandanwangi 85% (accurate), Rojolele Rice 45% (not accurate) and Setra Ramos Rice 20% (not accurate). © 2017 IEEE.

Due to increasing demand, container terminals face the challenges of increasing its service capacity and minimize the time of ships loading and unloading. The assignment of storage locations for reshuffled containers is a problem to the efficiency of container terminals operations, as a wrong assignment may result in several future reshuffles. This paper proposes a meta-heuristic based on the Clonal Selection Algorithm to minimize reshuffle when retrieving containers from a stack. The model competitiveness in accuracy and time are established by extensive numerical experiments comparing with an existing Integer program model. The preliminary results obtained here suggest the proposed model is a promising optimization tool for the container stacking problem. © 2011 IEEE.

A major challenge in the implementation of quantum computers is mitigating the impact of undesired couplings with the environment that lead to decoherence. Here, we discuss an error-avoiding strategy that is based upon freedoms inherent in decomposing a quantum algorithm into fundamental gates. Although this approach is specific to a particular algorithm and a collective noise model, it does not the require complicated encodings or significant additional qubit resources of more general error-correcting codes. This paper also includes an overview of quantum computation, including a discussion of the quantum search algorithm. © 2006 National Instiute of informatics.

BlackBerry is not just an ordinary smartphone which rich in its multimedia features. BlackBerry also has very reliable internet services, include BlackBerry Messenger, e-mail, other instant messaging, and other internet service that Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) covers. However, there's an open question that all services that go through BIS is safe or not;considering the data includes text and files which is sent through BIS have to pass through the main server which is located in Canada. Therefor in this paper we chose to make software that can encrypt and decrypt text and even files, which will be sent through BlackBerry's internet or just to be stored in the BlackBerry device. In this paper, we use cipher block encryption algorithm with Cipher Feedback (CFB) 8-bit mode. This mode is chosen because it suits with the data inside BlackBerry device which is 8-bit aligned. The encryption algorithm uses cipher block encryption with 64-bit block size. We designed the algorithm based on Feistel network combined with some encryption/decryption algorithm. Then the cipher block encryption algorithm is implemented in software based on Java for BlackBerry. In this software development, we use the IDE Eclipse Ganymede with certain plugins. The expected result is software for BlackBerry capable to encrypt and decrypt some texts, either directly typed or saved as files on the BlackBerry device. This software also handles specific file types, such as picture and audio by preserving their file header, and also handles text encryption by transforming the ciphertext data to hex digits. After conducting some experiments, we conclude that the software has good compatibility with many kinds of BlackBerry devices and has good security level. © 2011 IEEE.

The purpose of this study is to produce a model that can be used as a reference by the managerial in overseeing the implementation of corporate activities and facilitate in measuring the achievement of companies in all sectors. The methods used to reveal the condition of the company and the right strategy using the SWOT analysis. The tool to deterMine the company's current strategy is to use SWOT analysis. Each strategy target that has been deterMined will be deterMined Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and grouped into the perspective of the company using the Balanced Scorecard method. The result of this research is managerial can monitor the achievement of company in all sectors such as financial sector, customer, internal business, and growth and learning. Big data technology is the overall technology that can handle the processing associated with analyzing the data to explore the potential that is in it. Some of the uses of big data are based on the biggest data traffic sources, such as social media, financial transactions, public data, censorship data, and company data. The problem found in the accumulation of village status data that has not been utilized in the decision-making process to determine the status of the next village and the absence of an application to process the data stored in the data database so that a tool is developed to analyze the buildup. The results of this study are to produce a prototype design that is Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, Form Design, and Database Design that will be used to develop Big Data Technology in determining the classification of village status based on the Village Build index. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
