With the successful development of artificial intelligence (AI), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) occupy a large amount of computing time and power consumption in the entire AI computing process. However, in traditional von Neumann architectures, the separation of the computing element and memory leads to the memory-wall problem of memory data transmission bandwidth from memory to processing element when executing multiply-accumulate-based CNN operations. The data transmission time and power consumption all are much higher than the CNN computing part. Therefore, this paper proposes a memory-in-computation design that can flexibly adjust energy usage, achieve high energy efficiency, and support multiple operation frequencies. By controlling the switches of each memory row, unnecessary energy consumption is avoided, leading to a reduction in total power consumption by 15% to 60%. Additionally, by adjusting the pulse width, the charging power consumption of capacitors is reduced by 65% per charge cycle.

In HV equipment, the most critical and valuable components used is transformers. Power transformers should go through standard diagnostic tests to identify deterioration or to avoid the emergence of defects that might possibly cause severe failure. Frequency Response Analysis already proven to be a promising tool in diagnostic techniques that make use of this understanding to find such changes. FRA has so far been used to detect deformation in transformers by observing changes in the frequency response curve, despite a limited understanding of what caused the changes in the initial case. Several FRA methods have been implemented recently all around the world, primarily for transformer deformation detection and diagnosis. Nonetheless, there is now an increasing amount of research focused on determining specifically the type and degree of deformation in a transformer by looking at its FRA response curve. It is very important to refer to the guidance given in the recently published IEC, IEEE, SPLN, and CIGRE standards to ensure the accuracy of the analysis of the frequency response results. An approach for transformer diagnostics is discussed in this research by doing a comparative analysis with four study cases related to various physical phenomena and examining the cross-combined between standards and field FRA results. Four FRA measurement cases are taken from the experience in PLN, namely: Tayan (water contamination), Sanggau (transformers relocation), Sambas (rebuilding transformer foundation), and Cianjur (earthquake). The evaluation results indicate that the IEEE and IEC diagnostic standards have an assessment that is closest to the actual condition that is influenced by variations in wide band frequency measurement. © 2023 IEEE.

Information technology support is desperately needed for higher education. Universities must use information technology to effectively and efficiently manage potential resources to compete with other institutions. Utilization of IT in Higher Education Governance, particularly the academic information system at Nusa Nipa University, lacks a structured architecture. The current IT infrastructure is insufficient to respond promptly and precisely to application and business change solutions. This study aims to simplify the process of developing information system architecture by developing an architectural model and an implementation roadmap. This study's design uses the TOGAF ADM model, The organization's initial condition analysis stage is the preliminary requirement management phase; architectural vision; and business architecture. The enterprise architecture design begins with the second stage's information system architecture and technology architecture phases. The subsequent phases of opportunities and solutions, migration planning, and change management, recommendations for implementing enterprise architecture are presented in the third section. The consequences of this study are IT outlines for each engineering stage given the TOGAF ADM structure for business processes in new understudy affirmations frameworks, scholastic cycles, graduated classes, and libraries to help data frameworks at Nusa Nipa College. This research can create a blueprint for IT development suggestions for expected business techniques at Nusa Nipa College.

Multi-Speaker Voice Cloning is a system that can produce various voices based on voice samples and text input. Voice cloning can be an alternative to get audio data quickly without recording, which requires a lot of time, cost, and effort. Sequence to Sequence Speech Synthesis produces sounds that are naturally similar to speech equivalent to the human voice. Sequence to Sequence Speech Synthesis is a technology for generating speech directly from the text, consisting of attention-based predictive network features. Multi-Speaker Voice Clone consists of speaker encoder, encoder-decoder, and vocoder models. Tacotron-2 as model encoder-decoder and WaveNet as a vocoder. The speaker encoder will produce a speaker embedding to recognize the sound from the speaker. Tacotron-2 will embed text into the mel scale spectrogram. WaveNet will synthesize the time domain waveform from the mel scale spectrogram and generate sound predictions based on the samples. This model uses a multi-speaker voice dataset in Indonesian. Combining the three models produces a value of 3.28 for speech naturalness and 1.94 for speech similarity. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The WHO predicts that by 2030 road accidents will be the 5th leading cause of death. Globally, road accidents account for 1.25 million casualties each year, and road defects cause 34% of these casualties. The road survey process in many countries have several challenges, one of which is detection using cameras that do not have a recognition system. In this study, a model with YOLOS architecture based on Vision Transformer trained on the RDD2022 dataset successfully recognizes road damage well, as indicated by the number of objects detected, bounding box on accurate objects, and the ability to recognize objects with inconsistent shadow and light inference. This research uses assessment parameters such as Average Precision (AP) and Average Recall (AR) to determine the overall performance of the model. The model achieves the highest AP value at Intersection of Union (IoU) 0.5, 0.75, and 0.5-0.95, worth 62.1%, 37.1%, and 36.2% respectively, and the highest AR value in Large, Medium, and Small Areas, worth 42.1%, 60.3%, and 75.4% respectively. Information Technology (IT) project management is important for the growth of organizations. It involves planning and executing projects to achieve strategic objectives. This paper reviews IT project management methodologies and critical success factors to identify best practices for project success. This paper uses a literature review and analysis of the current state of the art of IT project management methodologies. A total of 39 articles were selected and reviewed. The results of the review include a comparison of the main IT project management methodologies and the critical success factors for project success. The conclusion of the paper is that Hybrid Project Management Models are a promising approach for IT project management. This approach combines the foundations and best practices of traditional and agile project management methodologies, making it well-suited for the complex and dynamic nature of IT projects. Additionally, the paper identifies the following critical success factors for IT project success: Clear and well-defined project objectives, Effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, Appropriate risk management and contingency planning, Strong leadership and project management skills and Adequate resources and support. Air pollution is a significant issue because it burdens human health and the environment. Particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or smaller (PM2.5) can penetrate the lungs and enter the bloodstream, seriously affecting the cardiovascular system, causing strokes, and impacting the respiratory system. Modern individuals spend 70% to 90% of their time indoors, making indoor air quality even more important than outdoor air quality. To estimate and predict indoor air quality, this study utilizes low-cost, self-assembled air boxes based on the Internet of Things to collect various air quality data. The collected data is then used in an indoor air quality forecasting system that combines Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and K-means clustering methods to compare the overall performance of the algorithms. The experimental results are analyzed and statistically described based on each model method prediction accuracy and clustering results. These methods are integrated to develop an indoor air quality forecasting system to help indoor populations prevent issues in advance or optimize energy usage. © 2024 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence is one of the technological breakthroughs in science, especially in the field of computers. Object detection and recognition presents a new challenge on how to make machines detect objects automatically. To detect an object, the previous system will take the classifier of an object and evaluate it at various locations and various scales in the image. Smartphones currently play an important role in everyday life, but the existence of smartphones can be one of the causes of the user's lack of interest in reading books. With this Augmented Reality-based object detector, it is hoped that users can experiment on smartphones with the Snapchat application installed to detect objects in books that are around them and the number of objects will be counted automatically, it is also expected to attract users' desire to read books. Image recognition identification is taken through the phone's camera which is recognized as a lens. Lens AR in the Lens Studio application is supported by the SnapML machine learning algorithm, this machine learning function is to display book information and the number of books detected. This research was conducted using Cloud Computing such as Google Collaboratory which uses the python programming language, the book object dataset is selected from the COCO class, the model is exported to Open Neural Network Exchange (.ONNX) and then imported into the Lens Studio application. Publish lenses in the Snapchat app. Finally, a model test was carried out to detect objects and the number of objects in books that had been made using a Smartphone. Open the Snapchat application, scan the Snapcode generated by Lens Studio, AR lenses can be used in real time. AR Book Detection has been tested by other users on Snapchat with 18,845 Lens Views, 18,737 Lens Plays and 16 Lens Shares.

The rapid development of technology presents a new paradigm, one of which is in the transportation sector. The concept of smart mobility is one of the components in the realization of a smart city, which is closely related to the transportation sector. The Purwokerto-Purbalingga Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is the government's effort to encourage the transportation sector towards smart mobility. It requires three crucial categories: Accessibility, sustainability, and communication and information technology. This study proves and explains that these three categories can be fulfilled by the Purwokerto-Purbalingga Bus Rapid Transit, especially from women's perception, indicated by an average accessibility score of 4.04, sustainability of 4.22, and Information and Communication Technology of 3.80. Efforts that can be taken by the government and Bus Rapid Transit managers include monitoring and evaluating bus stops and bus arrival frequencies as well as developing mobile-based applications that provide real-time information related to bus rapid transit. © 2021 IEEE.

This research aims to construct a two-dimensional image to represent an underwater geometry map with a Side Scan Sonar (SSS) mounted on a Hybrid Autonomous Underwater Glider (HAUG). Building the underwater map has two stages of the process. The first stage is preprocessing which includes Time-varying gains (TVG), slant range correction, and ground range correction. The second is HAUG navigation, the movement of HAUG orientation to the angle and distance of SSS readings and plotting the geometry of the grid map. With these two stages, a two-dimensional grid map will be formed. Meanwhile, the 3D plot utilizes slant range and ground range correction to obtain the surface height of the bottom of the pool. From the experiments conducted to conduct mapping in the pool, two-dimensional and three-dimensional visual forms of the pool floor and pool walls were produced. The results of the estimated measurement of the width of the pool obtained 14.05 meters and the height of the pool 3.199 meters with an SSS beam angle of 58 degrees.
