In this paper, we present a derivative-free computational method for solving fuzzy nonlinear equation. Derivative-free technique avoids computing the derivative by generating an estimate to the derivative. This is made possible by inserting the estimate of in Levenberg-Marquardt's method. Numerical experiments are carried out which shows that, the method is efficient.

IT Governance are one of the needs in managing Enterprise Level IT. This study shows part of the decision domain of IT Governance Help, which are IT Investment and Prioritization. The purpose of this study is to determine feasibility of implementation open source ERP system Odoo project management module that replaces current system based on operational, economic, and technical aspects. The method used are Fit / Gap Analysis and Cost Benefit model using economic impact worksheet. The analysis is done by comparing the requirement with features owned by current system and Odoo ERP system. This research resulted that Odoo ERP System is feasible in the 3 aspects, the operational feasibility Odoo reaching 72% Fit, the economic feasibility with ROI of 84%, and technical feasibility indicating the technical requirement can be fulfilled by leasing AWS server. The conclusion is the open source ERP system Odoo project management module is feasible to be applied in terms of 3 aspects that have been studied, those are operational, economic, and technical.

Implementation of learning technology is one of the necessary ways to demonstrate the competence of qualified graduates. This research aim to make model of website Implementation to improve student quality. The Current Study Provided only provides the existing General Implementation. The Participants of this study were lecturers, undergraduate and postgraduate students and education practitioners throughout Indonesia using online form. Data collection Methods used were direct interview, online survey and needs analysis using waterfall method. The results show that the implementation of existing learning does not lead to the needs in the industry era 4.0 almost no change. This research produces a complete learning implementation innovation as required by the Policy Makers. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Flood has caused significant damage to the agricultural sector, which results in low productivity and causes famine in Kaba-kama community of Basse in the Upper river region of the Gambia. This study analyses the potential role of the community's mitigation efforts to reduce the flood impact in the Gambia. The objective is to determine the influence of community-based intervention activities in reducing the flood impact at the community level. The primary data are obtained in this study from own previous experience by participating in the community work ('Te-setto') to mitigate the impact of flood, and interviews in a form of questionnaires to the members of the VDC in Kaba-kama community. Literature reviews from journals, books, and the final report about the disaster in 2018 by NDMA has served as a secondary source of data for the study. Notifiable, the community-based organization (Village Development Committee -VDC), is the key pioneer of the initiative. This study exemplifies the successful collective efforts by the communities and government in different regions and the country at large in practicing flood adaptive and mitigation strategies, which has potential to be implemented elsewhere in other famine-prone countries in the world.

Campus network Throughput improvement through metric modification of OSPF routing mechanism

OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) is routing protocol that are widely used in computer networks. Selection of routing protocols is very important in improving network performance. Calculation of OSPF metrics will determine the performance of data packet delivery. It based on Shortest Path Tree. To find the best route from source to destination, it must determine the shortest path between itself and each router in the network. The router creates this perspective by taking the information in the LSDB and transforming it into a shortest path first tree or SPF tree. It is an algorithmic calculation to construct logical network view performed by the computer within the router. To speed the construction of network tree, buffer on next hop, distance (RTT – round trip time), and direction of next hop (getting closer or away) variable is proposed to increase the speed of data packet communication among routers. This research was using OPNet modeler software, simulations were made on a campus network whose PDU variables were modified to obtain the optimum network tree with OSPF routing protocol. The weighted testing parameters in this study is time delay values. Hopefully, the value of redistribution delay is 1% better depending on traffic density. Main route retrieval and alternative package delivery are based on the smallest cost and metric values in the OSPF protocol.

The cortical N1 response to balance perturbation is associated with balance and cognitive function in different ways between older adults with and without Parkinson's disease

Mechanisms underlying associations between balance and cognitive impairments in older adults with and without Parkinson's disease are poorly understood. Balance disturbances evoke a cortical N1 response that is associated with both balance and cognitive abilities in unimpaired populations. We hypothesized that the N1 response reflects neural mechanisms that are shared between balance and cognitive function, and would therefore be associated with both balance and cognitive impairments in Parkinson's disease. Although N1 responses did not differ at the group level, they showed different associations with balance and cognitive function in the Parkinson's disease vs. control groups. In the control group, higher N1 amplitudes were correlated with lower cognitive set shifting ability and lower balance confidence. However, in Parkinson's disease, narrower N1 widths (i.e., shorter durations) were associated with greater parkinsonian motor symptom severity, lower balance ability and confidence, lower mobility, and lower overall cognitive function. Despite different relationships across populations, the present results suggest the N1 response reflects neural processes related to both balance and cognitive function. A better understanding of neural mechanisms linking balance and cognitive function could provide insight into associations between balance and cognitive decline in aging populations.

The purpose of this study is to provide information about areas that get raskin aid according to the variables specified. The variables consist of income, housing, clothing, food and education. The supporting variables are indicators in determining the decision making received, considered or rejected. The Decision Making uses the FUZZY-AHP method which is implemented using Geographic Information System based applications. The map used is Maps Android API. The output produced is the mapping of the raskin aid area.

The database design method on this Website used Database Life Cycle (DBLC). The variable in this research was the database design service guide 'Waterfall Tour South Sumatra' with a relational data model consisting of 4 (four) tables namely admin table, waterfall table, news table, testimony tables using conceptual schemes, logical schemes, and physical schemes.

Document management system makes user to access information anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this research is to analyze what variables have impact on the intention to use of document management system. To achieve the objectives conducted by identification problem on the research model developed from the model of Technology Acceptance Model and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology to the use of document management system. Furthermore, the data obtained from the respondents tested outer model, inner model test, hypothesis test and to produce a comprehensive analysis will be conducted Importance Performance Analysis. This research will result in a comprehensive analysis and able to provide recommendations and solutions for improvement from the implementation DMS has been done earlier. © 2018 IEEE.

Facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, it is necessary to carry out reforms and innovations related to national education. Reforms and innovations in the implementation of components of the education system involve changes in curriculum, graduate competencies and assessments, teacher qualifications, funding, facilities and infrastructure, decentralization and educational autonomy. Bali as a world tourist destination must be maintained and passed on to the younger generation. The younger generation can use information technology to help promote Balinese culture. Bali has a lot of local wisdom that can be implemented in the tourism sector. Therefore to promote those local wisdoms, a module that can be accessed through e-learning is developed to help students develop a cultural tourism package based on local wisdom to be promoted online. The modules developed have been tested by content and media experts, which can be used independently by students. Modules can be accessed online at e-learning and they are ready to use instructions for students so they can work on assignments and projects independently. Modules containing this theory and practice are for making brochures, tour packages, videos, and websites, all of which are connected to promote tourism based on local Balinese wisdom.
